    I am so glad that you still upload videos!! I found your channel last week while UA-cam binging looking for IF information. I BINGED WATCH YOU FOR HOURS! Everything was from 2-3yrs ago! I am so grateful you are still AVAILABLE! New subscriber! Thank you for your invaluable content! I am 62yrs! I have about 100lbs to lose! I have just started IF 1 week! I have so much inflammation and pain! I have to CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE! Mostly eating and exercising CONSISTENTLY!! ❤️❤️❤️ How often do you upload videos???

    New subscriber here. I’m glad I’ve found your channel. I’ve been using ACV, and IF for 3 weeks. Quickly got up to 20:4. Lost 9 pounds as of this morning. (I was 141). I’ve had a clean diet for years, WFPB for 2 plus. Recently added back some chicken and turkey. This isn’t my first time to do IF and I’m loving it again.
    You have a great channel ❤️

    Hey Lecey , I'm a new subscriber and I think you're such an inspiration. I was wondering how did you deal with loose skin while loosing weight. I have been pregnant twice in the last 3 years and both pregnancies I gained 50 pounds and lost 50 pounds. I am not at my ideal weight yet, got 30 more pounds to go, but I have loose skin and fat on my arms and legs . Any advice?

    I would love to hear about the alcohol side of things! It’s difficult to avoid being from Ireland! Ahaha though I’m cutting down, I think knowing what it actually does to your body and health would be an additional push!

    Body brushing on your stomach/lymph system and doing hot infrared sweating can help with burning water off which makes you drink more water which helps clean out your digestive track pores etc, if the system is gummed up backed up or not moving it's easier to think you are 5-10 lbs heavier than you are especially if you are still menstruating. I can gain 7 lbs of water before my period and it won't move until it's over, and when I'm all bloated and heavy I tend to think that I am fatter than I actually am. Getting a good scale and monitoring your body composition helps track it too.

    Helpful information!! I do weight training 4×'s a week, with cardio after. Either 25 minutes treadmill or 20 minutes HIIT training on elliptical and I change from using treadmill to elliptical so they're not done everyday to keep calorie burning from plateauing. Been working out for over 20 years but can't seem to lose an inch or two in order to have a visible six-pack. Any ideas?

      That's so awesome that you're following the plan! About how hard are you weight training? I will say that a six pack is tricky for anyone to obtain and requires very dialed in nutrition. How is your nutrition?

      @@laceybaier_ I do Linear leg press @550×10:reps, 5 sets + single leg extensions 90-100 lbs 5 sets each leg, calf press 650×11-12 reps- sets are basically the same for all exercises, seated calf 120 × 6 reps, abductors and adductors, standing hamstring curl, 155 × 9 reps. Next day is back and light chest, then shoulders and triceps, last day bicep curls 90× 6 reps and forearms. I go heavy for four weeks then 5th week, cut all weight in half. I eat turkey or ham, along with whey protein powder in morning and have protein shake right after workouts, and prior to bedtime.

    I have hypothyroidism and I’ve been struggling to lose weight and keep it off. Plus am perimenopausal my periods are irregular. My pharmacist suggested not doing IF as it’s not good for me as it slows metabolism and hypothyroidism does that too so it makes it even harder to lose weight. Is there anything you can suggest for people like me.
