- In order to speed up fat burning, you need to speed up your metabolism. But it can take time to figure this out on your own. And I'd put money on the idea that a lot of people aren't even sure how their metabolism works in the first place! But it's a lot simpler than you’d think.
During my own weight loss journey, I compiled a variety of really helpful and easy ways to increase your metabolism. The basic idea is that, the higher your metabolic rate, the more calories you burn at rest. Which means you can burn more calories in your sleep. That’s like passive income!

Riding bikes changed my life, it’s an absolutely amazing calorie burner and as long as the bike fits you well it’s very low impact on your joints. also really great fun riding outside when the weather allows. you really don’t even need to push too hard too see amazing results. I stick to zone 2 and burn nothing but fat!!

Can you do a video (or maybe you already have one) on why after working out, some tend to gain weight and will that eventually go back down? I always weigh more the next day after workin out. 😎Thanks for all the info!

Hmmm what is your nutrition like? Your body may need more fuel to push through those workouts. Rest is also very important, too!
When I up my calories I gain weight. I don’t know what to do I can only lose weight eating way less. I’m age 38
