  • Before I started living the Cleanish lifestyle, I noticed my stomach was sensitive to certain foods. And as I’ve been coaching clients over the years on their fitness and nutrition, I’ve noticed a lot of people have these same issues. So today I want to talk about why certain foods trigger those unpleasant bodily reactions - the gas, the bloating, the acid reflux - and 5 tips on how to improve and heal your gut naturally.

I'm really glad that you led with the importance of sleep and stress management. We need to remember to start with the foundations before we "graduate" to anything fancier like supplements, herbs, or medications. I'm also glad that you stressed the importance of fiber!

That’s a great question, and not one I’m able to help as I have no experience or expertise, unfortunately. I would recommend you speak with your doctor.

Of course, you can introduce high fiber and high FODMAP foods once you tackle the SIBO and get your motility and digestion working again :)
