I'm really glad that you led with the importance of sleep and stress management. We need to remember to start with the foundations before we "graduate" to anything fancier like supplements, herbs, or medications. I'm also glad that you stressed the importance of fiber!

What if your gallbladder been removed? And been diagnosed with sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, what the best foods to eat?
That’s a great question, and not one I’m able to help as I have no experience or expertise, unfortunately. I would recommend you speak with your doctor.
Sometimes it becomes tough to identify the trigger food.

It really is! Is it IBS or fructose sensitivity 😩 so many questions lol
Completely cut out sugar, processed foods and carbs.
Diets with fibre and garlic is not good though if your gut health is so bad that you developed sibo.
Of course, you can introduce high fiber and high FODMAP foods once you tackle the SIBO and get your motility and digestion working again :)
