The Art of Graceful Communication in the Face of Narcissistic behaviors
Six weeks ago I had an unexpected encounter with a lady well known in the space of workplace bullying. Today I share the exchange between us for two reasons
1. It is an excellent backdrop to graceful leadership, and I have always used my life experiences as learning opportunities for myself, and others
2. I want to share some of the steps I took to regain my own composure to lead from my values, my heart.
3. Talking about this removes any imaginary power she thinks she holds over me

I've often encountered similar. When drawing clear boundaries, with recordings of conversations is not welcomed by the 'antagonists/bully' as you can't hide from the truth when it's been recorded.
Notably in the whistleblowing space, recordings are crucial to prove how unhealthy narcissistic leadership uses all the toxic tactics in the tool box against you.
