I am going to change it,but first I need to get out of a toxic work environment where I am dealing with mass bulllying. I will learn from my past mistakes of being too nice, and not setting boundaries.

I think you could find any number of books that would give you new insights. One of the hardest things with a job hunt is the lack of feedback from hiring managers If you are able to request / get any - that is the place to start Second, check your mindset and beliefs when you apply for a job (are you applying with the thought it is not going to work?) If you are able, have someone look at your resume, cover letter, and role play an interview for you. That will give you great feedback (you could hire a career coach for this)
