Hi thanks for sharing When I try these they end up being really hard what can I do so that it doesn't be hard...I never used baking powder before.....i dont want it to be soft but crunchy
Mine came out dark brown not like yours could it be because I used semi skimmed milk, that’s all I had. I like this recipe it’s tasty but I would put less sugar next time. My Nani used to make it with honey as she was diabetic and she used to patch the flour first, it took so long. This way is better.
Hi Natasha, l'm new to your channel I'm enjoying all of your videos thank you so much for sharing, I need one recipe for ladoo please and thank. 🙏🏵Have a lovely and safe weekend.
All liquid ingredients are supposed to be cold to get the right texture! My mother never used baking powder so this is definitely not a classic recipe!!

Can the baking powder be omitted ?
Thanks
Yes, absolutely but the result won't be the same
There was no measurement given , so how do we know how much of ingredients to use?
Click the downward arrow next to the title of the video. She puts the measurements there
Natasha, it would be nice if while you're demonstrating say the amount of each ingredient you're using.
Thanks.

If I don't have evaporated milk can I use full cream milk?
Sure and add 1/4 cup powdered milk if you have.
