    I just tried this.....perfect recipe! I could never get the syrup right but the tips video got me there. These recipes are amazing and my go.to channel for anything I wanna make!

      I agree. Since I found Natasha I dont even use my Naparima Girls cook book. Love all her recipes and they actually come out good

    There was no measurement given , so how do we know how much of ingredients to use?

    When I try these they end up being really hard what can I do so that it doesn't be hard...I never used baking powder before.....i dont want it to be soft but crunchy

    If you use a glass or metal bowl jus soak it in water...hot and plastic is a no for me....great vid tho...

    Mine came out dark brown not like yours could it be because I used semi skimmed milk, that’s all I had. I like this recipe it’s tasty but I would put less sugar next time. My Nani used to make it with honey as she was diabetic and she used to patch the flour first, it took so long. This way is better.

    All liquid ingredients are supposed to be cold to get the right texture! My mother never used baking powder so this is definitely not a classic recipe!!

      There’s more than one ways to skin a cat. I tried Natasha’s recipe and it was excellent!
