Absolutely keep on trucking! No failure here. Take it from a 40 year old who’s crashed and burned countless times due to outlandishly unrealistic restrictions I have put on myself over the years…you absolutely have to live life and do things that are enjoyable to you! I think you already know it and you really don’t need anyone to tell you that, but just as an extra encouragement to you or anyone else who happens to read this, just keep going. Don’t ever quit just because you endulged in some fun for a day or two! You’re doing great!

You only fail if you stop 🙏 I’m on day 15 today, I’ve lost 10lb which is what I wanted to do the challenge for. I’m also sleeping better and just feel generally happier and less stressed! If you like Manchester you should try Liverpool, it’s more like a Newcastle style city..smaller but fun! 🎉

This 60 who about 15 years ago was 21 stone and miserable and now 14 and a bit stone and trucking happy!. Relax enjoy life this is not a dress rehearsal. Getting back at it and all will be fine. When I was hormonal the craving for food was crazy, it's normal. 👍♥️

You're doing great ❤ It's so interesting you mentioned your cycle during this episode. The cravings the week before are probably due to those hormonal shifts taking place. I'm reading up on this very subject (it was my comment re: intermittent fasting), and eating to benefit your hormones is such an interesting concept. As women our hormones are at different levels throughout the month (as we're all painfully aware of at times lol). I defo wouldn't recommend only eating 'intermittently', what you're doing is listening to your body and eating when you need to. That's so intuitive and defo seems to be working for you. You can track your cycle using the clue app, the free version allows you to predict and track 3 months ahead. I'm a 46 Yr old and I'm peri menopausal so the whole subject is pretty cool 😊 Ps that fish finger wrap looks beaut ❤
I'm on week 2 and it's so helpful to see your progress every week when you can. That beef mash bake looked so good! That's a really good point about but tracking because it will start to feel like a habit (hopefully).
I live in Spain and i always have an obsession with watermelons in the summer. We normally go through one massive whole one a week. This year we seem to be getting a mix of watermelons, melons and pineapples!

its so strange, so i was calorie counting (1400 calories) and going to the gym 4 days a week (bit of cardio and weight training) yes i did see progress but im seeing soooo much more progress by not being completely strict with my calories, like going to 2000 calories, as long as i keep my protein high, also cut out the cardio (cus i hate it) and just do weights. im so much happier with not being so strict or as u say, putting labels on it. if im hungry i eat cus its my body telling me to fuel it. as long as i know im doing the weights at the gym, then im doing something right. x
I didn’t see the word diet on the rules I saw or cheat meal. I’m “eating well,” and enjoying all life and social events. This is all about incorporating lifestyle changes. I’m so done with diet culture 😊
