You've inspired me with this challenge to sort my health out a bit. Ive started hitting the pool 2 or 3 times a week, making food from scratch and swapping the junk food snacks for fruit and other alternatives. You're doing amazingly. Lots of love from a fellow Geordie

Definitely can see the difference Jess, you know it’s working because you’re having to sell your clothes 😂 if food has a long use by date I always ask myself why? I try to eat clean and long shelf life means lots of chemicals to me 😮 ps love your dark nails xx
Boil the chicken with 1 chopped red onion, Thyme, Garlic Granules, Chicken Seasoning & Curry powder for 20 minutes, then put under the grill at about 250 degrees for 20 minutes, turning after 10
