As soon as Casio makes the Duro in a 40mm case, I’ll by one immediately. I have a Duro now, but the 44mm case is on the large side. 40mm is my sweet spot.
Don't get the 38 it's not as good, it's changednfor the worse.

It is pronounced Doo - roh , which in Spanish means hard , tough or resilient . I own the blue one and it is matched to a Barton's navy blue soft silicone strap . The watch looks good in any strap that you throw at him … on top of that , the watch is big but it is so comfortable that you literally forget that it's there . The strap the watch came in with , ended up in my Seiko SKX which came with a torture device instead of a strap . Great video , sir . Thanks .

Blue looks great on the first blue strap you had it on with white stripe. Agree gold hardware looks great with gilt model.

Excellent review! Casio also needs all green and black bezel with white dial watches for the full collection. I'm expecting they do resize to 40mm case overall
Thanks for the ideas.....I've got the Gold (MDV106G-1AV) arriving next Monday. I like the Bond NATO strap on the Gold watch.........I've got a 7-1/2" wrist, so the Duro should fit well.

Thanks for doing this! I have the black, grey, and orange strap coming for my black dial HELM Komodo. I think it will look really good. Though the Komodo is pretty chunky and I don't really want to make it taller/thicker. I was thinking of maybe cutting the Nato to make it more of a Zulu/G10 style if need be.
I also put the blue one a blue leather Barton strap, looks great.

Interesting. I like all three watches. Good point about the black/gold one and matching the hardware on NATO straps. I don’t like full orange straps and red white and blue would get dirty easily. The others were all fine. Solid black would work on two of them and the blue strap worked well on the other.

I just bought this watch(The Pepsi version) from Amazon and I’m still waiting for delivery may be here by Saturday I think they said,,, i’m sure I will probably have to replace the factory band/ straps as I have an 8 1/2 inch wrist hope I can find something I like it fits good
I have the black & gold Duro on a Bond Nato strap which I’m very happy with but I wish that it had the same red second hand that the all black version has.
the sage canvas straps on the black duro looks pretty sick too ...

I like the nylon straps but I'm not a fan of how the nato style attaches to the watch where they loop around the bars. They also make the watch itself appear thicker by pushing it up an extra mm or two.
nice, I may invest in some Zulu straps for my Duro watches, you can have a variety of looks with these watches.

Good video. What is the proper band width to order for a replacement leather band? Anybody know? I'm not that keen on the black rubber band that came with it.
