Lmao this actually helped. I made sure my Internet cable was clicked in firm and. Red turned white. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 thank goodness a tutorial that actually fuckin worked.
For the people who it didn't help, troubleshooting at your modem only works if the issue is inside your house in the fiber cable is bringing in a good signal. I had a situation where ants were eating at the fiber box outside and that degraded the line to the point where I ended up with a red flashing light. Dirt, debris, moisture, rain getting into the fiber box outside can cause issues that no troubleshooting inside can fix.
More on this. Apparently there's a strength threshold for the signal that's passing through the fiber cable. The threshold has a value at the box outside, and it has another value, whatever it loses in transit, by the time it gets to your house. If the signal is weak and below a certain threshold, I think between 25 and 30, then it won't be able to maintain a stable connection and even though you could technically have internet it will still drop. The people who do remote diagnostic are able to verify what your signal strength is and that's how they know whether it's a line issue or not.
I have this same gateway but I have fiber 1000mbps but only getting under 2mbps like how!! I can’t even play cod without a match disconnects mines stay solid white I get no green
Your gateway is solid white or blinking white? Solid white. Then use the smart home manager to find the Wi-Fi name and password. If not hold the reset for 20 seconds to recover factory password. Blinking white could be one of two things. The swap took. But needs the smart home manager to activate. Or if not that. Then you need a tech to verify the line to make sure of good signal.
@@purewhips1 tech came out to day to my surprise. He replaced the power box outside of the house. He also respliced the cable connected to the box. So far so good.
Well the best part about this is. No matter what. You’ll have to call att if your service is out. You can’t get into the cable or fiber. And att will make you do these things anyways. So get ready to pay a repair fee.
Thank you for this! It saved me that dispatch fee and a grumpy wife!
Cool!! Thank you

I sprinkle cayenne pepper anywhere that I don't want the pets to go. Or rub a lemon on a spot to stop them from chewing it. It works like magic.
Cool. Didn’t know about that. Thank you.
Thank you so much sir my mom and me are happy
Cool beans!
My tv keeps saying press source and I did but I still can’t get it back to working and I checked modem and nothing. No one answers my calls
Does your Wi-Fi connect from the phone to the modem?
i clicked on the arrows underneath and turned green to red but it works now. do you know why it’s red now but works? lol
Red means not activated. Or it got stuck or held with the activation
Tier 2 just needs to push the activation.
I need help bud mines is blinking white I reset it 5 times and still is doing the same thing
If it’s still blinking white after all those reset. Then att needs to send you a new one.
I’m setting mine up now and everything is fitted in and it just blinks red
Blinking red means that the line is possibly broken. Att needs to come out and fix it
Is security on my phone
