Thanks man, its the Sim Labs triple monitor stand. I went with them because I liked the product a lot and it was in stock at the closest microcenter. The PC stand is actually a shelf from Trak Racer. I have a bit of everything because everyones stock seemed to be hurting when I was piecing it together. One huge perk I've had with the ASR that I didn't expect was that catching slides and avoiding spins is so much easier now with the super stiff chassis. My old cockpits wheel mount point had a lot of up and down movement during high FFB movements and it really messed with my driving more than I thought. Hopefully you see some of the same perks!
They’re 27’s. If you can swing 32’s I would because it is tight getting in and out of the rig. I pulled the trigger on the 27s because dell had 1440ps on sale for $200 a piece and it was too good of a deal to pass up. I could always back them up to make a little more space but I like having 180 FOV so I deal with the tight squeeze.
question. were you able to move the monitors up or down? reason i ask is im thinking of buying the asr 4 but dont know if the chassis sits to low. or is that why you bought the adjustable legs
@@thomasmeeks55 My monitor stand is also on extruded aluminum so I can adjust the height of the bar and the width of the legs. The ASR4 also has around 4-5 inches of adjustment on its feet since they are made with all thread. It does sit pretty low so I ended up adjusting it all the way up on the bases feet and placing my monitors where they needed to be from there.
Nice setup!
Going with the ASR4 too.
What triple monitor stand and pc stand is that?
