You sir are a joy to watch! Very real, very down to earth...loved this vid. Thank you so much.
Thanks so much it means a lot this video is really helping my channel a lot. Please check a few more I hope at least for the last 10 to 15 videos they are the same style

Thanks for posting this recipe! They had pork tenderloins on sale at my local Publix so I'm going to make this for my husband's dinner tonight.
Love to hear this please let me know what you think
I recommend them even when they aren’t on sale.
Looks really delicious my friend.
Thanks it tastes as good as it looks
You’re great to watch I felt comfortable cooking this for my husband after watching this. I’m still learning new styles of cooking . Thank you for guidance.👍🙃
Thanks this made my day
I got mine in the oven now. Thanks for the video.
Heck yeah makes my heart sing let me know how it turns out
Man this was a great idea. As soon as I saw it I could see that but better than expected. I did put the broiler on for a minute at the end and crisped up that bacon. Thanks so much for this. I will cook this regularly.
Makes my heart sing thanks for watching
Looks delicious 🤤
Thanks it is if you try let me know what you think
I made the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin. It was easy and delicious. Thank yoy
Glad you liked it
Made it the other day on charcoal grill offset heat fantastic thank you
I like this idea glad it worked
I cried in Miami wanting a piece of that masterpiece! 😭 God Bless You Bro, you made me so hungry at almost 1 in the morning I want to slap myself to sleep! Beans don't go into Chili and Okra shouldn't go into Gumbo ever! Godspeed brother! Keep up the great content! Going to try this recipe very soon! Not overloaded with spices, just let the meat be your friend. I'm a new Sub and I really enjoyed the relaxing way you taught me and others how to make this wonderful dish.
Thanks a lot it means a lot best comment I have ever had check out some of the others videos I think you will think the same.
I actually think your tenderloin was not overcooked for me, I don't really like the pink when I eat pork. Thick steaks and meat can Moo when I eat it, bloody is all good, pork I want it more done though, just my preference. I'm watching this video three times in a row, so fun!
Thanks again be sure to check out the others many others that even taste better I recommend any of the cookies or Fried Rice
Just pulled a pork roast from the freezer. I'll do this recipe in my smoker. Thanks
Heck yeah let me know how it comes out
VERY nice. Been cooking for 40 years. Wanted a different take on pork tenderloin and came across your channel. Not sure how I feel about the honey, but I'm going to try it. Pork reacts wonderfully to sweet flavors. Thank you.
Hope you enjoy I think the honey adds a great flavor and sticky yummy
Dog in the back sounds just like mine when I’m cooking haha :)
He always want to be famous
@@SanMarcosMakes he is now!😂🐕
Even though you went over your desired temperature, that looks still juicy and that looks really good. I already have one in the oven but I wanted to see what other people were doing. I put my mine on a rack, I'm curious to see how it's gonna turn out if I don't see the desired temperature at half an hour I'm gon to take it off the wreck and put it flat on the PAN.
Cheers

Going to try this Christmas eve 2022
Sweet please do you will love it but don’t forget the blackeye peas and cabbage
Looks great l have always liked pork but suck at cooking it so here l am getting cooking tips Ha 👍
This one is pretty easy and taste great just made over the weekend let me know if you try it and what you think
@@SanMarcosMakes l will definitely let you know 👍
I would have liked to have found you before I cooked my last one but will watch again before the next one. This is so simple and looks so good. Do you ever inject yours
I haven’t injected food really in a long time not even sure I have one have have to try again one day
I got it in the oven right now I’ll give an update when it’s done.
heck yeah please do
@@SanMarcosMakestook it out of the oven cut it in half the bacon was perfect the honey glaze was awesome great idea not to much not to less I like mine with a touch of pink it was juicy and flavorful. Great video man I really appreciate it.
I’m having pork tenderloin right now
Pork looks fab. What have people served this with? Potatoes, rice, green veg? And does anyone recommend a sauce or gravy to accompany this dish?
I go either a roasted Brussels Sprouts or a green bean and bacon a mash potato works great as well. I don’t put a sauce on mine I want to taste all pork
I never do sauces. I use honey half of the time like he did. But if gravy floats your boat, you could certainly warm up some pork gravy from the jar for you or your guests. Have you tried this and how did it turn out
did the silver skin taste as delicious as it looks?
Lol no need to hate is it always worth it for me no for you maybe but thanks for the comment it helps more than you onow
@@SanMarcosMakes no hate intended-just noting that the silver skin was left on. I usually take it off but am wondering if this chef was able to eat it…
Can even hear ur 🐕 dog in the background smelling it!😂
He always wants a bite
Oh wow I’m doing this tonight I was thinking I had to cook @ 140° lol
Please let me know what you think
The temp continues to rise after you remove from heat source. Pull at 140 check 10 mins later its 145. 5 mins rest is not enough.
Agree this was a filming thing should’ve watch more closely
That was enjoyable. I like 160F myself. I grew up with the "old" pork so I don't like it at all pink. I tried to smoke a tenderloin but that was a real mistake. It had great smoke flavor but was terribly dry.
Thank you I like to be on the safe side
Remove every last little bit of silverskin and then brine the pork in ice cold sugary saltwater for 6 - 8 hours, it cant possibly dry out after that, and the brining process ensures that it wont be raw in the middle, which is a bonus.
Hug you’re pooch for me! Love you’re recipe too!
Will do thanks
I’d just use an air fryer. More efficient and doesn’t heat up the house like an oven in the summer.
I have done it as well and very impressed with the results
1:05
I made this and it put me to sleep after eating it.
Wow that’s a great sign of a good meal glad you made it
Try measuring temps during cooking, not after.
The other way is just guessing.
I do do it was a filming thing got distracted
What would the vegan version of this recipe be? 😁
Empty plate🤣😂😎
Pork and Bacon My two favourite animals to eat followed by Beef 😅
Lol right there with you
Actually 140F is safe for pork as well which is what I cook it to and you get a much juicer product. 138F is the temperature where all the bad bacteria in pork dies.
Thanks for the input I know it’s changed but always I want to play it safe on the videos
@@SanMarcosMakes You made a fantastic video which is why I liked it. My comment is as much opinion as it is scrutiny based. We're cooking here friend 😄in the end, it's chef's choice! Love your work!
Absolutely beans go in chili, baked kidney and black way better chili. Key is molasses
Beans are great they just don’t belong in chili. Chili needs heat not beans
Is it that dogs dinner time???
🤣🤣🤣😘
It’s always dinner time with my dog he knows I will drop something
I got a kick out of him whining 🤣
I'm going to my nephew's on Saturday and we're doing the bacon wrapped tenderloin.
I've never had pork tenderloin so I made one yesterday just to see what all the hype is about
(Without the bacon)
OMG ! !
I cut it with a fork ! !
I added mushrooms to the dripping, some half & half and a partial packet of turkey gravy mix.....
It was Fabulous ! !
Thanks...! !
@@aalemap1 love to here and love the tenderloin and very affordable
try 10 toothpicks to hold the bacon
As many as you need
WTF! Why wasn't the thermometer inserted & programmed to go off @ 145 degrees at the beginning?
Back then that was not the best thermometer I have since got a better one but the real reason was a filming issue working harder on the film
@@SanMarcosMakes Thank's for the up-date.
Hope all goes smoother from here owned! D
hope you noticed the wire ,off the temperature clock was in the skillet melting.
It’s heat resistant but I really need to get a wireless one.
@@SanMarcosMakes it looked very succulent and tasty 😋
Oops
Oops what
@@SanMarcosMakes Overcooked by quite a few degrees. You know that.
Doggie needs to pee? 🤗 12/16/ Az
Lol more like a taste
If you ain't gonna give the dog a bite of people food, don't let him into the kitchen It's cruel. It's like that old Rodney Dangerfield joke.
We were so poor growing up my dad took us to KFC so we could smell the chicken. --------- what is your poor dog doing.???
I promise he gets a lot I need to have him in my videos more he seems to get all the love
Its overcooked
I know I said that but thanks for the feed back
@@SanMarcosMakes keep doin what you do ,if you want to do it on a pan its 8min per side or sear it on the pan and in the oven 180c for 12min remember to let it rest
@@SanMarcosMakes im makin one today
@@SanMarcosMakes take old toast bread ,parsley ,butter and some parmegiano mix it and put it on the top of your meat and in to the oven💪
Would be great if I would have known you washed your hands after touching the bacon. Then putting your hand in the glove and touching the honey bottle. Please tell us something like "ok washed my hands" maybe next time. Thanks
Sorry didn’t know you needed common sense. But I will start adding lol
Why, it’s not your kitchen and you’re not eating the tenderloin. You got a free video on a technique to cook for free, if you are a germaphobe deal with it, don’t criticize the cook.
You should heat your pan before putting the meat in!
Don’t think it would have mattered but thanks for the feedback
@@SanMarcosMakes it helps the meat from sticking to the pan....
I'll bet you can't buy 2 lbs for $8.30 now-a-days...thanks Mr. Biden.
Takes too long and is boring
Thanks for the feedback sorry you felt that way most don’t feel that way but glad you don’t need the help and others might maybe shorts and TikTok are more your still
Olive oil in a hot pan,,, clueless. Avocado, peanut, veg, clarified butter,,,, for the sake of your colon and smoke detectors,,, learn your smoke points.
Ok thanks for feedback but you use what you got at the time I understand smoke points just fine
@@SanMarcosMakes This isn't feedback chubbs, I'm flat out calling you an idiot. You wanna earn a few quid on YT? ,,, good luck and God Bless,,, but this is cooking 101. Lemme give you some tips,,, brine your loin (sugar, salt peppercorns, bay, water) for at least a few hours,,, works just fine with tenderloin or loin,,,, sear your pork,,,, wrap in bacon,,, cook on a roasting rack at 220f 'til internal 140f. Rest 15 mins. 500f oven for 10 minutes or until bacon looks yummy. Cook it my way,, then come back and tell me your way is better and I'll eat my underpants.
I use olive oil for everything, including stir fry and have never had a problem. There's no need to insult the man on what looks like a delicious way to cook pork tenderloin.
Hey thanks and I agree use what ever you want and most of all just enjoy cooking
Thank you
Your welcome hope you make it if you report back and consider subscribing if your not already either way thanks for the comment
I did this yesterday, except I cut the pork into smaller pieces before searing and cooked the bacon halfway before wrapping. I seared in the bacon grease.
Nice love it how did it turn out
Turkey..how we can do it
Are you asking can you do this with turkey but sure just make sure temps are right
Sir....thanks for answ..my.question.....i mean ..turkey..alone......
