  • This easy pork tenderloin recipe is an amazing & easy dinner recipe. Who knew baked pork tenderloin could be this easy?!? Garlic herb pork loin is probably one of my best easy pork tenderloin recipes.
    INGREDIENTS
    • 2 pork tenderloins, about 1-1.5 pounds each
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 1-2 tsp kosher salt
    • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    • ½ tsp smoked paprika
    • ¼ cup dry white wine
    • ¼ cup beef stock or broth
    • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    • 1 shallot, finely chopped
    • 15-20 garlic cloves, whole
    • a 1-2 sprigs of assorted fresh herbs, thyme & rosemary
    • 1-2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Cover tenderloins with oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix until well coated and set aside.
    3. In a small container, prepared deglazing liquid by mixing white wine, beef stock, and vinegar. Set aside.
    4. Heat a cast iron or thick bottomed pan over medium high to high heat. When pan is smoking hot, put in tenderloins and sear until reaching a dark color on all sides.
    5. Sprinkle shallots and garlic around the tenderloins and cook for 1 min or until shallots start to soften and garlic picks up a little color.
    6. Pour in deglazing liquid and cover with fresh herbs. Let the liquid evaporate a little before covering pan with oven safe lid or aluminum foil. Put in preheated oven for 20-25 min or until reaching desired internal temperature of 150-160F.
    7. Remove from oven, uncover and remove fresh herbs stems.
    8. Remove tenderloins form pan on a cutting board and let rest for 10 min before slicing in 1” thick slices.
    9. Return meat back into sauce and garlic in the pan and garnish with parsley.

I absolutely LOVE pork tenderloin, which I only discovered 2yrs ago. Its affordable, quick to make, & is so succulent & delicious. Got to try those garlic/shallots!!! I bake mine to 142°, let it carry over to 145°. I see so many people confuse "pork tenderloin" with "pork loin", big difference between the two.

They are similar but yes they are definitely different cuts. I eat both regularly as they are both pretty lean and tasty proteins.

It was very moist, super flavorful and both my husband and I enjoyed it immensely! Thank you again and I shared it on my Facebook page. 😉🙏🏼 (I can’t not mention here that cooking it for 20 or 25 minutes was nowhere near enough time for the big pork loin that I had (3.65 lbs). My wife loves it, gave me a good 8.5/10!
I've put carrots and asparagus at the same time of the shallots and garlic.
I didn't use the herbs because I had none and when I stumble on this video it was too late to get out to the grocery store lol and switched the whine vinegar to rice vinegar.
What I love about this is that the taste are in every bite even with thick pieces! You made me cut thicker the meat than I usually does, and that because I feel that every recipes I try it doesn't get INTO the meat, juste tastes on the sear.
    Will do again! Thanks!

    Awesome.
I was rushing so I cut the loin into 1" chunks, seasoned and browned them. Set them aside and sautéed the garlic, added the liquids and dry spices - brought to a sizzle, shut off the heat and added the meat and covered. I skipped the oven and just let them sit on my stove. Twice I turned on the burner for a few seconds and shut it off while I warmed up my sides.
Only thing I would change is double the liquid ingredients and add some flour to thicken a bit.

5:08 Pork tenderloin is now said to be pulled at 135° for it to be a safe medium rare to eat. I do a recipe similar to yours but I just brown it powder dry over medium high heat brown both sides for just maybe two minutes aside and I put it in an oven at 375 degrees for about 17 minutes. Pull it out let it rest. After three minutes check the temperature, you should be able to cut it with your fork❤
