If you want to surprise your guests, make this meat recipe! Festive and simple

How to cook a large piece of pork without long marinating so that the meat turns out juicy and aromatic. My guests loved this recipe for baked pork with delicious gravy. Affordable and simple products are other advantages of this recipe. I use pork tenderloin for this recipe, it turns out juicy and soft. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
1-1.2 kg pork loin
8-10 cloves of garlic
The zest of 1 lemon
80-100 ml olive oil
½ teaspoon chili flakes
1-2 tsp rosemary
About 70g pancetta (you can also use bacon)
Salt
Black pepper
For the sauce:
2 tbsp parsley
Juice of ½ lemon
Black pepper
A pinch of salt
5-6 potatoes
2 tablespoons parsley
2-3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried onions
Salt
Black pepper
vegetable oil

Calgary Alberta CANADA. WOW, that looks delicious! My grandparents were from Austria. They spoke what was referred to as German. I recognize some of the words in your postings as being what I heard as a child. Like lecker. And sometimes other words, like kartoffel (potato) und 'mit shlag'. I was too shy to learn the language because when I tried to say something everybody laughed at my accent. I wish now they hadn't laughed or I hadn't been so shy! Danke for your recipes. 🎉
