    It depends on the length of your hair too. Obviously longer hair will require a little bit extra for the hold. I have extremely thick and wavy hair...so I need a good amount (but the hold should last through the day assuming you don't get it wet.
    Make sure you do not get the wrong type of pomade. Pomade these days is often synonymous with hair wax or gel even. American Crew pomade won't do the trick. Murry's is reliable and the most popular but there are a few others out there that work well.

    when you keep your hair longer especially on top it lays down better and it looks to me better then when it's short especially on top good vid man.

  • @JONABONA
    @JONABONA  13 років тому

    Cause my hair was kinda too long and I had to use more :P
    I'm making another side parted video soon in the similar way of Don Draper from Mad Men.

  • @JONABONA
    @JONABONA  12 років тому

    The one that I used on this video doesn't last me that long, maybe a week if I used it daily since it comes with less than 2oz. Right now I use the ones I have every other day and don't put a lot so they last me a good while.

    You don't just choose where you want to part your hair . You should part it according to the natural direction of your hair growth. Just some knowledge if your new to this

    @Jimmy89242 Grease is as it says, it's really greasey and slimey, I would recommend Murray's pomade, you can get it at Walmart for like $2 and it's a decent size can I think 3oz, don't use the stuff he showed at the begging, that suave shit is like gel, see how he had an issues combing it through? It got hard as he went, he wasted his money, go with Murray's you won't be disappointed.
