  • Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower:
    *Ingredients:*
    1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup (120 g) grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (or a mix of dried basil, oregano, and thyme)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
    *Instructions:*
    1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
    2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets and minced garlic.
    3. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and the dried Italian seasoning. Toss well to coat the cauliflower evenly with the seasonings and oil.
    4. Spread the cauliflower out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
    5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and begins to turn golden brown. Be sure to stir or shake the pan occasionally for even roasting.
    6. Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
    7. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
    8. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
