This is phenomenal! Just did this and don’t let that liquid go to waste. I blanched some asparagus and then threw in some baby potatoes. Prepping for the weekend with Chef Ange!
Great to make soup with!

So tender and flavorful when done this way! Just sharing what we like to do here! Thanks for watching!
I tried this recipe for this Christmas dinner it was insane!!!!!!! It was super hit!!! Thank you 😊
So glad to hear! Merry Christmas!
This is the best demonstration of roasting a whole head of cauliflower. Very good job!!
Thanks Jerry!
This was delicious!
So glad you enjoyed!
Really cool to see a recipe turned up to 11. I didn't have all of the ingredients you had, but I used what I had. The method is fantastic, it's easily the best cauliflower I've ever had. I'll be honest I ate the whole damn thing as a keto lunch without some of the carb heavy ingredients
Thanks man! Vegetables are delicious and glad you enjoyed this recipe!
Greatest recipe keep them coming
Thanks John! Will do!
Chef Ange, this is a work of Art! I'd even eat it as a main dish. A great idea for this Christmas. Thank you. *New Subscriber*.
Thanks for subbing! It's a great dish for the holidays!
looks good
It was! Thanks!
Yum
😋
Trying this tomorrow but thinking of making it as the base for a soup too as I bought 2 cauliflowers n then freeze the soup. Nice winter warmer mate many thanks.
Would totally make a delicious soup base!
I've made this 3 times! Since finding this recipe I can't pass up a great head of cauliflower without making this!! I've made a few ingredient substitutions, and it's come out great!! Thanks for the tips!
Thanks so much for your comment! My pleasure!
@@ChefAnge I just tagged you on the pictures I posted on facebook and instagram
@@chayavedaintegrativeayurve8504 can you advise on substitutions? :)
@@nicolaziggiotto6172 I've made it differently each time, depending upon what I had in the house. I typically substitute ginger for the garlic, veggie base for the stock and wine, apple cider vinegar-because it's what I have, I didn't use shallots or hot sauce, added a pinch of hing/asefoitida (I'm an Ayurvedic Practitioner) and I may have used harissa powder, and one of the times I may have added matzo meal (bread crumbs) that gave it an additional crust.
It’s in the oven right now 👩🏼🍳 I can already tell it’s going to be phenomenal thanks chef!
Hope you enjoyed! Thanks so much!
It was phenomenal , I’m back here once again to make it 😅
Awesome, this looks delicious. We absolutely love cauliflower. This is a great way to make it. I usually just Steam it, but this us great. I'm going to try this soon, then add it too our holiday menu. I love a healthy side dish.... I'll have to make 2, bc I'm afraid I'll eat 1 up by myself.
Thanks Chef Ange for another great recipe ❣🙏👍
My pleasure Sue. Thanks so much for watching!
Wow that looks spectacular!
Cauliflower is my absolute favorite veg. Im drooling at this point. However I can't help myself I would have to drizzle some butter over mine 😜 thank you for a fabulous recipe 👌🇿🇦
My pleasure!
Your show is 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks so much brother!
I can’t wait to try this. I’m going to add liquid smoke to the pot before blanching it for added flavor. Thanks!
That’s sounds like a great addition! That’s stuff is potent! Just a little!
Yes, it is, but I’ve learned my lesson thinking more is better! 🤦🏽♀️
@@rosetulip1231 haven’t we all? Is there any other way to learn? LOL!
Ange, I tried this today. I omitted some ingredients that aren't in my diet right now, and it still came out very good. Love it!
That’s cooking! Make it your own! Thanks for watching Missy and glad you enjoyed it!
Hey, I like your style of presentations............. Oh, your recipes are pretty damn good too !
Why thank you Donald!
Yeah this is going on my early Christmas menu. Any suggestions on a dipping sauce? I imagine just making a spicy mayo might be nice.
Great idea!! The recipe that inspired this uses a goat cheese spread
😆 Love the taste test lol
I love eating my own food!
@@ChefAnge its great.. love it😆
lol at “while you’re down there”
🤣🤣🤣
Hi Ange, love your recipes. When are you going to write a cook book? Pleeeeease
Working on it!
Can the ''greens that are on the cauliflower be used in cooking'? I love using every part of the vegetable. thank you
I never have but I’m sure someone eats them. I generally compost those.
I'm going to make this next coming family gathering....put on a plate with polish sausage and more vegetables on the side.
Sounds delicious! I love sausages! They go with everything!
Can you put aluminum foil without putting olive oil spray?
Now sure I under the question but if no spray, just brush it lightly with oil. Oil prevents burning.
I am going to try this for Thanksgiving. I HATE cauliflower. If this recipe makes me love it I will be grateful. I’m not a big veggie fan overall. I’m going to try the Brussels sprouts recipe as well. I am hoping I will become a veggie lover soon.
If you don't like veggies, the brussel sprout recipe is the winner! This one is good too!
@@ChefAnge I am hopeful. They both look good
I can’t find the description for the receipt. Can someone please post it Thank you
It’s in the description box. Next to the title click the down arrow and or show more and it’s all there.
Can I skip the sugar?
It looks fabulous but I avoid sugar!
Sure. Make it how you like it and accordingly to you dietary preferences.
If in Canberra, goto #MED, in Barton.
Their Cauliflower is WONDERFUL.
They've a fantastic menu.
How hot is the oven? Sorry, but I either kept missing that information or??? Thank you. :)
In the description
:) Thank you! You're the first person I've come across who actually have a description. I didn't know they were there. New to this. @@ChefAnge
How about a print out recipe??
Full recipe in the description. Copy, paste, print.
Bro flavored his water with $30 worth of ingredients.
You’re right, I did cheap out. Next time we’re going BIG!
Why didn’t u just brush the oil on
Spray was easier and it gets in all the nooks and crannies.
Iroast my cauli when i do cauli & chees 👍👌👌🇬🇧
Ps..i dont boil or steam it either
"Its REALLY easy!!" meanwhile there are a hundred ingredients in the list. 😱🤦🏻♂️ I dont think you all have the same definition of "easy" as 99.99% of us. LMAO
These are all ingredients that most people who cook often have on hand. Nothing is expensive or uncommon. If you cooked more, you might find this to be rather easy and simple.
You lost me at brown sugar. Why does anything need SUGAR? (I will still try this recipe without the sugar.) :)
Sugar sweetens things. Leave it out if you don’t like it. It’s not much.
Cooking a 1.70€ cauliflower in a 7€ bottle of wine. Super thrifty recipe.
That is one expensive side dish.
What’s expensive about this? All simple and relatively inexpensive ingredients
@@ChefAnge the white wine and cauliflower alone would be $12 where I live in 🇨🇦
FU roasted not boiled
And
☕️
😊
Great vegetarian option for Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other occasion. Will try it.
Hope you enjoy! 😊
