- Complete Yoga Vinyasa For Body And Soul is 50 Minute Yoga Flow for the whole body. This full body yoga flow is a complete yoga session of almost 1 hour yoga class. This complete yoga practice has a focus on yoga for shoulders and yoga for hips but addresses the whole body and includes a lot of variations of yoga poses including binds. Hi friends, you've been asking for longer videos, so here we go How did you like this class? Anything you are looking forward to in the next video?
Yet again another beautiful practice, You are the Best!! For the future I am wondering if you can create a practice that honors the period phase of the menstrual cycle? When I do any regular yoga practices while I'm menstruating I feel a decrease in strength. So vinyasa flows, some balance poses, and down dogs/inverted poses can be difficult or uncomfortable for me. I recently discovered your channel and am absolutely loving your videos. I've been practicing yoga for over eight years but have always struggled to find a yoga teacher online that combines the right amount of flow with breath work. I love how you took a moment at the end to acknowledge and honor the lineage of yoga. The pace invites time for intention in the poses and during transitions. The length gave me time to smooth out internal irritations which always causes unnecessary suffering. The kneeling twists are challenging for me in a good way. I loved this practice. Thank you SO very much.

very calming and relaxing. it was a bit of a challenge with the one leg / hand on the ground with the other leg straight out. i felt a tight stretch on that leg. same thing with the other side.

your voice is very calming and clear so this feels like a very relaxing flow. I like to practice a little over an hour in a constant flowing movement, so this was a bit short but a relaxing and enjoyable way to start my day.

I've liked the class, it feels complete and relaxing. I find it difficult to do the chaturanga so I just go down with the plank slowly. How could I do the chaturanga? I also can't keep the breath, You say inhale and exhale and in the middle I've breathed 4 times xd
Hi, happy to hear you enjoyed the class 😊 Chaturanga is a very challenging pose that asks a lot of strength, so it is good to build it slowly and consciously. Lowering all the way down is great! With time and practice you will feel more stable in your Chaturanga. If you actively want to work on it, you can check out this video: ua-cam.com/video/Aidv23v1Lc4/v-deo.html Regarding the breathing - it's natural that at the beginning we breathe faster. Also this will change with practice. Even if not, its totally ok to stay in your own rhythm ofd breath, as long as it is calm and conscious. Hope this is helpful 🙏
Why do you have subtitles? We use videos to do classes but we need to see you and not see words. I won't be able to use any of your videos because of this. 😢 you might consider ditching the words so people can see you and follow you.
