- Moments in The Wilderness is my full-length documentary film project! My goal is to capture the spirit of the Swedish wilderness throughout one year. From June 2023 to June 2024!
There are few people who have spent as much time as I’ve done photographing in the mountains and old forests of Sweden. During the years I’ve developed a deep relationship with these places that I now want to share with you through a full-length documentary film.

Update 3 June: I want to take the time to thank all of you who have pre-ordered the film, the print portfolio and joined as Supporters so far. I'm really grateful for the kind support.
The project now have funding to get me through the first couple of months of work and get some additional wind protection gear to be able to record high quality nature sounds even in windy conditions. Recording beautiful and authentic nature sounds will be an important part of the project.
I still have 10 months of fieldwork + 4 months of post-production work that needs funding. If the budget allows I would also want to work with a local sámi musician to do the soundtrack to the film. Let's keep the momentum going!
At the moment I'm preparing and packing up for a two week adventure into the old forest. I will get back with an update from this adventure here on the blog when I get back home. I will also post exclusive behind the scenes videos for Supporters.
