    I know this videos quite old now but CVDs are a huge plus for the steering, tighter turning circle and no binding or juddering from the dog bone and the cup.

    That's a GREAT idea! I've got a way cheaper Rig, same problem. I'm going to try the Traxxas ball links.

    Oh thanks for the info man! I use to have a really bad slop in the front tires due to the bearings and probably of the plastic pivot balls too. I changed the bearings to Boca bearings kit for 21$ which works better than the stock ones, because the stock ones feel like they have a little gap. I think I'm gonna upgrade the pivots too

    I have a question, How have the medal pivot balls held up in the rod ends? I was going to follow your recommendation however I was convinced not to. I was told that the axial plastic is much weaker then the the Traxxas plastic so the metal pivot balls will wear out the rod ends eventually creating extra space causing wiggle or the same problem you solved to begin with. When I heard this I did not make the move however I cant stop thinking about it, how has your set yup held up over time?I would rather trust someone who has actually knows form experience and not rumors? Have you had any problems with the rod ends that the pivot balls fit in?
    Best Regards

    • @RCOverloadYT
      @RCOverloadYT  8 років тому

      Hey Joel, so far i can say that over a year of use those pivot balls have not worn out at all. They were very tight to begin with but i will admit over a period of a few runs they did loosens up to were they swivel freely. however theirs no "play" in them from wereing out the pivot ball ends" hopefully this helps!
