- In this VladTV exclusive, NBA champion and former Sixth Man of the Year, Lamar Odom stopped by to give an in-depth interview on his life before the professional basketball success and some of the off-court tribulations he's faced. Odom opened up about his friendship with Kobe Bryant, why he ended his relationship with Taraji P. Henson, and what went wrong in his marriage to Khloe Kardashian. He also discussed his long bout with drug addiction and how he's managed to bounce back.
LO is a walking testimony. It's crazy that he's here to still tell his story. With all the bad he went through I pray his life has a good ending. He deserves it.

Losing your mom is one of the hardest things to experience in life let alone being a 12 year old child. My mom came to spend a few days with me in January 2013. The morning of Jan 18 I woke up and found her dead on my living room floor. Her eyes were open and I knew nothing could be done. She was gone. She was only 49. It’s been some years but I’m still in shock and have not processed or grieved because I know I will lose my shit.
Keep your head up sweety.. I’m going through the same thing rite now and nobody understands.. Other people just go on with life cause it’s not their mom..That pain never leaves...
My father passed a few months ago and I have just been running from the possible pain he wasn't much of a father I've gone 10 years or so without a word from or to him do I even care of course he's my father and I understand the addiction all too well being a father myself of two not seeing my son for years now risking my current wife that I love and she loves me dearly idk what point or statement I'm even trying to say
My parents died when I was 13 two months apart on the same day of the 29th . It makes u really understand life..never give uppp people keep moving forward

I can’t even imagine going through everything this man has gone through, and then sitting in a chair for hours having to rehash all of these tragedies and downfalls, and doing it with such candor, class, and loyalty to those he loves, and those who love him. I don’t care what mistakes Lamar has made in his life, he will always be a class act in my eyes. Everyone goes through hard times, and not everyone handles it as perfectly as everyone expects, and this man has gone through far more than most people do. I truly wish nothing but the best for him going forward, because he absolutely deserves it. I absolutely love Lam! 💕

@@Ohkeh640 Sleeping a lot and/or not sleeping well, itchy skin, being “sick” all the time (flu like symptoms), mood changes, isolation (goes “no contact” at periods of times, including towards family), change of friends (or lack of), financial difficulties, not being to hold down obligations and jobs. Those are just some of the symptoms I know of, with working at a rehab myself.

We got to give it up to Lamar Odom.. In this interview he explains alot but especially how much it cost to smoke bud.. I have a family member who got kicked out of the military for doing stupid shit while high on it and it wrecked his life in my opinion. I had to give up the spliff years ago (it was a sacrifice for the bigger picture), so I really respect someone talking about the financial aspect of losing out because of herb. Odom, you didn’t have friends, you had accomplices. It happens to any of us. That’s why they say you can’t choose the family you are born into but you can certainly choose the people you hang out with. Also, we are defined by the people we associate with. So, if you really do not look up to the people you associate with, it only means we are not associating with the right people.
I've never really looked at Lamar Odom, I"ve seen him around but never really looked at him... and now I realize, he's a very handsome man. He appears to be a man with a good heart. He's street and a pro basketball player, homie was just enjoying life with Khloe. He's a smart guy and he knows how to do an interview. Vlad ain't running him in this interview.

You can tell Lamar is uncomfortable with Vlad interviewing him. Compare this interview with his interview with All the Smoke. Lamar was much more laid back and his speech was much more fluid than in Vlad's interview.
