This had to be the best interview I’ve ever watched. I am so inspired and happy for Amir. Although I am not a Muslim but Christian, I see the presence of God guiding my brother’s path into the love and wisdom of the most high. Powerful, POWERFUL!
I invite you look into Islam my brother, I did the same and ended up finally finding my peace and filled that hole in my soul in worshipping the most High through Islam
Mudhith has peace in his spirit. He truly found his voice that counts for his legacy! 💯 % His spirit is loud and clear protect self Preservation is key 🔑 👌 Salute this, brother . Real talk.
This interview got me through most of my job tonight. This man words and transformation is impressive, anything is possible. Thanks math and the squad for this one 🔥. Amir never let me down with his knowledge and good words.
Came here just for Amir Muhadith as I’ve been practicing Islam and trying to live a more virtuous life. Very inspirational. Check out all his interviews past and present when you get a chance. Helping me stay focused. Thank you. Assalamu alaikum
The most amazing thing to me is that this man did 9 years in prison on conspiracy charges after being setup, and there’s not an ounce of contempt in his demeanor. You can’t recognize even a SLIVER of resentment in him. He’s smiling the whole way through! He put respect on everyone’s name, and was very careful to not disparage a single person that was brought up, even in the context of prior “beefs.”And he takes no credit for any of this. He credits his Creator for his guidance! Wow!
@matrix2030x oh u the judge and Jury. You know alllll the details of the case and must of been there when the deal went down because you know he was 'guilty'. Guess you never heard of prisoners being wrongly convicted
That's the signs of IMAN(faith in Allah) and most importantly accepting what Your Lord have decreed for you as hard as it can be. Have you not seen Muslims lose loved ones and still praise Allah for everything?
What an inspirational and pure life this man leads. I didn't know what to expect from this interview but it certainly is one that I will continue to go back to when I'm dealing with my own issues. Salute to you Loon I wish nothing but more growth and prosperity for your future!
One of the best podcast interviews I've ever seen. Where brothas can sit down and listen to each others perspectives and build and learn. Our community needs that. Shout out to math and the whole family. God bless ya brothas . Love is love
Great episode. I met Amir back in 2003 (he went by the name of Loon, of course) on 125th street, Harlem. He was signing his recently-released first album and we took our picture together. He was back then very polite and friendly with everybody at that record store. That was Oct. 21st, 2003. It is great to see such an amazing evolution for a person like him, coming where he comes from. Much success to you, Amir!.
Damn Mecca is hella vital to this podcast. They all play a part but it is great when Mecca leads the podcast and direct the conversation to the right way. Math is great being math they all make this show work. I pray they never fall victim to ego
Nah Mecca can be too emotional at times and shows flashes of immaturity, for example when he asks Amir about being fluent in Arabic which Amir denies and says he gets by with phrases from the quran, amir then Quotes the Quran and Mecca interjects sarcastically saying “and you’re not fluent in Arabic?”, he then gets really emotional when trying to describe the members/tenure of good music and ymcmb as if he’s a hip hop historian. He’s capable of asking thoughtful questions but often gets wrapped up in emotion causing immature outburst and even talking over guests
@@cboybkI agree with this statement. Even in this interview a couple times he got emotional . It’s almost like he has to showcase his masculinity around certain people. Not because the room calls for it but because of how he see the interviewees.
Overall I agree. He does ask good questions. Though I accept the other folks opinion that that he can be a little overbaring,if that's the right word, at times. Anyway good comment.
Other than that one song Loon had I knew nothing about him. I kind of clowned him a little bit in the past. After watching this interview I take all the clowning back. He's a good brother, and this was a great interview.
I just watched a short clip of brother Amir making Dua for the Muslims in Gaza and it was really so special on another level. Brother thanks for that supplication and I pray Allah accepts your Dua, ameen. God likes when you speak honestly and honorably brother. May he accept all your deeds and ours, duas included.
Best interview yet Math. Chemistry was crazy, convo and subjects were deep. Need to do this again with Amir again in the future in sha Allah. My brother Amir much love and respect from all your South London brothers in the hood. We love y'all. Cant wait to you come back and see us in sha Allah. May Allah bless you and your family guide you, us and Math and the team in the barbershop. Allahumma Barik proud of the growth
The man fka Loon man not be an emcee anymore, but the wisdom throughout this interview, was him spitting bars. So many free gems. especially about faith. love to see the growth. we are all still work in progress. much love & appreciate the conversation on this one Hoffa! 💯🎯🔓
100% facts I’ve looked at starting a nonprofit and if you research your area and see who receives money it is unrealistic. Loved this episode and I’m no Muslim nor have I been to prison for a long period of time, but this episode is life.
Watched this whole episode whilst at work may Allah bless loons. Love the way he speaks man. Hopefully one day I get to pray side by side with the brother InshAllah
Outstanding interview. Real jewels all over the place here. I wish Loon ,Amir, all the best for whatever lays ahead for the future. Respect to Math and his team and greetings from the UK 🇬🇧.
Bro I don’t know Math personally but I can tell you this. I am so proud of dude like genuinely proud of this dude it’s ridiculous he actually watched his temper and did wat he had to do 💯 💯💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾
Best interview in a while. Loon is really dropping gems. I think people missed his point about Trump, he was saying if we want what we want, we need to push like Trump pushed. Go all out. I love what he said about prison reform and that he's trying to feed those in need.
Loon story is incredible!!! This brother is so enlightened it makes me wanna find myself even tho I thought I have already until I hear this King speak let’s me know I have a lot of work to do
Just look into what some of the best African brothers have found and hopefully Allah will give you what your soul is yearning for. The largest group of Sunni Muslims in the United States are African American brothers and sisters. When Malcolm X went to Mecca for pilgrimage, Allah have guided him to the true path of Islam and he left the Nation of Islam. So many African Americans followed on that path and I hope you just look into it. Allah guides whom he will but I think it will not hurt for you to look into what our brother is following. I know so many Muslim African Americans that don't have anything to do with some of the problems the brothers are discussing in the video because they are Muslims and that comes with a different reality. In 20 years or so, none of brother Amir's children or grandchildren will have any of the problems he experienced because he, as a Muslim man will have to step up as a father. It's a must
Prior to watching this I had never heard of this young man Amir Muhadith, he has had a most remarkable and evolutionary life. This young man has the wisdom of a 200 year old man.
Good interview but damn did math sign to trump, Lyor & the UA-cam Illuminati I’ve been recommended this video at least 5 times a week since it dropped MONTHS AGO 😂
Who's are the 2 guys next to amir? Ma sha Allah they pay attention and are really interested. May Allah bless n guide everyone in that room that listened.
We Have To Focus On More Of Our Similarities Instead Of Differences. The Struggle.. Faith In A Higher Power.. Most Of Us Believe In The Same Person We Just Have Different Names For Him. Lets Stop The Arguments & Focus On What We Have In Common
