Can we talk about how she takes weeks to try out her products before recommending it?? Everything she recommends is backed up with scientific facts and the overall experience of using it! Absolutely amazing.
My husband is a cancer survivor and had received radiation treatment on his neck and mouth. He was left with damaged skin from these treatments. Nothing helped. Snail serum has been amazing. His skin looks so much smoother and he is happy.
So Dr. Dray, I stopped your video to make these comments before they slip my mind. I can discern that you are a very good doctor by not only your personal knowledge of these products but by your broad spectrum of care for your youtubers and paitents. The fact that you mention that the ointment may be difficult for those with mobility issues really struck me. You also mention those living in various climates and those with certain conditions where a different product may be better. I am impressed. Also, as a side note, love the red top! Love the bright colors you've been wearing & your hair! 😊
Exactly! She has no idea how much her product recommendations have helped me. And if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have known about Urea too. My skin has never felt this smooth because of it! And yes, she's very considerate about others' situations too. 😊❤️
As a guy, I took a leap of faith with the Cosrx Advanced Snail 92 cream. This was before I really knew anything about skincare and was just beginning. Once I really started getting more into skincare and the ingredients in products is when I started to question some things in my routine, including this. It's a huge relief to hear your insight about this product because I relatively felt the same of whether it was just in my head but it really helped with keeping my skin hydrated and leaving a smooth texture to my skin. I use this both morning & night and you really need only a dime-size amount for your entire face! It's amazing. Also, to combat the stringiness she mentions in the video, I began using a tongue depressor as a way to get the cream out to avoid the stringiness by getting the amount I need on one side then flipping over and scraping the excess off on the edge and usually you don't get the stringiness along with it. Then I just put it in my hand and apply to the face from there! I don't know if this is good or bad to do but it has worked for me. I'm just not a fan of dipping my fingers into a jar repeatedly, whether that makes a difference or not, idk.
@@MyCrownstar Over the course since making this comment I have continued using this moisturizer and it is still my go to. I've only used 1 jar since (3.52oz). If that at all can give a representation to those interested of how little you need to keep your skin nice and moisturized! I'm glad to hear there are more options for people! Personally, I'm going to stick with the jar version of this product as over time I've become accustom to using it this way. It's also made me happy with knowing I can get every last bit of product out of the jar! In comparison to my sunscreen that comes in a tube, I've had to cut it open when I thought I ran out only to notice I had about 3-4 more uses left! If you use the tube version, consider doing this to make sure you get the most out of your product and get your money's worth! :)
I've only started proper skincare in 2021 (I'm 46 years old, lol).🙈 But here are some products that I have been repurchasing (aside from Retino-A Tret and Skinoren Azelaic) : 1. Hada Labo Shirojyun Premium Lotion (w/ tranexamic) 2. Illiyoon Ato Ceramide Cream (old and new formulation) 3. Some By Mi Propolis B5 Serum 4. Biore Aqua Rich Watery Essence spf 50 5. Naturekind Super Barrier Cream - I've only discovered this recently, but will definitely be a staple in my routine from now on! It's got 5% Urea, Ceramides and Centella among others!! 💞
Thoughts on Dr Dray’s repurchases from someone with mature, dry, sensitive skin: 1.Hadalabo cleansing oil is my 💯 holy grail! 2. I’ve found no improvement to skin quality, texture, healing from the CosRx snail mucin products for my mature dry sensitive skin. 3. Cerave healing ointment is fabulous. The whole family uses & loves. It’s tied with our love of Aquaphor. 4. Vanicream is also a family fave, definitely prefer over Cerave body lotion’s more waxy texture. 5. Not a fan of the LP (too shiny) but love the DRMTLGY untinted spf. 6. NG facial hydroboost stings, but love love Aveeno Clam & Restore. 7. I prefer DRMTLGY body exfoliating lotion (with lactic acid) for feet and hands over Kerasal or Dermatonics. Seriously no need for professional mani/pedi after using it. I definitely need to try pro cure. Has anyone else tried it for mature dry irritated skin? Hope other over 50 beauties found this helpful 💜.
I'm happy I'm mot the only one who doesn't jive with the snail mucin. In theory I like it but it doesn't feel moisturizing at all. I always put a on of moisturizer on top of it. Also, I think slugging is just a better option for max hydration
@@GenXVictoria Enjoyed hearing your faves & fails from Dr Drays repurchases. It truly is so individual. Agreed the tinted DRMTLGY SPFs tend to be very orange. Thanks so much for sharing 🙌
I live in Japan and discovered Hada Labo through Dr. Dray and now I just buy lots of Hada labo stuff from the local drugstores. I just love the SPF 50 white gel. It’s my favorite spf for the face and I even got my husband to use it as a day cream. At night we use the hyaluronic perfect gel. I also love the foaming cleanser and use the hyaluronic milky lotion under the gels.
Since I tried Hada Labo cleansing oil and cleanser I've gone on to try other products in their line. There hasn't been a single disappointment. That company's products continue to impress me both in terms of quality and prices. Whenever I'm in Asia I stock up!
I tried the PCA skin pigment gel and I definitely saw an improvement in my Melasma. Honestly, the only product that has improved my Melasma. Unfortunately, it was irritating to my skin. I ended up using the CeraVe healing ointment on my face to calm it down. I use Aquaphor on my lips. One of my favorite skin products is the SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic. ❤️
Well duh, it has alcohol as the first ingredient, alcohol, not water, which makes the bulk of the entire product 😬 I don't understand how she can recommend such a product.
After following you for well over a year, I have changed my skincare routine. I have used the Eucerin Daily SPF 30 as my moisture lotion for many years because of its light non-greasy feel, but I have added several new products to my skincare arsenal. ColoreScience Tinted Mineral Sunscreen, Vanicream facial cleanser, Vanicream moisturizer for the face, Cerave nighttime facial moisture, adapalene gel, and body sunscreens from Cerave, Neutragena, or Eucerin. Cerave healing ointment is a must-have, and I now reapply sunscreen during the day. I've also trie the Kerasal foot ointment--it's a lot less expensive than a pedicure. Thank you so much for sharing all of your knowledge
I’ve suffered from dry, cracked feet my entire life with pedi’s about every 6 weeks as my only relief ( could only afford after 50,now 62). You recommended Kerasal and I rushed out and bought it. It is the BEST! My feet have never been better. Thanks Doc🥰
@@mlwelter I apply on the areas that need it the most, after I bath or shower. I then put on cotton socks until I get dressed or ready for bed. It’s a fairly small tube but goes a long way.
for anyone who gets frequent nosebleeds when its dry, i highly recommended putting a layer of ointment (like the cerave ointment or vaseline) into your nose to make moisturize the inside. i have near-constant summertime nosebleeds but the vaseline does the trick
@@nadakartika2456 It may be helpful to have a nasal culture & sensitivity swab done to see if there’s a bacterial (eg, Staph) overgrowth causing the bleeding .
If you do this, please be really careful not to let it go down the wrong pipe if you accidentally inhale it into your throat. If the ointment/petroleum gets sucked into your lungs, you can give yourself Lipoid Pneumonia
@@Melon29813 I understand your concern, but only the tiniest bit of ointment on a swab is used in the nares, not nearly enough to make it down to the lungs.
(1&2) You don't have to choose between Aveno Calm and Restore and Neutrogena Hydeoboost! Aveno in the evening, and Neuteogena in the AM. I too hope they are never discontinued! (3&4) Hada Labo Cleansing Oil and PCA Skin Daily Clensing Oil are tied as favorites when it comes to an oil cleanser. (5) Team Cerave Ointment all the way (we may have a tube in each room of our house). Other favs (6) Cerave PM Lotion, (7) Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion, (8) Elta MD UV Physical Broad-Spectrum 41 tinted, (9) Avene XeraCalm (only thing we have found that keeps a couple eczema flair points under control for my daughter). (10) Not a product that you repurchase, but over the years I continue to use a high-frequency wand with argon. If a cystic nodule begins to pop up, I zap it 2x per day for a day or two, and it is nearly gone without coming to the surface or causing discoloration! I didn't notice the benefits when my acne was persistent, but now that it is under control I notice a huge improvement in treatment when I take the extra time to pull out this device when necessary. Thank you for your channel and sound advice, you have helped me immensely in my skincare journey and education. 💞
Hi Dr Dray, I have used up a tube of Kerasal foot ointment to tackle my crusty/dry feet an year ago, but I found that plain vaseline/petroleum jelly has been more effective in terms of results and cost. Once every 1-2 weeks, I would slug vaseline all over my feet after I get out of the shower, and then I put on cotton socks. In the morning, I wake up with my feet all soft, smooth and healthy looking.
@@mariah3654 if you do have a fungal condition on your feet, Kerasal or urea creams would still be more appropriate. I say Vaseline works well if you have just dry cracked feet, with no fungal infection what so ever. I am not a derm/expert, so please refer to Dr Dray videos and see your doctor.
I didn't realize how much of an impact you've had on my skin care routines until I watched this and realized I have almost all of these. Hadn't heard of many of them before you talked about them. These are really great, effective products. And most are very affordable. Thank you!
The Kerasal ointment is a miracle worker. I do own one of the foot files and I would apply Kerasal the day after I'd file. Never on the same day or my heels would burn. But just lately I tried it on my nails. I have tried everything on my brittle ridged 66 year old nails even the Kerasal nail repair BUT! the foot ointment worked wonders and I thought hmmm wonder what Dr Dray would say about this and lo and behold you said it! I have to say I agree! And none of the stuff you recommended cost an arm and a leg! I so appreciate that. You're the best!
After watching your videos and doing some research, I love CeraVe. I have purchased multiple CeraVe products and have never been disappointed. Also, I appreciate that you are reviewing OTC products and giving recommendations pertaining skin type, climate, activity.... Thank you so much!
The French formulation of Biafine that contains Trolamine is a miracle worker! I’m also a huge fan of French pharmacy staples Embryolisse lait-crème concentre and homeoplasmine as an overnight lip balm
I've been watching your videos for about a year now! I am a recovering "natural/clean" products user with eczema and a list of random allergies that cause dermatitis (formaldehyde, propolis, fragrance). After years of avoiding things like petroleum jelly and certain preservatives I finally purchased some of the products you've recommended here and in other videos and even after a couple of days my skin is so much happier! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for lifting the veil of marketing that I've been falling for that "natural" is always better!
Very glad to find information and help for skin problems from head to feet that have culminated just before my 76 birthday! After seeing the dermatologist, podiatrist and pharmacist my daily and nightly rountines include fluorouracil for AKs on face, hands and arms, abreva for sores on lower lip, and CeraVe SA cream for feet. Your videos are great reminders to be proactive and an active advocate for good skin care! Thank you from a New Mexico outdoors woman.
Love these type of videos and learning about your “go to” products. I’ll be forever grateful for your recommendation for Vanicream. My son struggles with Eczema and that is the only lotion that does not sting his skin.
I stick to plant based products, and the ones I come back to are Andalou Naturals Cannacell Cleansing Foam and SkinActive Face Garnier Organic Argan Face Moisturiser Day Cream 50ml. Really great quality products and reasonably priced.
I grew up on the east coast and my skin was very oily, hardly needed moisturizer. A couple years ago, I moved to Colorado and the lack of humidity in the air definitely took a toll on my skin, especially when I started using Retin-A at 0.05%. My skin needed all of the moisture and hydration! I started using the Vanicream gentle facial cleanser and the Cetaphil moisturizing cream at night and what a difference it has made with the dryness and peeling from Retin-A use. Would have never thought I would use a thick cream on my face due to my skin type, but with the dry climate and using a retinoid, I can totally relate to Dr. Dray with using more moisturizing products at her time in Colorado!
Did you know that having oily skin and therefore not needing moisturizer is a myth? When your skin becomes dehydrated, it can overcompensate by producing more oil, which can then lead to more breakouts (if acne-prone). So you can still be oily, but dehydrated at the same time. It's better to moisturize than to not. Just have to find one that's not very thick and will not suffocate your already oily skin. I have very oily skin myself and using a gel moisturizer plus a niacinamide serum really helps with keeping the oil production at a minimum.
Those are fantastic items! My list would be: Paula's Choice pore normalizing cleanser Vanicream daily facial moisturizer CeraVe hydrating sheer tint SPF cosRX snail mucin essence For my 4 yr old with eczema: LRP lipikar eczema cream CeraVe healing ointment CeraVe itch relief moisturizing lotion
For me it’s Ponds cold cream. That is hands down my favorite way to remove sunscreen and makeup. No matter which cleansing oils or balms I try, I always come back to Ponds. I like being able to wipe it away with a washcloth vs drowning my face in the sink to remove cleansing balm. Plus, I find that balms make my eyes cloudy and the cold cream does not.
Oh my word….Thank you for pointing out the “hard to squeeze” factor with the Cerave Healing Ointment!! I have Lupus and have a hard time opening things in general BUT I thought it was just me 😂😂😅😅Love the product as well so I guess I’m going for the jar.
I agree regarding Hado Labo cleansing oil. I've been using this for years and it is the best quality and best value in my opinion. It cleans so well and rinses well with water with no residue. It is my gold standard too, and I compare other oils with this one and I've never seen any better.
I use the Kerasal ointment to help with the shingles scars on my thigh. It has been speeding up its healing, making the bumps smoother and lighter in color!
Vanicream, cream & lotion were a life saver for me when I developed a fragrance intolerance. I use a squirt of each in my hand and mix them. The cream can feel weird to me by itself on my skin but together is perfect.
Vanicream moisturizer is my HG for my face and neck, and the CeraVe ointment for lips--all thanks to you, Dr. Dray! My dry skin drinks the Vanicream up and it's the only moisturizer I've found that can calm down irritation when I try a new product that doesn't agree with my face (sadly the cosrx snail mucin was one of them, lol). Thank you thank you thank you for all the amazing, science-based content you so generously share with us
Dr. Dray, you’re very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You’re young but very experienced and wise! I love your content. Thank you for doing what you’re doing!
As soon as that Neutrogena gel moisturizer came up I zoned out because I had used it before and the scent was AWFUl! How funny you literally address this complaint and now I'm going to try the extra dry formula! Thank you for all the amazing videos!
Kerasal foot ointment! That product gives me such nostalgia with this channel, for those of us who have been watching Dr Dray for years! Putting us rosacea sufferers into remission one video at a time!😅💪🏼
I’ve been in love with Hada Labo products. Their moisturizer with sunscreen is by far my favorite skincare product! I absolutely love it - it’s very lightweight and absorbs really well. And I love the fact that I can reapply it several times a day without making my skin feeling greasy. I got the tip here in your channel. Thank you!
The Vanicream products are very good especially for those with sensitive skin and prefer fragrance free products :) I use the Vanicream cleanser, moisturizing lotion & shampoo. Another favorite of mine is the Neutrogena gentle creamy daily cleanser ♥ I use this cleanser sometimes to remove my eye makeup, very gentle and it doesn't irritate my eyes, it's also fragrance free 💕 Take care everyone
Because of your channel, my frequently purchased items are Colorscience 3 in 1 eye SPF 45, Elta MD UV Physical BS SPF 41 tinted, Cerave Moisturizing Cream, Kerasol Foot Ointment. Other items that are must haves for me are Banana Boat's Lip Balm sunscreen, Eucerin Daily Protection for face, Neutrogena RWR, Cerave PM facial moisutrizer and Mary Kay Eye Makeup Remover. I've always used Aquaphor at night on lips. Never tried Cerave....yet.
The Cosrx snail mucin has been good to my acne prone skin. I have not broken out in a few months due to finding a better products ...SOOOO HAPPY ! The Hada Labo foaming face wash is now a Holy Grail. The bottle is almost empty and I will repurchase. My 19yr old son has his own bottle of the foaming wash too. He struggled with acne for 4 years. Now he doesn't break out using Retin A, Hada Labo wash and Hada Labo serum.
I have oily skin with rosacea and broken blood vessels. ADORE the neutrogena hydroboost- not irritating, skin felt moisturized/soothed and not greasy. The procure was just okay for me. The color correction is subtle- so if you have a fair amount of redness will not mask very much. But it is lightweight ans non greasy.
Dr. Dray I just love your videos! Followed you for a very long time. Just wanted to say - I miss seeing "Mom" in them here and there as we once did. She was a delight! Especially on your outings ❤️ Hope she is doing well ❤️
i’ve used vanicream moisturizing cream on my face every night for years. it’s probably the best skincare product i’ve ever owned. so straight forward gentle and extremely moisturizing
The Kerasol is amazing. I cannot tolerate having my feet touched and HATE pedicures but I'm always barefoot so my feet are rough and gross and needed them. Not anymore. Thank you for introducing me to it, Dr. Dray!
An alternative to using ointment for chaffing between the thighs/legs is deodorant. I had stopped wearing skirts & dresses due to chaffing between the legs in summer but since learning this tip I use roll on deodorant and don’t have that problem anymore & it’s something I always have with me even when travelling.
Straight up Vaseline. I love that a tiny teeny bit goes a far way. I double cleanse with Baby Oil. It is very effective. Both are inexpensive, and I can find it in any drug store or grocery.
I am team Cerave & Aquaphor on the healing ointment game. I love the Cerave ointment for under my eyes and slugging but nothing helps my lips like Aquaphor. I will never go back to any regular old chapstick. I would never have tried either of these products if it weren’t for your suggestions. Thanks for all the amazing content, Dr. Dray!! ❤️
I love the Neutrogena Hydroboost extra dry gel cream. I've also tried the Aveeno calm restore oat cream, but I think Neutrogena's formula leaves my skin feeling softer. I have a very oily t-zone, but the "extra dry" works very well for me. I use it at night since it has no SPF. Another product Dr. Dray introduced me to that I live by is the CeraVe tinted moisturizer SPF 30. I like to look natural, and that's difficult having oily skin, but CeraVe's tinted moisturizer has decent coverage and keeps my skin looking matte for longer than any other tinted moisturizer I've ever tried. I've compared it to bb creams, foundations, everything! but none compare. It's as if CeraVe's tinted moisturizer sucks up the oil and prevents me from looking shiny. Granted, I do develop a shine after about 3 hours of wear, but that's a long time for minor maintenance compared to other brands. Thank you, Dr. Dray for improving my skin care routine and helping me see that a glow from SPF can be beautiful!
T. LeClerc loose face powder is amazing for oily skin. It contains rice powder and is recommended by French dermatologists for sensitive and acneic skin. Every time I use it, I get compliments on my skin! Been using it for decades. A 28gm tub contains 3x as much powder as American brands, so that offsets the cost. I apply it on top of sunscreen for a perfect finish.
I love, love, love your videos! Honest, non-biased information and real product names we can purchase. Are you considering Part 2, with another 10 favorite products? Thank you for helping us all.
Same with me as well. I started using the Vanicream cleanser & moisturizer via Dr. Dray's recommendation after suffering through a mild Perioral Dermatitis rash during the pandemic. I fell in love with it and repurchase it often. Its gentle, cheap and does the job. :)
Team Aquaphor! The CereVe healing ointment never sinks in for me and just sits on top. Aquaphor forms a good seal and actually moisturizes as well for me!
If you like the “sinking in” feeling you may want to try EltaMD intense moisturizer. It’s been a game changer for me and much more comfortable for facial skin.
Pausing to say thank you for addressing concerns for the wellbeing of snails. I still don't purchase products containing snail byproducts on principle, but it does set my mind a bit more at ease knowing they aren't harmed.
Love hada labo! But guess what I do with this oil?! I have the Inkey List oat balm, which has great ingredients. It's super thick though, and therefore less "slip". So I squirt a small amount of this balm in my palm (about the size of a Hershey kiss), THEN I give two squirts of the hada labo oil to thin it. Together they make the perfect medium consistency with great "slip". It's not too thick, and it's not watery and running all over my hands. After this mixture is thoroughly distributed into my skin, and I a tad bit of water, it emulsifies BEAUTIFULLY into an extra milky substance that rinses off especially well. I enjoy that I also get the combined ingredients of both products. I follow up with the Vanicream facewash. Try it! :)
I don't think Costco sells the Hydro Boost Gel Cream for Extra Dry Skin, which is the Fragrance Free version. The "regular" Hydro Boost Gel Cream for Dry Skin does contain fragrance. Just an FYI for those who prefer the Fragrance Free cream.
My top 10 would be: 1. Bioderma Atoderm cleansing oil (I use it for body and makeup/spf removal) 2. La Roche Posay Toleriane cleanser 3. Vaseline Cocoa butter vaseline 4. Geek & Gorgeous aPAD (azelaic acid derivative serum) 5. Advanced Clinicals retinol cream in a big tub 6. Avene Cicalfate cream 7. Bioderma Sensibio micellar water 8. Neutrogena hydro boost water gel, d'uh! 9. Aquaphor (just because we don't CeraVe ointment over here :D) 10. Avene soothing radiance mask
Hada labo- love love love this stuff. Have tried others but always go back to this one. Equally love the refills without buying another plastic bottle.
Oh yeah, recently discovered ointments and I love them. For some reason I was under the impression that they were bad. Anyway, I enjoy using them on my feet in the summer. Protects my ankles so nicely. I do prefer the cerave but the Aquaphor is alright too. I do prefer the mini tubes from them for travel.
I've tried a LOT of Hada Labo and the only 2 I keep repurchasing is the Cleansing oil and the HA essence (premium gold) for the driest skin type. Also love the Cosrx Gel cream and the sheet mask. Also love Aveeno Calm and Restore Gel Cream but only use it to calm my skin if I go too heavy on my retinA or acids. For my melasma, I have seen improvement with SkinFix Correct Dark Spot Corrector. Just don't over apply and stay consistent.
COSRX is the HOLLY GRAIL on skin care. I’ve been using the snail mucin essence and my skin is healthier and it glows! I just got a second bottle and I’m not even done with the first one because it last forever if you use the right amount. Trying the moisturizer soon since Amazon got prime day and I got it cheaper s
Totally agree on the Hada Labo cleansing oil, it’s also the one I compare all other cleansing oils to! I also love their hyaluronic acid emulsion (it’s a clear watery gel) which I use on damp skin under any serums or moisturizers. And their eye and lip area cream which is light and moisturizing. They really are a great brand for hydration 👍
I just started using the Hada Labo Goku-jyun Milk Lotion just to add some more moisture into my routine and I am loving it so far. Also loved that I can just get a refill of it 👍🏽
My favourite product for older skin is always Eucerin or cereve body lotion! Trust me I’ve tried them all and no cream reduces wrinkles just softens the look of the skin! I’m 67 and speak from experience
Dr Gray ! I repurchased the nail corx cream. It is not in your head. It is actually very amazing. I will use it in the morning. The old people in the nursing home will ask me for that cream! 🤣🤣🤣 it leaves a sticky sensation but I personally don't mind
I've started using the riceberry range from llitleextrra i.e. face wash, face serum, hydrating moisturizer, toner, and sunscreen. I apply them daily in the morning, and it’s been only 1 month, and I can feel the improvement on my face. The dull skin looks brighter, and wrinkles have decreased. There was a dark spot near my right cheek, and I can tell it has faded a lot. I’m going to stick to this skincare routine.
Currently, I’m using the vitamin c serum from riceberry, and it’s perfectly fine for my skin. I just got the moisturizer today as well, and it looks promising so far
You got me hooked on the Kerasal foot ointment for my scary calloused feet. Nothing else I tried has worked as well as this product. It has made a huge difference and I am no longer self conscious about my feet. Thank you!
The scraping instruments used in salons are actually bad for your callouses - your feed believe they are being “attacked or injured, so they respond with more build up. When I do get a pedicure, I refuse the foot file. Love Kerasal.

I have been double cleansing since I could remember. Everyone I know back home double cleanses. In Japan, DHC cleansing oil is the gold standard. But any oil is good to double cleanse is good. I love that she is spreading this awareness.❤
I have tried so many makeup removers however, by far my favorite and the one I always go back to is Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula with vitamin E skin therapy cleansing oil (deep cleans and brightens), has vitamin C, jojoba, rosehip, my eyelashes are also growing with this, nothing compares to the crap I bought to this and it costs $8.95 Canadian, I keep on repurchasing this. this is my humble opinion.

Right on. With ya Sister.

Hey, can you tell me where I can purchase cerave products in Japan? Or the Ordinary? I cannot find them in Kyoto. Pls help.
I love PCA products wish they were more affordable though
Well duh, it has alcohol as the first ingredient, alcohol, not water, which makes the bulk of the entire product 😬 I don't understand how she can recommend such a product.
@@PsiChotic well chemicals are not bad..they do the job! Thr secret is not overdoing it✌
After following you for well over a year, I have changed my skincare routine.
Thanks Doc🥰
How do you use it? Slather on whole foot?
@@mlwelter I apply on the areas that need it the most, after I bath or shower. I then put on cotton socks until I get dressed or ready for bed. It’s a fairly small tube but goes a long way.
Dry cracked feet is a vitamin or mineral deficiency.
Try taking collagen peptides too!
for anyone who gets frequent nosebleeds when its dry, i highly recommended putting a layer of ointment (like the cerave ointment or vaseline) into your nose to make moisturize the inside. i have near-constant summertime nosebleeds but the vaseline does the trick
thank you for this!! i keep getting nosebleeds this summer and am not sure why, but glad to know I am not the only one
I do the same with Aquaphor. Works great
When difficult to narrow down to 10 would enjoy hearing a part two OR more than 10 item's. You educate but also help and bring a smile. Thank you!
Omg can we mention just how glowing Dr.Dray is looking these days, omg… Blessings! Absolutely beautiful :’)
Agree!
Great hack, thanks! I have the Kerasil but never heard her talk about using it for the nail plate. Now I know I can just use Vaseline!
Hands down THE best skin-care advice.
I didn't realize how much of an impact you've had on my skin care routines until I watched this and realized I have almost all of these. Hadn't heard of many of them before you talked about them. These are really great, effective products. And most are very affordable. Thank you!
Same!!! And skin has never looked better.
Yes! Same! I keep smiling at all the great products I love too!’
The Kerasal ointment is a miracle worker. I do own one of the foot files and I would apply Kerasal the day after I'd file. Never on the same day or my heels would burn. But just lately I tried it on my nails. I have tried everything on my brittle ridged 66 year old nails even the Kerasal nail repair BUT! the foot ointment worked wonders and I thought hmmm wonder
what Dr Dray would say about this and lo and behold you said it!
I have to say I agree! And none of the stuff you recommended cost an arm and a leg! I so appreciate that.

Thank you for clarifying that it doesn’t hurt the snails because I’ve been avoiding snail products for that suspicion!
I couldn't care less about snails
After watching your videos and doing some research, I love CeraVe. I have purchased multiple CeraVe products and have never been disappointed. Also, I appreciate that you are reviewing OTC products and giving recommendations pertaining skin type, climate, activity.... Thank you so much!
The French formulation of Biafine that contains Trolamine is a miracle worker! I’m also a huge fan of French pharmacy staples Embryolisse lait-crème concentre and homeoplasmine as an overnight lip balm
CosRX Snail 92 is my favorite! Glad to know there's a bit of evidence to back up my personal experience
I feel you! I live in Colorado and there is never enough moisturizer!

Hey! I am moving to CO from FL. Any other face and body moisturizers your recommended for the winter?
Those are fantastic items!

Paula's Choice pore normalizing cleanser
Vanicream daily facial moisturizer
CeraVe hydrating sheer tint SPF
cosRX snail mucin essence
For my 4 yr old with eczema:
LRP lipikar eczema cream
CeraVe healing ointment
CeraVe itch relief moisturizing lotion
For me it’s Ponds cold cream. That is hands down my favorite way to remove sunscreen and makeup. No matter which cleansing oils or balms I try, I always come back to Ponds. I like being able to wipe it away with a washcloth vs drowning my face in the sink to remove cleansing balm. Plus, I find that balms make my eyes cloudy and the cold cream does not.
Same for me. Love my Ponds! I just hate splashing water on my face before bed
I use CereVe Moisturizing cream as face wash for the same reason.
Have so many tubs of Ponds at home. Been using for years. ❤😊
Oh my word….Thank you for pointing out the “hard to squeeze” factor with the Cerave Healing Ointment!! I have Lupus and have a hard time opening things in general BUT I thought it was just me 😂😂😅😅Love the product as well so I guess I’m going for the jar.
Yes! At first I thought it had gotten old and turned to “concrete.”
I use the jar of healing ointment and use a scoop that I received with a balm I purchased. It gets every drop of product out of the jar.
I use Aveeno Eczema Therapy in the jar. It helped my eczema dramatically.

I agree regarding Hado Labo cleansing oil. I've been using this for years and it is the best quality and best value in my opinion. It cleans so well and rinses well with water with no residue. It is my gold standard too, and I compare other oils with this one and I've never seen any better.
It rinses so well!
I always repurchase the cetaphil mineral liquid sunscreen, thanks to you. I don't skip a day. It's light, inexpensive and beautiful on the skin. 💗
CeraVe Healing Ointment is my must have because of seeing on here. Love it.
Vanicream is lovely isn't it? Leaves my skin so plush!
They are definitely a saving grace! The moisturizer and cleanser don’t flare up my sensitive skin at all.
Thank you thank you thank you for all the amazing, science-based content you so generously share with us
I never would’ve tried out the Vanicream Moisturizer if it weren’t for Dr. Dray and it has worked wonders for me, too.

As soon as that Neutrogena gel moisturizer came up I zoned out because I had used it before and the scent was AWFUl! How funny you literally address this complaint and now I'm going to try the extra dry formula! Thank you for all the amazing videos!
I would bathe in the 92% snail cream if they made a jar big enough! Nothing has ever made my skin feel so soft or look so luminous.
Thank you!
Is the SPF you use in a tub?
Is that the HADA LABO UV Perfect Gel SPF50+ ? Thank you
The Vanicream products are very good especially for those with sensitive skin and prefer fragrance free products :) I use the Vanicream cleanser, moisturizing lotion & shampoo.

I really love the peach slices snail line!!! It’s a bit more afforadable and I find it really has helped heal my skin!
Can't believe that I have four out of the ten products. Thanks Dr. Dray my skin has changed dramatically after watching your videos.
Great hack!
I love the Aveeno oat gel rather than the Neutrogena hydro boost. That will forever be in my routine, and I learned about it on this channel!☺️
That Kerasal is one of my new holy grails thanks to you! Loved every recommendation of yours that I've tried!
I'm definitely going to try Procure Rosacare and the Neutrogena too. Thanks for sharing 💯❣️

It has titanium dioxide, does Dr. Dray mention anything about this?
Team Aquaphor! The CereVe healing ointment never sinks in for me and just sits on top. Aquaphor forms a good seal and actually moisturizes as well for me!
If you like the “sinking in” feeling you may want to try EltaMD intense moisturizer. It’s been a game changer for me and much more comfortable for facial skin.

Try it! :)

Their lotion is the bomb, and way cheaper than Neutrogena Hydroboost. Both have hyaluronic acid. I put it on first, then Timeless Vitamin C serum
I just started using the Hada Labo Goku-jyun Milk Lotion just to add some more moisture into my routine and I am loving it so far. Also loved that I can just get a refill of it 👍🏽

Dr Gray ! I repurchased the nail corx cream. It is not in your head. It is actually very amazing. I will use it in the morning. The old people in the nursing home will ask me for that cream! 🤣🤣🤣 it leaves a sticky sensation but I personally don't mind
Vanicream is my go to for my daughters eczema! It keeps her skin so moisturized!
The Theraplex Barrier Balm is the best product I’ve ever used on my lips. As a flutist, I’ve tried many. The Barrier Balm is by far my favorite.

I'm definitely team aquaphor!! In the end it doesn't matter as long as it does what's supposed to right? Thanks for the great videos Dr Dray!!
Thank you! Great recommendations and very helpful descriptions! Keep these professional videos and recommendations coming!
It’s crazy that you’re in the ad for your own video , love you Dr. Dray!
