I have had one since September and run it with 1 expansion battery in my overland rig. I recently added the E1000lfp Pecron to use with this. Pecron is really hitting it out of the park for price and features.
Pecron continues to bring very good value to the portable power station market. My only question with them is whether or not they will prove to be as durable or reliable, over time.
I'm currently using mine as a UPS for my computer and equipment, easily handles all the electronics I have plugged into it. I've had no problems the few time I've had power flickers, but fortunately haven't had to test it in a real outage. One thing to note is 3kWh is the minimum for the 30% 25(d) tax credit for energy storage equipment.
Got my Delta a couple years ago and I think it was $3500 It has came down so much since the old days of inverters. Competition has brought down the price significantly in the last year 👍
This power station is everything Bluetti (USED TO BE) wireless charging, touchscreen, barrel plugs. 150v VOC, 3072w expansion batteries. The expansion batteries are similar to the Bluetti B300 which can work standalone, I hate the direction Bluetti is going but Pecron is Awesome for keeping us Consumers 1st and not themselves by removing features.
I have both products Ecoflow and Pecron , I would say Pecron gives more value , however, I really love the way Eco flow has so many gadgets and they are better on innovation. I like Eco flow because I use their wave 2 Air Conditioning , that I run on DC. I would say these are two of the top in portable generators.
Pecron power for sure save to get the E3600 and a battery and now I see that they have a F5000 coming out soon shit.... I really hope it's affordable like the E series but I'm definitely looking forward to to that unit and what Pecron has to offer for 2025 good review.
Greatly appreciate, and watch all your videos. If you must include background music though, please consider choosing music without the deep, bass thump, thump, thump. It is very distracting while trying to concentrate on what you are saying. You have a good voice that is easy to listen to for the duration of all your videos -- you really don't need to dress up your vids with music tracks. What do others think I wonder? Thank you!
Pecron is not new. They've been around for a while, they're just not mainstream in the U.S. but the rest of the world uses them. They also have a new U.S. Customer service # for those who need it. They always respond to my emails. I have 4 power stations from them. We use them regularly off grid to run lights, appliances, mini split. Then at the grid tied house it has run our furnace and house via transfer switch during power outages. Works great for us, we have not had any issues so far. Can't beat the price. The Ecoflows I own do the same thing just for more money. So people have to make their own choices.
I'm hoping that new one( you previewed at the show) with 240v is just as good and affordable as the E3600. Any idea when it will be released ? I know you'll test and review it as soon as it's released.
I spent a long time watching videos and al. Final I made the but decision I bought an ecoflow delta pro 3, and it has been a torment, the worst decision, for those who read this opt for jackery and if you opt for something cheaper pecron is a good option, but do not buy ecoflow is a headache the firmware update issue
@minutemanprep Imagine delta pro 3 into sleep mode After sending videos to the. Support team, they determined that I have to wait 30 days to be able to reset it again and update firmware again, I think ecoflow is crap, how is that possible
Quick question. I turn my 3600 on connect wifi then turn it off with the app and it goes to a standby mode. What is the power consumption in this mode, ive never noticed much of a drop day to day. Early in the video you referred to always having an inverter on was wondering how much of a difference this makes.
With 2 E3600, are the batteries shared or will one drain before switching to the other?. Also when solar charging will I have to have panels on both generators or will the charging be shared between the units?
Great question, I wasn't able to test that, but my understanding is they will share the SOC between each leg of power. Meaning unit 1 and its batteries will keep the same level of battery, but it will not transfer energy to or from unit 2 to keep 1 level with it.
I am looking for a system that can act as a UPS for my RV. I want to plug the 30 amp RV park power into a Power station, and feed my RV with the 30 amp power from the Power Station. A flow through or continuous charging when the AC is on and then the battery kicks in if the power goes out at the Parc for whatever reason. I know you can have the continuous charging while using with Solar Panels, but I want the same option with the 30 amp service from the Parc... Can this do that or another Brand out there? Reason is because, I sometimes have to leave my 2 dogs in the Trailer for a few hours when I go camping and I stress out big time to think the power could go and they have no more cooling in the Trailer. I need a back up that could last something like 4 hrs.
I think one of the main questions UA-cam should be putting out about the solar Banks is how is the customer service I hear ecoflow has terrible customer service. What companies actually have a real phone number and do they answer and do they speak good enough English where you can understand and do they warranty their products. If you're spending this kind of money then i think that's very important.
Also I here Bluetti has bad customer service or non-existent. I hear oupes you can call them and they will answer and warranty their product and they speak English very well. I think their customer service is based out of California.
Everyone will have different experiences. I've had good experiences with ecoflow, bluetti, pecron, anker, hysolis and others. But some of them out here are just bad. Bluetti used to be really bad but they've gotten a lot better now which is great.
I believe Pecron makes a great product. But a bad experience with their customer service has left me without the desire to ever buy a unit from them again. This was years ago and I wonder if there customer service has gotten better for the average consumer and not the influencer like you. I would like to mention that the DC output is not a regular XT60 port but a XT60EF and may not be compatible with the regular XT60 plugs, or am I wrong on this? As always, I enjoy your channel and hard work you do. Thank you!
As long as your garage stays above freezing it'll be fine. LiFePo batteries don't charge below freezing, and this doesn't have self-heating. It does have cooling fans, so if you have significant dust in the garage there might be an issue there. Charge Temperature 0°C~45°C / 32°F-113°F Discharge Temperature -20°C~45°C / -4°F-113°F
So toward the end of the video you were rifling through the screen info and you mentioned battery temp's. Does that mean it has freeze protection on the batteries? Do the batteries have a heat to start up. Looking for something to use our greenhouse here in Michigan and I'm thinking we need some type of battery protection / heater?
The only unit Pecron has with battery heating is the e1000. It is also compatible with the expansion batteries from this unit, although it can only take 1 of them. I also believe that the F5000 they are coming out with will have the battery heater.
Is this the same unit you reviewed from CES 2025? I thought that unit did not have the yellow corners, which differentiated it from the 2024 model, along with other features.
Hello I have the E2000LFP and have found that it is unreliable and their service is terrible. My device has been in the shop for repair to 2 months now and there is no communication. Good luck with this company
@markhunt6573 thanks. I'm always thinking about how to set up panels, whether it's going to be a clean in series or have to do a bunch of paralleling in order to stay below the 150 volts. I have the Eco Flow dpu setup because I really like the input capacity.

Aren't these the ones that will drain power completely in just a few days even while the inverter is turned off and not being used? I wonder if it can be used as a UPS for the home for the 120v loads. If it can do 3200 watts in and 3600 out at the same time with a built-in transfer switch?
@@minutemanprep why is everyreview I've seen coming to just the opposite conclusion? Did you measure the inverter output nowhere as close as the mfg claims and output falls off a lot when battery is below 60%
Gotta love the price on the Pecron units! One complaint I've heard about other Pecron models is they are slow to spool up on solar charging when a shadow crosses a solar panel, say like a cloud or something. Reportedly they take minutes to get back to max charging rate. Have you noticed this issue with the E3600?
