This is good to hear as I always feel extremely out of place, not pursuing things that other people around me pursue, but there is definitely a peaceful, lonesome quiet about it which I appreciate as I know it is for the best. Whatever disconnect I feel now is worth the world of heartbreak and discomfort I would feel from engaging in haram.

My advice on haram relationships: drop it completely, cold turkey. We wouldn’t accept our partners half giving up drugs, cheating, gambling, or any other habit that was displeasing to us. Yet, to Allah SWT we want to half give up haram? Islam is about moral consistency, not cherry picking.

The niqab is a small opening in front of the pupil when needed. Also, the jilbab is what is placed on top of the head so as not to describe the size of any part of the body, including the shape of the shoulder which should not be described. may Allah increase you in khair and keep you steadfast in islam .

    • @muhdluq03
      @muhdluq03 3 місяці тому +11

@@YeshuaIsTruth33 Because Allah didn't create women for men to stare at with googly eyes, to be ogled like some kind of prize. No, men and women were created with a purpose far greater than that. They were created to continue the human species in the most ethical, dignified way possible until the end of time, to build families, to nurture communities, to carry forward the legacy of humankind. It’s not about lust or desire. It never was. To think otherwise is to completely miss the point, to reduce women to mere objects, to something less than human, less than what Allah intended.
When you reduce a woman to her appearance, when you focus only on what you see, you strip away her dignity, her worth, her essence. And let me be clear: this isn’t just a command for women to cover up, to protect themselves from unwanted gazes. It’s a command for men too. Yes, men have their own responsibility- to cover their own parts, to lower their gaze, to carry themselves with respect, to control their impulses.
The command of modesty, of covering up, is not a one-way street. It's not just a burden placed upon women while men get a free pass to do as they please. No, it's a mutual responsibility. It's about honoring each other, respecting each other, recognizing the divine wisdom in the roles we play. Because when men and women both adhere to these principles, when they both uphold their end of the deal, they create a society built on respect, on dignity, on understanding.
      Surah Al-Ahzab (33:35)
"Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and humble women, the charitable men and charitable women, the fasting men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so, and the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so-for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward."

Never in my life did I think that such a comment would ever, EVER, come from a Muslim brother. Allah humma baarik! May Allah swt bless you, son/brother. All I see on the Internet today is ferocious hate towards Muslim women, from both the outside world and inside by the Muslim brothers. It often makes me sad to see them behave so respectfully and admiringly towards non-Muslim (only white) women, so really....jazak´Allah khayr for your comment.
Nobody ever talks about women carrying Islam so visibly in enemy-minded societies, while our brothers (right in front of us) allow themselves to date (physically) and marry non-Muslim women under the disguise of "Ahl-ul-Kitaab" when they are women who rarely even believe in God (and the criteria for Ahl-ul-Kitaab is strict..not meaning that they can marry just any white girl). NOBODY talks about the hoards of Muslim men foregoing chaste women and Muslim women, just to be with what fits in on the media and p#%n industry ideals. Then, when they´re done with that phase...they choose a pure Muslim girl from a struggling country and can start all over again any time they want (with society not batting an eyelid and respecting them no matter haraam living, divorces or forgetting Islam at their convencience). These men leave abandoned children in their wake, but who gets the blame? The women they leave. People think that single mothers come up just magically, but never want to talk about how society has made it so easy for men to just swim through so many women without any consequences to their reputation, their family ties etc.
Really...from the heart, jazak´Allah khayr for your comment. I can´t believe that brothers like you really exist. It´s an honour to call you brother/son!

Amazing to see someone who feels deeply the contentment and experiences the miracles of our religion in person. I totally agree with her. We are the ones enslaving ourselves to culture, money, possessions, fame, family, everything that comes with being a part of a society and let the disease spread throughout our hearts. Enslavery to Allah is the only way you can free yourself from slavery. And she is a live proof of that. May Allah preserve her iman 🙏🏼

I'm glad that I listened until the end alhamdullilah, cause I was getting worried about having a certain level of leniency towards yourself when struggling against the sins that you commit. Glad you did speek about it at the end so that those that would feel bad during the first 25-30 minutes don't think that everything is hopeless for them.
So for those who feel hopeless while watching. Continue until the end to fully understand understand all aspects. You indeed still have to keep on fighting against you nafs but also always keep in mind why you have those imaan dips. Because sometimes its not only to test you but to be merciful towards another brother/sisters to be guided back into practicing. Don't ever forget that. 😊

Wow, this was like a spiritual pep talk with a side of wisdom fries! 🍟 I totally agree-whether it’s braving the campus hijab fashion show or navigating the ‘how many ways can I mess up today’ challenge, it’s all about sticking with it and knowing that no one’s judging you as harshly as you might think. Plus, who knew that being a ‘good’ Muslim could make you feel like you’ve hit the jackpot of inner peace and freedom? 🎉 So here’s to making mistakes, grabbing every chance for repentance, and knowing that despite the tough parts, at least we’re not alone in this-and we get to share some laughs along the way. May we all find our way and keep our sense of humor intact! JazakAllah Khair for the great advice!

Other people (non-believers) have figured out what they want to do in life but as Muslims, we are so lucky Allah chose this beautiful religion 🛐. I can't imagine waking up in the morning and not knowing what to do what a miserable lifestyle. Without Allah's Mercy, I can not imagine what my life would be like. I grew up in a Muslim environment but I realized the importance of Islam after moving to north America. Alhamdulilaah 🤲🤲

As someone that lived over seas in a Muslim country… let me just say the youth there are equally troubled 😭 and it’s so sad. Some of the countries just don’t have access to the same self destructing things as those in the west but whew 😭 still just as bad: youth and adults.
We should be preaching the message of reminding everyone of the religion no matter where you’re from.

Please tell your parents about it, they will not think bad of you, you can just sit down with them and have a normal talk, don’t feel ashamed because it’s not your fault at all. Also make sure to let him know to stop, tell him your boundaries and just keep maintaining your distance. But above all, you must talk to your parents, they won’t think bad of you because parents are supposed to be understanding of their kids. Just try speak to them, it will definitely bring some change to your situation. ☺️
