- Ever since we saw this, we wanted one. Many people will argue as if they are needed. Ford Included a brace on the Raptor and Jeep has always used a cross bar in their tops. Our only gripe is the lack of instructions or tips on assembling the bar itself. We'll include a follow up with our planned 1 year review of the Anderson Composites Hard Top around Mid April.

I just put mine on today. Installed a green led light for the kids. Helps too for ambient light for the passengers. As for the current black roof brackets, I left them off. Didn't see a purpose for them.
12:50 Thanks Bird Dog!
I did the exact same thing you did installed mine the day before you uploaded this. Could not find any other videos or instructions anywhere.
Yeah, hope others see this video before installing theirs.
It looks pretty darn cool tho! With the roof off and the rack, it’ll look pretty cool cruising around this summer
Looks good - another nice video!
7:35 THIS!!!
I like the look of your quilted roof panel padding. Who makes them?
It comes with the Anderson Composites hard top
Thats not bad looking. I think the GOAT one is the best non OEM one. The Braptor is available now but they have the B and the C pillar. Not sure I would need that back part, also some of the 21 Bronco's do not have the Riv nut location.
I considered the GOAT one too, but this is cheaper and looks good. They are both pretty rigid as they are both steel. The BRaptor ones are way more expensive from what I’ve seen. Probably not fooling with the rear one as well. Thanks for watching.
How hard is it to link a PDF on the products website?!?
So you're putting in the brace that Ford bragged about not having...and then added it to the Raptor because they realized why Jeep has one? Nice.
LOL, that's hardly the reason. Mallcrawlers and moderate off roaders still don't need them. Ford added the braces to the BRaptor for increased towing capacity among other things (hard core hi-speed offroading, something Jeep isn't as good at). The regular Bronco without the brace has the same tow rating as the Wranglers with it, sooooo.
@@BirdDogOffRoadAdventures so you admit it adds structural rigidity and purpose. Cool. Thanks.
@@erievon1 yes but isn’t always needed. Some people would rather have the open air experience. At least they have options
