TCEK 360 Swivel Chair
@tcekproducts reached out to us to see if we'd be interested in sharing a review of their 360 Swivel chair for our audience. There was no restrictions in us expressing our opinions on this product and we did our best to give an honest review. The verdict: we definitely like this chair and would recommend it to others. The space saved by using this type of chair compared to the traditional department store chairs in pretty significant. We would have really appreciated it during our recent Rubicon trip, but did not have it yet. The only drawback is not having a stable drink holder (we will elect to use our small camping table with it, not a deal breaker for us). You can bet we will keep this around for future trips to use.

Bronco on the Rubicon Trail Day 1

It finally happened! After over a year of planning and preparation, we finally got to attempt the infamous Rubicon Trail near Lake Tahoe in California. This trail did not disappoint in that it was very challenging. Not just on the Bronco, but mentally as everyday was filled with intense obstacles. The videos and photos truly do not do it justice. In this video, we show you our footage from day ...

Avoiding butt sweat is always a plus!
Made a trip up there a few days ago. Took 42, then over to the horseshoe dam. Fun ride, spectacular views.
@@jeffbaytos98 it sure is. I need to get back over there myself.
Walked a part of the Rubicon 30 years ago. Really need to go back and drive it!
Very compact
Is the red 2 door Roger's and Henderson's rig?
@@Billwithjourneybeyondoverland yep! Love those those two!
Looks like a great year!

Looks like a good year!
AMERICA FIRST? 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 or a $10 ChineUh Chair for $100? you should be ashamed of yourself
Thank you for watching. If it makes you feel any better, I keep it stored with my MAGA hat and Trump Bible (both made in China).
@UncleFister, what device did you use to post this comment?
Thanks for sharing your video. Was really great meeting you and your dogs. The skid plates did take a beating, but they did their jobs.
Was a great day!!!!
Your mounted GoPro gave a great view of what the trail actually looks like. Great video!
Imagine spending 50/60 grand on a bronco and then having to put $20,000 into the suspension to make it worth a shit they handle like junk on the trail and they break🤷🏼♂️
@@beaumont9072 well, we had 4 stock ones with us on this trip without much fanfare, so I’ll chaulk your comment up to ‘I don’t know what the F I’m talking about’. Tons of video of stock or near stock Broncos doing this trail and then driving thousands of miles to get home without any drama.
@@BirdDogOffRoadAdventuresright! why wouldn’t we just spend $5K on a shitbox, another $10K to make it remotely usable, and then have to spend $50K+ on a tow rig and trailer to haul said shitbox to and from the trail since it can’t make it down a normal road without deathwobble… Who the heck would spend $40K on a brand new rig, that has all the comforts and drives like a dream, put a couple grand into bigger tires and armor, and then be able to drive across the country to run the trail and drive all the way home without any issues. 🤷♂️
I mean just from the video you could tell how they handle on the trail like junk. I ain’t trying to be a dick. I’m just pointing out facts. I’ve had 3 buddies that bought the new Broncos. They sold it a month later. They were NOT impressed and if you build your own rig, you’ll appreciate it a lot more if you got the skills. And I’ve seen more Broncos get recovered in the past year from breaking yeah buddy keep on trucking with your IFS. Have a good day folks.
@@beaumont9072 well, I’m going on 3 years with mine without issues. I’ve been wheeling at Badlands, DBBB, Windrock, Ouray, and now the Rubicon and have nothing but good things to say about it. People that have broke stuff have mostly been tie rods, which are cheap and relatively easy to swap out. The aftermarket braces for those aren’t that expensive either. Not sure what you mean handle on the trail, but the ride is way better with the IFS on or off the trails. The advantage with the solid front is more articulation, but these IFS rigs can handle most of the trails that 95% of us will ever hit. I see Jeeps break shit all the time as well as other makes. You say you ain’t trying to be a dick, but the first thing you do is criticize other people’s spending decisions. My advice is to worry about how you spend your own money and not how others spend theirs. If other people are happy with their rides, why do you care?
Good stuff guys! I look forward to these.
Bronco still looks like a proper truck should. Just looking at a 98 land rover defender at the moment another proper looking truck
I'm upgrading from the 275 to the 575. Can I use the same power wire (battery connected) that's curranty line place for the 275 for the 575?
@@NorthwestBronco I believe the 575 comes with beefed up wiring compared to the 275
@@BirdDogOffRoadAdventures Thank you for the reply!
So… which day was the hardest to you?
1 and 2 are both very intense, but I'd say day 2 is more technical of the 2. Best advice I can give is to take your time and do it right.
@BirdDogOffRoadAdventures were you running 38s? Also were you running the BroncBuster Hoss 2.0 Ultimate Steering upgrade?
@ yes Nitto Ridge Grapplers 38x12.5r17s. I upgraded my steering to the BroncBuster Hoss 3.0 Utimate Steering package with their braces, but their Hoss 2.0 should be enough as well.
@ thanks for the reply, good series on your trip. Keep up the good content. Happy New Year partner!
Best part of the trail, was doing it with friends! 🤘
FIRST in the Live Chat and the regular! 🎉
Day 2! Let’s GO!!!
Crazy how I would’ve never known what that movie was if it wasn’t for my friends that wanted to watch it it’s a good movie
Please explain this, I just do not get the chase light idea. I've never ever had any issue following any vehicle, day or night, on or off road. Stock lighting on any vehicle is more than enough for me to see without having an "A" Hole in front of me blinding me with a light bar shining straight into my eyes.
@@UncleFjester chase lights are used mostly for dusty roads. This bar is used during the day when on the dessert trails in AZ a lot so people behind me can see me through the dust. I would not use it at night as it would blind people behind me. I consider it a needed item for sure if you’re wheeling in groups in areas like southern Arizona.
miss, nobody wants to watch a hood view!
Does that sound insolation on your roof actually work?
@@itsjeffreyab it’s installed from Anderson Composites when they made them. I can’t remove it, so I don’t know the difference of not having it. I had a soft top prior and it’s a lot quieter than it was.
Most people's bucket list trail, must have been epic to be out there on it!
It was very awesome. Probably do it again at some point
Whats your lift and tire spec? Im assuming 37's
@@aeromechmike 3” over Sasquatch coil over lift and 2” body lift. Tires are 38x12.5r 17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers

Great video!!! 🤗 Let’s do it again!

Pretty freaking cool!
That’s a pretty darn good turnout!
I wish I would have gone, but I had other commitments.Glad you guys had fun.
Cool
My face watching this as the “Real Feel” for today back in Chicago is -18*… 😒😒😒 But great ride for a good cause!
Very Nice
It overextended under load that's how the ball was able to exit the cage out the front and not break the housing. Info on the lift would be good to include. I assume 4"+ to clear the 38" tires. Now droop a bit and the cv shift is way past working angle.
@@crowntransit1550 the coilovers are set to 3” over Sasquatch, which is the standard most aftermarket coilovers for the Bronco go to. RCV advertises their axles of being capable of greater angles than stock. The 2” body lift helps allow for 38s (as well as 0mm offset) and doesn’t affect the CV angles. I’ve been using the stock axle in its place since this on many trails (including the Rubicon) without any issues.
Sick entry video! Much respect for the 4runner. Just ordered this table.
Great stuff! Bravo!
Love it!! Great video. Hoping one day to get out there for a visit
I'll go with you - Lets get a game plan together for 2025.
fun little trail last time i was on that trail i had my ranger on 31 back in 2020. when i lived out there we would do that trail 3 to 4 times a year. the blue bronco you were behind on the brocnbuster ride is now on 37s . have you done coke overs trail yet
Is the 4R stock?
@@MID_LyFe_Gamer he has Dobinsons coil overs and 33” ATs
Awesome trails. Looks like you are having a blast out there.
What size tire and what size lift kit ?
