Got a Banshee with an 8 inch barrel and used it with my registered Olympic F/A upper with an H2 buffer and regular spring. Ran like a top. Pew, pew, pew! Thanks CMMG! All four magazines ran fine and locked open on the last round.
I blame gun drummer for introducing me to CMMG inc and I thank him for that. I can’t wait for my CMMG to enter my hands. Keep up the excellent quality and fun product.
Yes Mike your right I was given a 10 to 15 week lead time on my banshee 300 MK 10 and it took 14 weeks. But I must say it was worth waiting for I am totally pleased with the firearm and its function it eats my reloads and spits them out.
Thanks, Mike, and the crew in the tech and sales departments for relaying my questions to you!! You answered every one of my queries with great answers!! I'm sure my questions were not unique but hearing you address those things I was curious about is appreciated!!
Johnny Baggins loves you! And I love him, so when he suggested on his channel that we might want to bless you by subscribing, I cooperated. Question 1: I think .32 ACP would be a big hit in your platforms. After you produce 7.62x25, then why don’t you go there?
Keep that rubber boot for the 22 conversion bolt, dont get rid of it. Use it when storing the bolt when not in use. There is a new action tuning kit made for the law.
Radial Delayed Blowback .22 Magnum!!! Thanks, I'll take two!! At least that's what I'll say to WHOMEVER invents this. Hope it's CMMG.... ARC mag conversion kits would be great!
Creative Men Making Guns or Crazy Men Making Guns. The Central Missouri Machine Gun was was what I always thought it was. Need a C-163 or if you don't do C Cerakote perhaps a H-217 on a Resolute 300 Mk4 in 5.56MM
I ordered a 300 MkG with an 8" barrel and I have a 200 9mm ARC (with 8" barrel) that I upgraded with an ambi charging handle. I think right now any orders placed are not being "customized" due to the production backlog. It doesn't hurt to ask a CSR about it, though - pick up the phone and use it for what it's originally designed to do - make phone calls.
I've tried Bore buddy reliability kit using the buffer tube block and the little black piece that goes on the front of the bolt spring and the bolt weight -have only tried the aluminum weights, I could only get 2 rounds and then a "click"-had to recycle the charging handle, I also used a small piece of Velcro on front side of the mag to stop wobble and it seemed to work as far as stopping wobble. I was getting mostly 2 rounds fired and then misfire where the round didn't cycle into the bolt. I then removed the black buffer block but left the small black piece on the front of the bolt spring and removed the bolt weight and I got 4 rounds before a misfire. Why isn't my rifle cycling correctly? I spoke with a dude there at the gun range and he thought the problem was my buffer spring was to strong and wouldn't let the rifle cycle correctly. It's really accurate when I get shots off but that's the problem. He said to use a buffer spring and tube that would come in a AR 22 cal from the factory. OK I use a Leupold red dot with "night vision" that ran me about $500.00. I also have a Leupold VX -Freedom 3-9x40 .450 Bushmaster with the Leupold MARK AR 1 Piece IMSA mount specifically for AR Platforms and Picatinny rails. It's set up for Ideal Sight height and Eye Relief for AR Platforms, I'm also using the 40mm Alumina Lens cover kit and a SWFA 30mm (with a 1-inch insert) so both 30mm and 1 inch tubes can be used with this SS-TAC 30mm Bubble Level. It's relatively small and doesn't interfere with aim or handling. Anyway, I'm going to stick with the red dot and sell the Scope set-up. Sorry so long but what else can I do to explain the problem with cycling and what optics I use?
Of course I only have tried the aluminum weights in the, bought separately, bolt weight but it's supposed to stop bolt wobble. If I find the solution somewhere else, the weight is supposed to keep the rifle running cleaner, I may keep it instead of returning it.
Simplest answer is because it uses what is more like a traditional bolt and carrier (including the ejector), the bolt needs to travel farther back to get the clearance for ejection vs straight blowback. Farther bolt travel = longer port.
I have wanted a Banshee mk10 10mm for the last few years now but unfortunately I live in the shit state of Commyfornia I half to move I'm missing out on so many great firearms
With the felt recoil reduction, reliability and accuracy increase that your Radial Delayed Blowback System adds, are there plans to beef it up and add it to the MK47?
I hope you do a 6mm ARC Banshee! That would be super fun! I am also hoping you do some 45 ACP and 10mm conversion mags. Would be fun to SBR a single lower and then just change the upper. CMMG - 9-Carboxymethoxymethylguanine I have a Swampfox Blade coming for my Banshee 9mm. If I ever get an Endeavor 6mm ARC, I'll put on one of Vortex's optics.
Why does your radial delay bolt not come with an extractor o-ring? You carry this part# 55BA475, why not include them in the bolts? Is it because of it being a pistol caliber round?
I have a ruger ar556 and it has a notched hammer and I’ve been doing research on conversion kit the bravo and am wondering if I need to change my hammer to a rounded hammer for the conversion kit to work. Or will it work with my stock notched hammer in my ruger 556. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated thank you.
Do you guys sell the new style bolt carrier for the mk47? I wouldn’t mind a binary trigger in mine. For the optic I use the primary arms raptor ffp acss. I’ve hunted with that combo for a few years and there’s no reason to change it up now. The naturally better accuracy from the mk47 is also much appreciated.
I've got a question. When I'm I going to receive my item I ordered from you guess on July 10th? I've been billed for it and haven't even received it. Today is August 18th....
I had a conversion kit that wouldn't fit in my 223/5.56 upper. It would not seat all the way unless you rotate the C clip a certain way on the conversion chamber, Just fyi. Nothing to do with the rubber cover. All of the others have been 100%
Since you make a 10 mm you should be able to make a 460 Rowland. The question is just when will you do it. So I can shoot my 45 ACP and my 460 Rowland in the same gun.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
There's really no utility there. The 45 chambered Banshee will shoot .45ACP and 450 SMC. With the latter being very comparable to 10mm ballistics, it just makes sense.
i see the csspecs 9x39 mags are available on the cmmg site, does this imply the mk47 lowers will work with these, and when will those lowers be available for purchase as a separate component. when will the pcc 9mm inserts currently available for magpul m2/m3 mags be available for other alternatives, ie Lancer, USGI etc, if ever? or is this more of a question for Endomag. a little variety would be fun.
@@CMMG This is the gun I'm talking about cmmg.com/banshee-200-pistol-mk57-5-7-x-28mm it has the FN FiveSeven-style 5.7x28 magazines. I'm not finding conversion kits for this lower. I do see them for the AR15 Lower, but that is not what I'm looking for. Another question, can you put a binary trigger in this gun? If so is that something you sell? Since less people buy the 5.7's are the wait times shorter for these? Please say yes.
@@brianwaganer2782 Sorry for the confusion. We don't have conversion for that lower. Only that upper on a standard lower at this time. Binary trigger should work fine. 5.7s are still pretty popular, but not as much as 9mm. Not sure of the exact lead time on those, but not as long as a 9mm for sure.

In reality, the cmmg 22 mag is a nightmare feeding the cartridges and jamming. It is always on and off from time to time, very poor reliability. The conversion kit for AR-15 makes the inside of the gun very dirty. The real solution is to get a dedicated 22 rifle. Your life would be much easier and happier instead of saving a few hundred dollars ending with a trouble conversation 22, my experience.
Only thing stopping me from ordering a 9mm conversion for my Ruger AR556 pistol is the lack of available/reasonably priced 9mm ammo - last I looked 9mm Luger ball was in the $..78+ range per round!! For that price I'll stick with my 45ACP that I can still get quality ball ammo for under $0.45/round (US made in Charleston, SC) Already have plenty of the "high test" Underwood 45 Supers waiting for their turn in/down the barrel!

Could you go into more detail about why the banshee bolt needs a standard upper ejection length window for the ejection pin to eject properly?
