Currently waiting on my 9mm conversion. Can’t wait. Only downside I see of the conversion is you have to use a full size mag. It’d be pretty cool to have the low profile 10 mag.
I love my original Mk9 with Colt mags. I've owned this almost since CMMG started making them. It's weighty, but I have never, ever wished for less. It's easy to shoot and I have have never, ever had an FTF or FTE using quality 124gr ammo and ASC mags. I've never had an opportunity to compare it with a never RDB gun, but it's hard to believe RDB's produce less actual felt recoil. My gun is fun and anyone who tries it does equally well, even the women. No one has ever complained that it was too heavy. I'm sold on CMMG; great firearms!
please please please: a colt mag Mark9 style that lines up with the radial delay system! I really want to build a radial delayed Colt DOE SMG lookalike!
Still loving my MKGS. Once I swapped out for an upgraded ejector spring, it’s been flawless and I’ve gone through 1500 rounds since I replaced it with ZERO failures since. CMMG was great to work with while figuring it out. Now I just need a 6mm ARC.
Chris Garcia just contact them and explain what’s going on. They were quick to respond as well, so that made me feel better about the price I paid. Good luck!
The least expensive option for a radially-delayed CMMG if you don't already have a lot of Glock or P320 mags is to get the AR conversion mag upper for about $800, then drop it on a regular AR lower. I saved a few hundred dollars doing it that way.
Build your own, I built a 5.7 banshee with the conversion mags aero matching up and low. Fostech ar2 red dot SBA3 brace and more upgraded options better then CMMG shell.. used there delayed bcg and barrel.. saved so much vs buying from them.
I hope this video is posted somewhere on the CMMG site because it was hella useful. I already ordered my AR lower from you guys but I was definitely sweating the labels.
Question. The ATF is starting complain about the brace. If the brace is removed will that cure the problem? Or will cmmg need to modify the end so no brace can be put on? And allow the user a choice. I ask because I order a banshee 300 on Dec 1 2020.
If I can one day afford one of this beautiful pistols it would be a dream come true. I actually bought a trigger from CMMG for my cheap build . I also put the CMMG sticker on my truck it matches my black truck .
I´m sold on the concept. Monday I´m changing my licens application (I´m in Sweden so it´s a bit complicated) to a CMMG pcc. One store i Sweden has it in stock right now so that one is mine. Only thing I want to upgrade to is a flat face singel stage drop in trigger. Any recommendations?
When are you coming out with a CMMG with Springfield Armory XDm 9mm 19 round magazines? I've got a ton invested in Springfield XDm magazines and would love a CMMG that uses standard XDm mags.
Great video man, I am looking into buying one of these in the near future Just a quick question is it possible to just swap the banshee upper with a normal ar 15 5.56 upper and use it? Or would that need some sort of modification. I am new in the AR9 game so I figured if the lower of AR9 and AR15 is the same. AR9 lower should be able to handle a AR15 5.56 upper without any issue? I am referring to the AR9 that uses the AR15 looking mags.
Your Radial Delayed System should really get an award from the industry as a major engineering achievement. It is a classic example of great design and execution. I've been in the business for over 45 years and did warranty work for two major firearm companies. I'm sure one of them would only wish their 9mm carbines worked as well.
If you're using the Radial Delayed Blowback, just need the adapter kit. If you need to use the additional weight of the Action Tuning Kit, we have one now specifically to use with the LAW.
Lot more entailed there. Would need to be a whole new gun. The Scorpion mags are wider and standard AR components. We won't say never, we'll just say that they'd take some engineering.
Will you upper work with Nordic PCC lowers? Both are AR dimension, only concerns are magazine angle and placement. Also i asked if y'all were going to do a Sig 320 compatible lower and you told me no, so i bought a glock model. Well...............
@@ChristopherKnN As the folks @ CMMG have said - the engineering isn't quite as simple as you think - Check Mike's previous video of Q & A about 3 weeks ago - he explains a lot about this very subject. And, as he says in this video "for now" -- See the "link" to this video just above your reply --

I'd get a Banshee if it used a true double stack curved magazine, like those from CZ. I just can't stand those ugly Glock sticks and AR mags are just a lot of wasted space.
@@richardthomas6602 Curved mags solve feeding issues in true double stack mags. The Stribog is a good example of why. The 9mm Luger is not a straight cased cartridge, so the mags should curve same as any other tapered case. Plus it just looks awesome.

Thanks for the video. My favorite is probably running the 9mm AR Conversion mags
It's definitely time for the inserts for the 40 round Pmag.

I really like those CMMG's, but they're not available, and I can't afford one.😊 They are cool!

They are available but they are on a 10+ week backorder from the factory 👌
Please, please, please made a 10mm and 45 ACP conversion mag! :D
1:25 - That thing looks cool
PLEASE make one that takes M&P magazines!!!
Have a .45 MKG upper and lower ordered from them since October, lol.

I went with Foxtrot Mike bc it’s $650 lol would have liked to get something that isn’t blowback but this got me shooting and it has LRBHO that works
Thanks for the information, I never could keep them all straight! Great video.
Glock mags or AR conversion mags? The AR’s looks awesome. Tough to decide.
Love it, can't wait for the upper I ordered to ship.

Thanks for making the Mk17. 👍
No problem 👍
So glad I became a subscriber. This video was awesome.
Can you use the cmmg 8” barrel with the radial bcg and use it with the pantheon dolos system for easy ractheting the barrel?
That RMR looks sick on that AR9...
I hoped to learn what the differences are between the CMMG Guard and the CMMG Banshee.

Yes. The conversion mag version is a standard AR lower, so any upper that would work on a standard AR should work just fine.
@@CMMG thank you for the reponse,
Is it the same for the 22.LR Resolute, does that use a standard AR 15 lower as well?
I'll take either one thanks
I've been waiting for my order since June!!!!
You get it yet?
Banshee 300 ar9mm does that require ATF stamp? Reason I ask your specs say brace my gun shop says brace don't need stamp.
There are two varieties. One is a "pistol" with a brace. That doesn't require a stamp. The second is a SBR with a stock. That one requires a stamp.
Great info brother!
Is the mk4 have a ejectors in the uppers
we NEED a 9mm banshee that takes Beretta 92 magazines. PLEASE
OK now do a video illustrating the differences between the "100", "200", and "300" sub-models 👌

Definitely cleared it up for me
What parts are required for the folding stock adapter? Curious about the weight of the buffer and bolt and how that works.

Great guns. Love the @whoteewho videos.
Great job!
Which one can hold 30+ rounds?
I see a vfg on the Glock mag model. I thought those were illegal to run on a AR pistol.
Correct, but it's not a pistol. It's a SBR.
clear as kinda clear mud
Wait, last time I looked, Sig mags were $60 and in short supply... Glock and AR mags are $17 and plentiful.
I just bought mk17 last 3 months and it cost me 4,200 US dollar, is it reasonable or just very expensive here in our country Philippines?
Not sure of the value difference between the US and Philippines, but that's really high for the US Market.
Ima need me wuna them there rifles.
Mutant in 6.5 Grendal with AR mags when?
Lol literally emailed a few hours ago about mkG vs mkGs

CZ 75 mags

Hey Mike great info! What kind of watching you wearing in this video?
Garmin Fenix 6X Pro
When are you going to add M&P mag to the line up. I have a one sig but I have 6 M&P pistols. Glock I’m good with also. Just a query.

I like big calibers
Soooo whats the difference?
So ,.here is my question. I have a dedicated AR9 lower that takes colt mags. Can I still use your barrel and bcg kit with the colt mag ?
Unfortunately not the Radial Delayed Blowback. Lot of things need to be modified.
Thanks for the info!!!
I like them but way to pricey for old Dad

I'm waiting for the P08 Luger magazine variant..... 😁😁😁
I want that shirt!

We need conversion kits for 10mm and 45acp
We wish it was that easy. Brief rundown of why not yet. ua-cam.com/video/eCHqYylnJpk/v-deo.html
Taper the insert so it is single feed at the top instead of staggered, avoiding the use of the pmag lips
