    My first cardio postpartum... I'm sweating buckets, heart beating so high that I can hear it , taken a couple of breaks... Yep, mamas u n ur body deserves to take its own time and pace. Love you.. keep going and glowing

      It does work... My stamina increased gradually with time and I paired it with some other postpartum workout.. I lost over 7 cm waistline

    I want to do some cardio after strength workout .., this sound great but can i do the loose mommy pouch ep10 ? Does it considered as a cardio ?

      Hi! The Lose your mommy pooch plan is great for core, but it is not cardio. This workout is great to do along with the plan!

      Hi! Once you are cleared to exercise by your medical provider, I suggest first starting with my C-section recovery plan (if you’ve had a C-section) or my Postpartum Ab Program to heal your core. After a few weeks of the program (2-4 weeks) you can add in this workout!

    Whenever I do this workout I get my periods earlier.. is this normal?

      Hi! I would look at other factors, like general activity levels and nutrition, minerals and hormone levels, etc. This workout alone wouldn’t cause any cycle changes. 🤍
