Hi! The Lose your mommy pooch plan is great for core, but it is not cardio. This workout is great to do along with the plan!

When to start workout after pregnancy? 👀
Hi! Once you are cleared to exercise by your medical provider, I suggest first starting with my C-section recovery plan (if you’ve had a C-section) or my Postpartum Ab Program to heal your core. After a few weeks of the program (2-4 weeks) you can add in this workout!

Whenever I do this workout I get my periods earlier.. is this normal?
Hi! I would look at other factors, like general activity levels and nutrition, minerals and hormone levels, etc. This workout alone wouldn’t cause any cycle changes. 🤍
