Very Important TIP!: When removing the interior black plastic mirror cover triangle (that covers the mirror mounting screws), just VERY gently pry up the bottom of the triangle cover where the door panel meets it (there's two small plastic tabs on the bottom of the triangle) and then very gently ROTATE/SPIN the triangle clockwise, It will spin on it's top most mounting tab/stud allowing you full access to the mirror mounting screws! You DO NOT need to completely remove this triangle piece, just ROTATE it out of your way! Trying to remove it completely will result in you breaking the top mounting stud/tab which will destroy the triangle piece, making it useless!! Which will then mean that you must source a NEW triangle or find a good used one, which BTW, used good ones DO NOT exist. When installing new mirror, screw it back in place and then gently ROTATE the black cover triangle back and clip the lower little tabs back in place, easy peasy.
