😅😅
Just saying chicken liver makes my wife and daughter gag. That’s ok, when I buy chicken livers half gets cooked for me. (I’ve never used fish sauce with my chicken livers but my next batch definitely going to try it).). The other half gets cooked with sweet potatoes and brown rice for my dog. I have a smart boy! He knows what’s good!
how do you make the mayo ?
can i put white or black pepper?
I tried this recipe today. Loved it! It’s so much easier than the baked recipes out there and I like the limited ingredients as well! ❤
Yay!! I’m so glad you enjoyed it 🥰
Looks wonderful!!!
Unit of measurement, “ one glob of butter “😅
@@khonable lmaooo I really should be more specific 🤣
@@nguyenfoodstall I made this recipe last night and it was delicious! I put 4 globs of butter and it was perfect 👍 I’m going to try and attempt your viet. Banquet next. Thanks a bunch.
It looks simple. I have to try it.
Thanks for posting it.
Please do! It’s honestly easier than I thought too 😄
This is French receipt not Vietnamese receipt
Did you even watch the video? She mentioned how Vietnam was a French colony. Also, I'm pretty the traditional French pate recipe doesn't use fish sauce.
a) yes it is Vietnamese. b) Vietnam was colonized by the French.
You act like the French never colonized anyone.
The French also changed our written characters from Chinese to what Vietnamese is now. Not going to lie, much easier system to learn.
Is this the pate used in bahn mi?
You bet it is! 😊
I crave liver once in a while, I think it’s my body saying I need the extra minerals. Making this today, so excited.
How it go?!
thanks for the recipe beauty❤, already subs
i made this and it was SO good with banh mi. thanks so much for an easy recipe with little ingredients :)
YAYYY im so so happy hear it turned out great 😍😍
Please keep uploading more full recipe videos whenever you can :) I love to watch longer form content 🤗
Also what region of Vietnam is your family from??
Thank you so much for this kind feedback 🥹❤️. My family is from the south!
What is neutral oil? And do we rinse the liver after soaking it in milk?
Neutral oil is an oil that doesn't have a strong flavor or aroma/smell (olive oil has a strong smell/flavor). So use something like avocado oil, grapeseed oil, sunflower oil, vegetable oil, etc. Don't use olive oil or sesame seed oil.
How long did you soak the livers in milk. How much better did you add at first, and then at the end.
That was a question.
at least 1-2 hours! 😊
@@nguyenfoodstall okay. You also call for one amount of added to additions. Did you just split it in half or is there an additional amount?
How much butter did you use in the pan vs for the food processor?
Ah forgot to add that to the ingredients! 45 grams 😊
Hi how long we will soak the liver in milk?
Add least 2 hours. Overnight is better
can’t wait to try this 🥰 also may i ask where you got your shirt from?
Heheh I think maybe from Aerie?? 😄
@@nguyenfoodstall very chic, thanks so much! 💖 ps i tried the recipe, so good!!!
The recipe that i need. Vietnamese way!
🥰🥰🥰
Yay no more over priced, processed, canned pate!!!
Exactly 🤣
Is that an authentic Vietnamese pâté or a Việt kiều variant?
I'd say it's a bit Viet kieu because it is using chicken livers. Chicken liver is way more accessible to those living in America than pork liver.
Thank you. Looks delicious.
Thank YOU for tuning in 😊
