@Thi Huynh yes, unless you live in the capital,you will probably not meet any black people in smaller cities/towns, but we have large vietnamese minorities in many towns 🙂 You will not meet vietnamese people maybe only in smaller villages or so

This is the real bun cha Ha Noi. Man so yummy! I need to make this! I should have bought that grilling basket in VN when I went back a while back. But then again, I don't have a charcoal grill. Grilling on Charcoal is a must! It really really help make the meat taste better! U make me miss VN soo much!

I absolutely love this dish. In Czechia, there is a huge vietnamese community, so it is quite a common meal even for us.

It's sweet and savoury (not too sweet). You can add the pickles and pepper when it is warm, no prob

you can use green papaya or any other kind that has crunchy texture eg. swede
