      Vietnam is a really open country nowaday. For the fact, most of the people dont even have an idea about what racism means. we do hang out with white and black people all the time, but hanoi is a little bit more conservative than saigon, some old people still hold the grudge from the war but the new generations is really open.

    We have a large community of Vietnamese people here in the Czech Republic. In fact, based on data from last census, the 8th most common surname in the Czech Republic is Nguyen. The Vietnamese people are a huge benefit to the country and we are very happy and privileged to have them here. 🇨🇿❤️🇻🇳

      same in vietnam, any seafood that appears dead in the water is not good enough, they need to be swimming and only killed when customer buy them. larger animals like pig, cow may last within a day, even some merchants offer fresh chicken and duck and kill them in front of customers eye

      In Ho chi minh city or hanoi city , good luck travelling by a car or a luxury motorbike, the traffic is F-king horrible . The best choice is a bus or a bicycle.

    The house where I grew up was a block away from Ben Thanh market. My mom used to take me to the market with her on weekend mornings when I didn't have school.
    I'm currently studying in the US and haven't visited home and my mom for 4 years now. This really hits home for me.

    I love cooking over open flames, especially at campfires. But this is a neat way of cooking they did, with the clams still in the shells and how fast they cooked. Amazing!

      Amanda Nies - What is really cool is they have a type of hot pot that you can not find in the States. It is a clay pot and their are hot coals inside and you cook over that.

      He has tutorials on how to make some food. I made his slow roasted pork belly. Nailed it first try, thank god, cause it is 100 dollars. And it was soooooooo gooood. The short ribs, didn't do the first time :(

    Saigon is my favourite city on earth, lovely people and amazing people. The Pho there is just sublime and the fish markets are the freshest ive ever seen. And the razor claims are amazing there
