I can still remember the first time I had a shower after I got home from the hospital with my newborn son (33 years ago). It was so nerve wracking as a sole parent scared that he may be crying or have stopped breathing. Glad you got your shower. A nice place for lunch on the weekend is Lanyon Homestead, or lots of lovely wineries at Murrumbateman. Picnic by Lake Burley Griffin is great too. An American couple designed Canberra.

I had a lot of postpartum anxiety too. I grew up with a single mother myself and as a mother now can’t imagine doing it alone. many of my days I’m checking the clock for when dada will get home so I can take a shower or something basic! big kudos to you. xx yes, so neat and well planned here! we really enjoyed learning more about the Griffin plan at the top of Mt Ainslie!
I've lived in Canberra for 2+ years and have never managed to go to Mount Ainslie before. The views are fantastic, you've convinced me to finally check it out. I highly recommend taking a drive out to Corin Dam for a day trip with your family. You can make a pit stops at either Gibraltar Peak (once it's been reopened) or Uriarra Crossing. Uriarra Crossing is the perfect place to pack a picnic and in Summer have a swim in the Murrumbidgee River. The water is shallow here, mostly knee hight and flows slowly.

Watching you spread the the Vegemite on the toast I thought this is not going to go well. You need to ask an Australian how to do it, it needs to have a good amount. of butter on first then Vegemite very sparingly. It is very common for toddler's to get hooked on it and refuse to eat more healthy foods. My wife in her first marriage went back to France where there was no Vegemite and her kids continually asked for it so much that when they went to England brought Marmite but the kids just wouldn't eat it as it was not the same

My faves on TTPD so far are The Black Dog, Who’s Afraid Of Little old Me, Down Bad, and I Can Do it With a Broken Heart - but it’s hard to narrow it down, they are all so good!

I always get so confused with T swift because it feels like she releases the same thing over and over, I swear every month 😂 I thought this poet society already was out? Maybe not, maybe it was an announcement that it was coming? Idk, it’s very confusing nonetheless 😅 Love the autumnal vibes in this video, so crazy that you’re experiencing autumn now while we’re headed for summer soon! 😆 weyward sounds perfect for autumn weather though, I’m hoping to get to that one later this year! @@morganunraveled totally get that! i thrive with deadlines because i am the kind of person who has to turn fun hobbies into work 😅 but also there are designers who give longer or more flexible deadlines! i will admit that i do have a lot of knitting time due to being childfree and able to knit during my workday
