Love this guy man I like the advice he gives and his diet doesn’t seem all that fancy but as long as you love what you are eating that makes you stick to it! Also His genetics are god tier 🔥
Even though I'm on the exact opposite of the spectrum as these guys (I'm short and run a lot, so I want to be as light as possible while staying healthy), I admire the fuck out of their discipline for getting their workouts in, being so diligent about their eating and rest, and their commitment to the overall process. I would love to have their commitment to eating clean/being so on point about their macros and ability to think long term. While I've been running for awhile, I am not a patient person whatsoever and always want results like the next day

It's true. I've gotten up to about 228lb at 8-9% body fat at 5'10". No drugs, nothing except a perfect diet. Sometimes protein shakes obviously but that was it. Only took me 3-4 years LMAO shit takes sooooo long.
@@wombat5252 Biggest pile of bull shit I've ever read. Even across 10 years that shit is unbelievable, let alone 3-4. The biggest a natty can be at 5ft 10 and 8-9%bf is 200lbs max, maybe 210 if you have a thick frame and Ronnie Coleman genetics.

Gotta love people in the comments talking crap about roids when he’s clearly a pro bodybuilder. Like no crap that’s what they do to help get the physique they need to compete
I’ll tell you one thing, this guy is not putting down a 3000 calorie fast food meal at night on a regular basis for the “bulk.” Easy way to put on unnecessary fat gain in the offseason, even when you’re 270lb of muscle. They like to put on a show for these videos
Bring back the PAM guy. Best cooking tutorial ever in that video. Gordon ain’t got crap in that Pam guy Also I definitely am accustomed to eating large meals a few times a day. And I’m not even a bodybuilder. Just American lmao
at 1:57 he takes out 3 strings of the chimmken.... most people would be like ohh will that make that big of a difference... no but if you do that each meal day after day it will

But then again I don’t eat a lot of food through out the day, mainly because I work from home weekdays until the evenings so it’s hard to cook while working.
It's some genetics but its all basically calories in = calories out. You aren't eating enough in total and if you eat too much in one sitting, yeah you'll feel bloated. That'll happen even if you ate clean. If you want to gain strength, you gotta eat more.
Meal prep ahead of time. Working from home gives you the advantage to eat whenever you want. No excuse. I cook five days worth of food every weekend and pack it for work every day.
I would looooveee to see one of these videos with no music, that would be a lot weirder and much more realistic. Lots of silent contemplative chewing.
