How does that chicken and rice meal only add up to 597 calories? 100 grams of rice is roughly 350 calories and he had 200g. Plus count the chicken calories too. Can someone explain this to me?

Carbs are necessary when cutting. If you limit your carbs a lot, your body uses the protein you consume for energy instead of protein synthesis. Just have to be in a calorie deficit, doesn’t matter how many carbs you eat.

I was barely 183 when I was eating close to 4000. What I’ve learned is you really need to take the time to get the healthy stuff and make it yourself.
