  • I put together a video with clips from my 1 year weight loss transformation. It was TRULY a MIND and BODY transformation! And, believe it or not, my MIND transformation was FAR greater than my body transformation. I'm hoping that by showing my transformation it will help provide weight loss motivation to others.

"Do more of what makes you happy" may seem like a over-simplistic explanation, and to some may feel like a disappointing message in light of his transformation. You may feel like you want to know what the "secret" was. I think as simple as the message may first appear, there is some layered depth to it. So often we *don't* do what makes us happy...we do what gives us short-term gratification (food, booze, sex, drugs, etc.), and we deny ourselves the real substantive things in life that ultimately provide the longer term growth and peace of mind. "Do more of what makes you happy" is an affirmation, and a reminder to treat yourself well, be good to yourself, give yourself permission to live your life to it's fullest.

Very well done. The reason so many people fail is because a lot of workouts can be time consuming, leading to boredom, fatigue and dread. The best thing which works for me is to avoid gyms and do weight training and HIIT at home three or four times a week. Going to gyms takes even more time out of your day on top of what you do there. Because I do free weights (dumbbells) and HIIT in my home, depending on the length of the HIIT the whole workout is over in 25-35 minutes. I'm not slogging away for two hours in a gym, or even an hour - instead I go from starting my routines to being in the shower and feeling good in about half an hour.
Making a chore out of getting and keeping fit is the surest way to fail in the long term. Keep it short and intense, eat healthily, and you can keep going for year after year... and enjoy it while you do it. My advice is to find one or preferably two good UA-cam HIIT routines and stick with them. Find the right ones for you, and have fun!

I bought my diet online as a subscription and got a varied menu with a nice android application and the option of changing meals. The first 2-3 weeks are tiring because you don't know the diet yet, so you stick to your diet, you weigh everything, you get to the first stagnation, you do not really believe in the success of this weight loss... It's easy to give up then. But then you even don't need the diet because you know what you can eat, you don't use the weight, you don't give a fuck about stagnation, and just calmly wait for results.

      John Stanton,
I'm 5'10, weighed 291 about 2 weeks ago, now weigh 277. Lost about 14 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm still going. A lot of my weight is from drinking alcohol specifically vodka and a lot of it. That's a lot of sugars and carbohydrates. Also stuff like bread and rice etc. I cut all that out. I get my carbs from the veggies I eat. No bread products. I fasted the 1st 2 days and it actually wasnt that bad. I stayed hydrated, had some bone broth. Even though I wasn't taking in any food, I felt more mental clarity and it also gives your gut a break. Almost like a reboot. I'm doing something along the lines of Paleo or Keto diet. Very low carb. Good amount of protein and healthy fats. Eggs, steak, avacado, some nuts, fish, poultry, pork etc. Eating all kinds of vegetables but you gotta be careful because some veggies and fruit are high in carbs and sugars. Eat plenty of greens. Baby spinach for salad is good. Stay away from processed boxed and canned foods.
I'm 277 low, October 15th, and I plan to be down under 265 by November 1st. Journeying to 210 lbs. Hang in there you'll get it right.

It looks impressive. What's missing is what was the change in the diet that he did. Based on a couple of images you may say that he switched to eating high protein low-carb food. Which is very important. Actually, it's more important than the resistance training that he did. Also, exercise is not the only and is not the best way to lose weight(fat). More efficient way is intermittent fasting, plus switching to low-carb/keto/carnivore and some exercise.

Under my personal control, my student lost 103 kg of excess weight (from 230 kg to 127 kg) in just 8 months !!! And in parallel, this result, which has no analogues in the whole world, was achieved by increasing the overall strength and endurance of his body !!!
I clarify: during 8 months, no one else in the world has managed to lose 103 kg of excess weight and at the same time acquire excellent sports form !!!
I offer you a telecast (sorry, not in English), where from 6 min 31 sec those moments, when he was 230 kg and when he became 127 kg are shown: ua-cam.com/video/FJSDuSNVeYc/v-deo.html&t= 386s

Meant giving up things like bread, cake, rice, pasta, soft drinks, fruit juice, etc. But it was worth it, my blood pressure is now normal without medication, and I no longer feel physically tired every time I do a bit of exercise.
