    I used to be really fat. I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietaruze, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!

      Hi there, I am currently working to lose my weight due to my health condition that I am concern which is related to ny weight but may I ask, when you were fat, did you diagnose high blood pressure and heart palpitations (uneven heartbeat)? Because that is what I am currently diagnose and plan to work out and control my food diet.

      Brix Fitness i want to know do you take steroids? Or are you off cycle because i can see from your shoulders that you have been using that’s for sure, i don’t wanna spread negativity on your channel,just wanna know the whole truth

    • @brudel001
      @brudel001 3 роки тому +5

      @@Fbitypeshit its obvious that at some point he took steroids - if he was just genetically gifted to look that good just by training and eating he would have never gotten this fat in the first place.
      And obviously he would deny it because he's not just telling the story but as you can see he's channel is "something something fitness" which means he wants to make money. The whole "fitness" industry revolves around fake nattys selling their fairytales "I just trained hard and right way to look like that - wanna look like me, buy my shit".
      I'm not trying to be negative but just telling the truth so people would not have false expectations when going to the gym.

    I’m on a 150lb weight loss journey. So far I lost 19 pounds in 2 weeks. When I look in the mirror I don’t see results. I often think of giving up. However I know I can’t stay 371lbs overweight. It won’t be a over night process. It might even take a year to get to my goal of 220lbs, but I just don’t want to be fat anymore.

    That's me right now at around the 2:38, where I've been hitting the gym consistently for a year, starting to get a few signs of muscles popping up, but still got the moob situation and the belly hang. I don't know if I can get to the 6 pack side of things but I already have way more respect for myself than when I started this process and I can see the day where my body issues no longer weigh me down.
    Thank you for this video, showing what's possible. I'm 37 now, my aim is fit by 40, I've got many miles to go but you just made this process that little bit easier. God bless.

    This is great Motivation for me! I've already been Fit.... but now I'm getting fat on purpose just to show ~in real time~ how it's actually possible to get fit again!!... I've only been gaining fat for 2 weeks and feel like I'm losing control but have over 3 months of gaining before I've allowed myself to get it all off! ... It's going to be a struggle!!

    • @timetothrive1637

      Muhammad Taib To show people it can be done, and in a reasonably good time. To show how reasonably easy it is and to give them motivation to do it.
      I'm also monitoring my 4 hour fasting blood glucose to show people that type 2 diabetes is simply a symptom of bad food choices and timing (and a couple of other lifestyle factors). My fasting blood glucose before I started was 66 & 70 (2 readings the week before I started), they are now averaging in the 90's and have seen a peak of 113! .... this will change and go back down within 1 month of the turning point.
      My brother is type 2 and at the time of diagnosis was told food had no part to play by his idiot doctor. This is unacceptable in 2017!

      Yes but people who’ve never been in good shape it’s just not possible when they’ve been out of shape for so long and there skin has stretched so much! It’s a different ball game when you’ve not been in shape! Yes you can lose the weight but it may not look tip top condition

      Time To Thrive Hey I'm about 187 pounds and stand at 6 feet tall. I want to get abs but my belly is kinda of fat. What weight should I be at to start doing ab workouts.

    • @timetothrive1637
      @timetothrive1637 6 років тому

      Noah Kolander I wouldn't use weight as a goal to get abs... just on the fact that lean muscle weighs more than fat and you could have 10 lb of fat that could be 10 lb of muscle... you would weigh the same but be much leaner (and thus be closer to having visible abs). I would concentrate on getting better muscles every where and cleaning up your diet. 2 main things you can do on the diet side of things are 1, ~swapping all processed and starchy carbs like all breads and baked products, potatoes, rice etc and processed foods in general~ with high nutrient veggies like broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus, spinach etc, and 2, narrow your eating and drinking window (everything that isn't water) to say, 10 hours.
      Do ab exercises all the time, then when your body fat percentage is low enough, they will show them selves.
      Build muscles everywhere, because just 1 lb of muscle burns 50 calories a day just existing! ....5 lb of muscle burns 250 calories a day.... That's 1,750 a week! Every week!

    Today is 2/23/22
    Starting 6/26/21 I decided to start my life changing journey. Just like the video above my daughter was just born,I was 340+lbs ,low self esteem,low confidence all around. Everyday felt crappy. As of today I am 276lbs and still going strong and plan to keep going until I can’t anymore honestly. I’ve had serveral beginnings but this one is different. If anyone ever reads this message I want you to know that you can do it if a 5’11 346lbs pothead can do it then so can you. My life changed immensely and I’m grateful that I got up and put in the work and learned some self control along the way. You can do it ,anyone can do it. Hopefully in a year or two from now I can have my own video like this. Everyone stay blessed and healthy .

      Just eat, eat alot and also healthy. If you’re not skinny fat and just skinny then also eat a little unhealthy you need it. Such as fries, potato chips, fried chicken. Keep healthy lean food to these fatty foods a 80/20 ratio. And Ofcourse workout while doing this. Hope this helps.

      Assuming you are eating a full diet (2000 kcal with sufficient protein, vitamins, and minerals) I would recommend visiting a family doctor if possible to have some blood work done, it is possible you have an underlying condition such as hyperthyroidism or stomach worms.

    It's really crazy how many of the stories are so alike. We've all been there ykno. I myself was always the fat and weak kid. Eventually I got so depressed and given up on life until one day I looked in the mirror and I just started punching myself in the stomach. I started hitting myself in the face. That's how mad I was at myself for being weak, telling myself I deserve it because im worthless.
    And then the moment comes where you start going all out, the 1st few days hurt like a bitch and you think about giving up all the time. Until the 5th day (for me) I had this numb feeling inside my head, no more pussy thoughts as I'd call 'em, not only saying fuck it and keep repping but also feeling as if nothing can stop you now.
    I cant tell you how much of the depression came from being fat and unfit. How much of the anger and sadness you feel is because of the state ur mind is in when overweight. Once you start exercising you'll start feeling a lot happier. Even if the exercise failed or you had a bad day, you did something. Something to be proud of. Its really indescribable

      Assalamu'alaykum Ahmad, you could train all the way you want, trying every routines in the World, eat clean 24/7 and train 200 years.. you will NEVER be as muscular. Hints show he is or was on roids,, as 3D shoulders for example. Most common people training hard in gym for years, having a good diet and who began from much more less further than him arent even close to his level

      +Ahmad Chaker Jomaa Just keep putting in the work, have patience, and you'll make progress. It's not easy, but it's still easier than not doing it and then being unhappy. Each workout you endure and get to the end of having worked hard will give you an amazing feeling. It might be slow sometimes and take time, but you'll gradually get there, and each month that passes you'll be a bit better, and in a year from now, you'll be WAY better ( and in two years from now, off the charts.... ). Gradual and steady progress is the way to do it, but still pushing as hard as you can each workout.... I'm also getting in shape at the moment, so I'm living through the advice I just gave you : ¬ )

    I am 27 and have suffered from obesity more than half my life. I weight around 120kg today which is 266lbs and as a result i have always been treated differently. the so called ''friends'' always joke about my weight and society refuses to give me a job. The first thing women look at when they pass by me in the streets is to look at my belly, and it just makes me hate myself and i've also never had a girlfriend as a result from my obesity. I am not here to say ''poor me, please feel pity for me'' I am here because i have decided to make a change. I also took photos of my body and have found a plan on how to loose all this weight and get my real life back that i was meant tot live. I just needed to be motivated and continue on my plan without giving up, and this video has done that. Lets do this goddammit.

      Anyone who likes this story should check out David Goggins. Joe Rogan interviewed him and he really went through a similar incredible journey. He was obese like this and didn't know how to swim and wanted to join the Navy SEALs. He lost all the weight and learned how to swim and passed BUDs on his 3rd try. He now is an ultramarathon runner and at one point held the world record for most pull ups in 24 hours. There is much more to his story my brief synopsis which does not do his very long journey justice. He had many ups and downs starting in his childhood to get to the point where he is at today he did not get there in a linear progression. Seriously do yourself a favor and listen to him tell his story on Joe Rogan's podcast episode #1080.

I don't eat candy. mcdonalds and stuff is basically gone unless I have to. mostly salads and protein shakes and bars. I work out 5 days a week. no where near where I want to be, but I'll get there.

      90% of related issues such as you 3 guys on "this" thread are mostly in "DIET" to be honest gyms are for building but can be exercised to "chop" with reverse strategies however ever the key is to rid the weight so basically the problem y'all subconsciously having is the INTAKE!!! ...y'alls choice of food source has lots of gains obviously so therefore you must monitor the ingredients!!!💯 look for foods with LOW CARBS, CALORIES yet high in protein for starters! This will cause you NOT to gain or house unwanted weight thru-out you guys journey to "weight lost" (GET IT?)... annnd by default you begin to then ONLY then drop the excessive weight...why(?).... cuz ur no longer "feeding it" sorta speak. it's ALL in the science of diet and using simple common sense...... (All the gym n exercise in the 🌎 won't get you closer if infact the diet is not "stricken")
      NOW IF YOU WANNA GET DEEP ABOUT IT....THE MIND IS ALL AND THE UNIVERSE IS MENTAL!!!... There is NO source better then anything on this planet then the MIND. "mind-over-matter" ... Trust me, all you need is VISUALIZATION & CONSISTENCY along with the piece of advice and just watch you work. (folks won't even be able to pay you to keep you out the mirror✔)😎💯

    Hey, really great and inspiring transformation. Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from dietarize, and meal plan also. I lost 9lbs in 4 weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so everyone can benefit.
