After watching this video and saw you went through the same thing , my vigor and hope has been restored. I am hitting the workout harder today . No more turning back ! Thanks for being an inspiration ,💪
Anyone who likes this story should check out David Goggins. Joe Rogan interviewed him and he really went through a similar incredible journey. He was obese like this and didn't know how to swim and wanted to join the Navy SEALs. He lost all the weight and learned how to swim and passed BUDs on his 3rd try. He now is an ultramarathon runner and at one point held the world record for most pull ups in 24 hours. There is much more to his story my brief synopsis which does not do his very long journey justice. He had many ups and downs starting in his childhood to get to the point where he is at today he did not get there in a linear progression. Seriously do yourself a favor and listen to him tell his story on Joe Rogan's podcast episode #1080.
Brix Fitness i want to know do you take steroids? Or are you off cycle because i can see from your shoulders that you have been using that’s for sure, i don’t wanna spread negativity on your channel, just wanna know the whole truth
@@Fbitypeshit its obvious that at some point he took steroids - if he was just genetically gifted to look that good just by training and eating he would have never gotten this fat in the first place. And obviously he would deny it because he's not just telling the story but as you can see he's channel is "something something fitness" which means he wants to make money. The whole "fitness" industry revolves around fake nattys selling their fairytales "I just trained hard and right way to look like that - wanna look like me, buy my shit". I'm not trying to be negative but just telling the truth so people would not have false expectations when going to the gym.
I've started diet from on mouth and i'm struggling with it , i was about to give up , but i saw your video and it gives me a great energy .... from Egypt big thanks
Hey man! I used to be 100 kgs, at 5'7. And i was stuck in this cycle, where i would start a diet, every other month and give up on it in a few weeks, because i couldn't keep up with it. It's important to have a diet you can stick to. If for example, you cannot give up ice cream, make room in your diet for a scoop. If you like pizza, make room for a slice occasionally. The main point isn't to stop, the main thing is to control portion size. It is okay to indulge, once in a while. It's okay. I lost 40 kgs and I'm down to 62 now. :) I hope the same to you too brother. Keep it up. 😁
@@namanchauhan2826 you need to keep experimenting, with different kinds of food options. And more importantly, learn to track everything you eat. MyFitnessPal is an amazing calorie tracking app. Use that. Track everything you eat and stay within your calorie limit. But as i said, it's okay to overshoot it once in a while, otherwise it will become monotonous and stressful. The one thing i have noticed however, is to skip biscuits and cookies and bread. They have an exceptionally high amount of calories. And they provide little to no benefit. Other than that, try lean sources of protein, like chicken breast, or tuna. Or if you're a vegetarian, soya chunks, lentils, chana. These are amazing sources of protein. But switch it around. Experiment with new stuff. As long as you stick to the calorie goal, you're fine. I stuck to 1600-1800 calories and hit the gym 4-5 times a week. Worked like a charm. But everyone is different, and what worked for me might not work for you. The important thing is to start. Once you start, you'll start learning new things about your body, and what food you can enjoy and what you cannot.

Dude! This video has got me hard in my feels. I’m currently 320lbs. I had gastric sleeve in 2017. I started at 485lbs. My lowest 243. I’ve been gaining it back. I’ve been looking for inspiration and seeing someone else do this is amazing. I actually found this in a search of “workouts for a fat guy” because there are things I can’t currently do and all these fat burning workouts are smaller and more fit ppl doing and training. I’m happy they are fit, but at the same time it’s disheartening because I can’t keep up. I watched a 4 exercise video of yours and decided to check out the channel more in depth. Thank you so much for the inspiration to push at this. I will do this too!
How can someone dislike this? So motivational and inspirational! Hard work pays off. This is a great example of no matter how bad it gets in life, consistency and persistence always wins!!!
Thelilantjr This reminded me of Central Intelligance cause Rocks character dealt with the same thing kinda, but it shows hard work and determination is all u need
Why are people disliking the video. This is a huge accomplishment. He sacrificed and pushed his self.the people who gave this video a thumbs down you probably never knew what the definition of sacrifice, sweat, and blood, and hard work and dedication. He changed his life for his children. He is a true inspiration. And for that I started my journey and i weighed @ 277 when i first started now i weigh 234. Please people don't hate on someone else if u dont know their story, if u dont know why they did what they did. And definitely dont start criticizing if u never tried what he did.
Im sure those who disliked it are the obese individuals who dont have the right mindset to accomplish what he did... They are weak and cant be happy for anyone elses success... Thats why.... its truly sad.
Hey, really great and inspiring transformation. Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from dietarize, and meal plan also. I lost 9lbs in 4 weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so everyone can benefit.
Nobody is probably going to believe me, but, here i go. I am currently 20 years old. 6'11 405. I just currently started my weight loss journey. Weight lifting is SO fun and energetic. Good luck on everyone else's.
I've lost 29 pounds in three weeks! Mostly water weight, but i can tell a difference. I currently lift 6 times a week and do cardio. My calories are 3000 a day. 350g of protein, 300 carbs, and 70 grams of fat. Seems to be working well.
Dude I'm so fucking proud of you!! GOOD SHIT MY DUDE! I GOT A FUCKING TEAR IN MY EYE FOR YOU. WATCHING THIS MADE ME FEEL SO HAPPY FOR YOU. SALUTE TO YOU!!!
stubeef18 I'm 6'1. 203. from this time last year, I went from 255 down to 199lbs. tore my arm during sports but now I'm coming back. it's an absolutely amazing feeling.
well I'm pretty active so I didn't have a huge problem losing weight, just depression because of how I looked. but I quit fast food almost completely. trained for lacrosse all the time and football as well. I don't eat candy. mcdonalds and stuff is basically gone unless I have to. mostly salads and protein shakes and bars. I work out 5 days a week. no where near where I want to be, but I'll get there.
also no more pop. water and Gatorade only. juices too, mostly mango or apple. basically any junk food I used to eat, is a no go now. kinda just flipped my diet. I'm sleeping better, feeling better, and have a bunch of energy now.
You are an inspiration. I just started my journey. I started at 315 lbs. I felt the same way. I down to 286 and feel so good. I look at food differently and research everything. Thank you for sharing your story.
Crazy bro! I keep coming back to this video because it's so motivating. 5 months ago I was over 255 lbs... Now I'm 190lbs and I feel great. This changed my life in so many ways. Went from being a Offensive Linemen that barely played to a Fullback/Running Back. Shout out to you bro, keep doing you.
People like you and where you were at in the beginning need videos like this. Because like you I am obsessively researching, watching videos, getting inspired, changed everything about my lifestyle. I feel like I eat, sleep, breathe, and dream (like you said), fitness. I’m glad I have this focus and motivation to change my life. Not all of us are at this stage of being sick and tired of being sick and tired. I feel lucky! And videos like this help push people to this state of getting up and doing something about it.

@@lemondubs that's 50 pounds in 3 months. Don't aim for that honestly. That's trying to push it too fast and can lead to easy failure, fatigue, and rebound. Try for 5 to 8 pounds per month to reach your goal by like June or July. Like it was for Brix, it's a journey not a goal. You'll most likely slow down, stumble, gain some weight back, etc... Don't have such an early date set just grind but forgive yourself and push through the journey. Brix said in another vid he thought he'd do it in a year but it took him 3 years in actuality. Btw, it'll be even harder to lose that weight because you'll be shedding fat but also gaining muscle so don't be discouraged if weight drop seems to slow down. Just look at your body.
That's me right now at around the 2:38, where I've been hitting the gym consistently for a year, starting to get a few signs of muscles popping up, but still got the moob situation and the belly hang. I don't know if I can get to the 6 pack side of things but I already have way more respect for myself than when I started this process and I can see the day where my body issues no longer weigh me down. Thank you for this video, showing what's possible. I'm 37 now, my aim is fit by 40, I've got many miles to go but you just made this process that little bit easier. God bless.

During the quarantine, I lost 70 pounds. But I have gained back 35 pounds even though I have kept working out. I plateaued, and it was making me depressed. After watching this video and saw you went through the same thing , my vigor and hope has been restored. I am hitting the workout harder today . No more turning back ! Thanks for being an inspiration ,💪
Everytime i thought of giving up.. I watch this video
keep going, you're not alone
Same I am skinny but not healthy skinny and I always feel bad because I look fit but suck at sports... Like running 😔
Very True! Keep going!!!
Same here bro
2019... and this is still powerful.
Yup
Thank you ❤️
Brix Fitness i want to know do you take steroids?
I've started diet from on mouth and i'm struggling with it , i was about to give up , but i saw your video and it gives me a great energy .... from Egypt big thanks
each time you think on giving up think why you have started. It always works with me when I'm lazy with my workout.
I hope the same to you too brother. Keep it up. 😁
@@deeptarkabhattacharyya6059 bro can you give me some diet advice
@@deeptarkabhattacharyya6059 thanks bro I am already eating egg whites in morning. Chicken breast or brown rice in evening nd in afternoon I prefer to eat omelet or dosa ... Yesterday, my first month was over of gyming nd diet nd I lost 3 kg in my first month, what do you think? Should l try harder or that's a good loss of weight?!!
This is a great example of no matter how bad it gets in life, consistency and persistence always wins!!!
i bet old lady want you back now

Why are people disliking the video. This is a huge accomplishment.
He sacrificed and pushed his self.the people who gave this video a thumbs down you probably never knew what the definition of sacrifice, sweat, and blood, and hard work and dedication. He changed his life for his children.
He is a true inspiration. And for that I started my journey and i weighed @ 277 when i first started now i weigh 234.
Please people don't hate on someone else if u dont know their story, if u dont know why they did what they did. And definitely dont start criticizing if u never tried what he did.
D.F.C MIME it disliked cause they didn't like it that's why
Im sure those who disliked it are the obese individuals who dont have the right mindset to accomplish what he did... They are weak and cant be happy for anyone elses success... Thats why.... its truly sad.
There's a hater out there for just about anything. This video is amazing. I'm sharing it everywhere.
because theyre fat losers that dont believe in fat shaming and say there is no way to change but really theyre just too lazy to try
cos its fake bro... where the fuck the lose skin go?
Hey, really great and inspiring transformation. Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from dietarize, and meal plan also. I lost 9lbs in 4 weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so everyone can benefit.

SIR PLAYZ I’m 15 was 192 a month has gone by I’m 175 now and I’m still going trying to reach 160

God bless.
