Absolutely love watching time lapse videos for plants!!! Also i read the video description and could not have said it better! Plants should not have the price tag they have. If we all prop and share what we have instead of tryin to make a buck, it will bring down the price again
So lucky! Monstera Albo here where im from is all business. A guy was selling a single leaf cutting for 600 bucks, another for 800😢 and when i asked about the mother plant he said its all cut up to sell so he could get an adonsonii albo. He got the mother for 600+ and is now selling the cuttings at 600 each! Crazy. I've decided the albo is gonna be a collection in my dreams only 😭
I loved watching this! I wish my plant homies had expensive plants! I’m the only one who has the extra money to purchase the more rare plants, but I always chop, prop, and gift! I’ve only ever had anyone pay for shipping and even that’s rare, so I totally agree with you when it comes to your comment about the ridiculous pricing for some of these “rare” houseplants ❤️ keep doing what your doing, it’s making our plant community so much better! Weed out the money grubbing ones!
I got 2 free cuttings from a business I frequent. It has finally rooted. I always check the clearance from big box and Walmart stores. They are mostly 2 to $7.00. 30 plants and counting.
subhanallah Masyaa Allah..pas daun besar bergerak gerak, bnr2 kyk manusia tangannya lg gerak2, gak kebayang kl pergerakan tanaman versi cepat didepan mata kyk gt + tanpa ada angin, jd gerak sndri, agak agak ngeri ngeri sedep 😆
Also I was wondering if you can explain the growing conditions here since it looks like it's inside of a small greenhouse to help with heat and humidity and so on. Maybe you could further explain on that. Thank you
@@enb_ee Do you put water on the bottom of the leca or what's the process with that? I have a rootless cutting I'm trying to keep alive and make as beatiful as yours

Thanks for sharing. I foolishly spent a pretty penny on one cutting. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and it’s not growing :-/ hasn’t dropped a leaf but I’m worried it will die.
Is that time frame from the first glimpse of the growing eye to the full leaf, or was that the length of this timelapse? I have an albo wetstick that I have been loving and growing since mid February, and today it FINALLY started showing the super fine growth of the leaf pushing out of the sprout/nub🌱!!! I am curious how long it took from when the sprout started pushing out the actual leaf until the leaf was finally all the way out? (My little sprout/nub has been out and growing so slowly for what feels like forever!!!) I am starting to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, and this video has gotten me so excited! I also have to say, WHAT A BEAUTY she is! You’re blessed, congratulations!!! Edited to say that my albo is at the same point as this one at the :15 time stamp. I’ve never been a particularly patient person, but this plant is definitely teaching me to slow down and enjoy the present moment!

I am not sure! I got this plant before I knew the difference between the two and by the time I knew what that meant, it was old enough to be considered its own plant and not a cutting.
It's called guttation, it's quite usual for monsteras to do that from time to time. It's basically getting rid of excess water with some minerals in it :)
Bonus timelapse going on in the background
theyre just vibing in the background :)
I love the background
Right!!!

Managed to get me a rooted cutting for $76 a month ago, it's just starting to put out a new leaf and it's so exciting to watch it

Love this video, do you have an update on how this plant is doing? Would love to see the progress too
Wonderful choice of music too! I enjoyed this very much! Thanks for sharing it. I am sure it was quite a project. Well done.

Wow, this really shows the wonder of the world.
Ее Величество Монстера!👍👍👍
Nice 😊 Is that a Monstera burle Marx Flame in the background?
That was very neat to watch.
Glad to see monstera do well in Leca
Again love watching this video and see you later

it's beautiful😻
Looks super cool. Is it potted in LECA completely? And is there water in the outer bowl?
Yes! and yes! its been in LECA since it was a rootless cutting
Would it not be faster to root in water prior to put it in in Leica??

I’m with the last few comments. Curious the environment. Was the leka soaked? Just water in outer pot?
How long was this process. Mine just started to break through and I’m curious to see how before I have a new leaf
Love this 💚
how many days?

So this is what our plants are doing while we sleep

Looks more like a thai con
Is that a top cutting?
I am not sure! I got this plant before I knew the difference between the two and by the time I knew what that meant, it was old enough to be considered its own plant and not a cutting.
middle cutting for sure
What soil did you use?
It's expanded clay pebbles, the system is called semi-hydroponics =)
How come the leaves don’t have the splits? Do you have to wait for it to get even bigger?
Yup, they're called fenestration and they will eventually show up when it gets bigger :)
yes! this is a pretty young plant, but since I shot this video it has made some fenestrations (splits) :)
Where to buy Monstera Albo please? 🥺🥺🥺
They are expensive! I mean thousands for one clipping?! Lol
You can find some on Facebook marketplace
@@rinrin9118 I bought mine for $43 and it has a lot of variegation too. I also live in Germany though so maybe they're more rare in America.
@@neonice I think so!
Why was it dripping water?
It's called guttation, it's quite usual for monsteras to do that from time to time. It's basically getting rid of excess water with some minerals in it :)
