A year ago, I would have reacted differently to this video. But, I've wanted to learn from you because I think you are amazing. I've tried to change the way I think. I've been in physical pain for a long time. I survived cancer and depression, and sometimes I have thought that things would be better if I was not here anymore. Hearing you talk of Lee and reminding us to call someone we love has really affected me. I have been determined to wake up and start my day being grateful. I'm grateful I am starting a new day. I hope you have the best/happy life!!! 😊❤✌️
it still runs - i follow it on instagram, they do a ton for that community in Baja. I believe E + B were the funders/creators of it, and had the time for a creative project that other people could manage.
Gosh. I wish folks would chill. People frequently live between a couple of houses and have a seprtate work space. That's the beauty of being wildly successful and having a generous income to show for it. Picture this... kicking it at the lake house, filming the personal vlog and doing remote work, editing and booking... run down to the city, film 3 or 4 pods over a couple of days and take care of tea company work, see some friends, have a couple meals out, do the marketing and errands... back up to the lake house for a couple weeks. If Bec needs to be in the city a few days at a stretch for medical, no sweat, and back to lake time for health and sanity's sake. Back and forthing provides enough variety Eamon isn't bouncing around like a BB on a six lane highway. Well... its Eamon so yeah he still will, but 😂. Life doesn't have to be one way or the other. It can be a whole lot of things.
You must be hanging around celebrities or very wealthy people if you think it’s common to spend nearly 4 grand a month on a space you maybe use “2 or 3 days” maybe a few hours in a week. That’s actually wild.,not criticizing but it’s incredibly unusual for most people. I cannot afford 4 grand a month or even half that I’m living space, which wouldn’t be a lot of other people too.
@lililinda6947 Actually, I happen to know people both wildly wealthy and poor as church mice and everything in between. Whatever someone's niche in life, success isn't a shameful thing. Frankly, I'm delighted for them and I feel that way within the constraints of my own very modest rental and extremely limited income. I am not less bc they have earned more. Jealousy and judgment never bought or brought a person happiness.

Something I admire about you both is that you do life YOUR way. A lot of people won’t get it, but it’s not their life, so play on! Thanks for taking us along for the ride 🫶🏼
A podcast studio in the woods would have been incredible. Honestly, I think anyone would have loved to go to the cabin to record with you guys. It looks so beautiful and seems very calm. Manifest it!!!
Life is about phases, and this new chapter makes sense to me. Being close to friends and family is essential, and having a supportive community is so helpful for raising children and also maintaining parents' health. I’ll be tuning into the podcast.
I’m so confused. I thought you relocated back to your beautiful cabin and property? I don’t do Podcasts, but I’m sure you’ll keep us posted on the videos. Love to see your excitement with this project. Whatever you do will be amazing.💞
Some of these comments do NOT pass the vibe check. Love seeing you guys set up this next phase of life. It’s beautiful to see how your journey is evolving! Thank you for bringing us along. ❤
I believe the door handle was that way for a reason. If the door is for the roof top it was probably like that in case you lock yourself out. They probably assume no one is going to climb the building to get to that door to break in.
I can't get over how super cute Frankie is! She's her grandpa's super twin! I love the shots with the two of them together to see the comparison! Congrats on the studio! It's so perfect in every way!
You guys are doing great managing parenting your first kid and the tea company, podcast, and UA-cam!! On top of health (social/mental/emotional)?! Don’t let peoples comments of this feeling a bit sporadic get you down. Most of us get why you’re doing what you’re doing and how you’re doing it. Keep on slaying.
Right?! I used to love watching their alternative lifestyle to escape the hum drum of my regular, office life. So happy that they’re happy but I miss the travel stuff. C’est la vie!
I love seeing how their life has evolved :) it gives me a lot of confidence in myself & im sure others, who are nomads at heart but of course, society lol. And they are in the office working for themselves & a brand they love 💕 so cute
Not confusing at all. It's a window into the full and busy life of two people and busy lives are typically going in more than one direction, especially when a change is happening. Here's to making changes. 😊
I so look forward to your Sunday videos 🤗 I have been watching you guys and your journey for years, maybe 4-5 years. Always bring a smile to my face. Thank for sharing your experience
Have guests bring in their favorite vinyl to play on the podcast. It’s interesting to see what other ppl listen to. Lots of fabulous music out there and listening to records is a whole different experience.
The videos are all over the place...back and forth then random wedding content? I love the authentic, slow healthy living stuff. Good luck on the podcast
Everyone commenting on the prices. It depends on what city you live in, and areas. Toronto, Vancouver & Montreal are our most expensive cities. Edmonton, Winnipeg, Hamilton & Calgary are less expensive…. Like every other country. We have expensive areas.
Hamilton had the highest rises in real estate in terms of percentages about ten years ago, I was there 2005-2016 and it was insane. It’s not inexpensive. It was, very inexpensive. All of southern Ontario as I’ve moved all over the last ten years, has changed with dramatic increases
Calgary is super expensive now for rentals, since 2020. So many people relocated to Calgary so there is a rental crisis. People literally renting rooms and HALF rooms. Also no schools in the new communities. Don’t come to Calgary.
@@lililinda6947Windsor is insane now….i was renting a 3 bdrm, 2 bath, 3 lvl townhome in 2015 for 850+. The owner tried to sell it to me for $113,000. He waited and sold it for $378,000 a cpl of years ago. Insane. Our rental and real estate situation is in a huge crisis mode right now. It’s horrendous and very scary.
Also, many viewers are from the States. The exchange rate is 1 USD = 1.35 CDN. So, their 3600 CDN rent is equal to 2664 USD. That changes the perspective. Their income from sponsors of the podcast will cover their rent, utilities, and all that new equipment. They are starting up a new business. We wish them the greatest success.
They usually leave the cabin in the dead of winter and winterize the place. Some years they have traveled those off months, other times they have stayed in Canada. Their triplex gives them a place not so secluded in the winter, allow them to be closer to family/friends, as well as their habit headquarters, and medical appointments.
Summers cabin - winters city - there was a gap (as seen in dates posted) in recording this vlog started in June ended in September = spent the summer at the cabin now back in the city for the winter!
I know I'm not the only one watching and you have to consider what the majority wants to see, however, I enjoyed the simple life at the lake with the build projects. This is totally chaotic and not the life an infant appreciates, nor someone getting over cancer. The stress is a factor good overall health. It seems you are inviting alot of additional stress along with a new baby.
Whether you enjoy their current content or not is your opinion and you’re entitled to it but that doesn’t give you the right to comment on their life choices or how they raise their kid. Stay in your lane!

@@sforhetz10 it’s not because freedom of speech exists that it gives anyone the right to be judgemental about how someone chooses to live their life, whether they put themselves in the public life or not. You approach this from a place of “knowing what’s right for a toddler or adult” but what works for you might not work for them, that’s all. and if you can’t see that then good luck :)

Eamon and Bec - thank you for being transparent on cost!! Please ignore the hate because I wanna know these things! Everyone, being so negative in the comments about expenses is the reason influencers don’t share anything about income or cost online!
Seriously, this is the kind of comment when I cannot believe why these UA-camrs show their kids online. To form strange parasocial relationships with complete strangers. I would be so weird out that someone commented on my mouth when I was less than a year old while I was plastered to millions online without my consent.
@@LBBrown414 Videos say alot don't they...like a picture says so many words. Unfortunately they all are aware of said comments...but i know what you mean. Thanks for sharing.
I appreciate the behind the scenes of setting up the studio. Dont get discouraged! I don't get all the unnecessary comments. They literally explqin why they need a studio in the beginning, especially while living in the city. I think it's awesome 💛
Love the transparency around the whole process. So interesting to see what goes into starting a professional podcast. The camera and sound set up. The economics. The team. It’s serious business, fun business.
From my previous experiences being on roofs the handles are on backwards so people cannot access the roof from inside the building. A security and safety risk to people such as kids or other people. If you want it to be secure from both sides get a non locking handle and double sided key deadbolt so you don’t accidentally lock yourself on the roof while protecting from people who unlikely but may want to enter from the roof into the building.
⭐ ~ Eamon & Bec: You two are ROCKSTARS - no matter WHAT dream you tackle; it's beyond incredible ALL the projects you have realized & shared with us watching you both here on your UA-cam channel! 🤩
Oh THE ROOF!! Yall can literally do like a podcast after dark and do it like late night with the night time sounds. Like a little glass table, some flickering candles and 2 chairs.
I am watching your podcast right now and loving it! Eamon, I understand you wanting to be around people. I love to hear about people’s lives and how they got to where they are and why did they move here or there? I just find people very interesting. Unlike you though I don’t need to have people around me all the time. Maybe sometimes you don’t like to be alone with your thoughts which is why you need people around you? Don’t know. But what I do know is you’re a good guy and Bec is a lovely girl. Let’s not forget beautiful Frankie and sweet Oso. I have to add a comment as I’m watching you talking about Oso. It is a big adjustment for not only you but Oso. Let me tell you coming from someone who has rescued dogs and helped the animals of the homeless for over 20 years, the most important thing in his life is you all. You are his world and wherever you are is where he wants to be. It’s good you’re making adjustments for him so that can work because it can and will. It would be heartbreaking to ever let him go because you didn’t think he was happy in the city. You’re there so he is. He is a great dog and you are great parents! (Lordy, I went on and on!)
Eamon mentioned that there will be a second UA-cam channel for the podcast episodes. It makes me think that they will do both. After all they will get ad revenue from both channels.
Bec prob needs to be close to the city for Dr. Visits. She also needs it for Baby Dr. Visits in the winter time. She just isn't talking about it because she doesnt want to yet. Let her have some peace.
I remember watching that show House Hunters, where a couple expecting their first baby said they didn't need much room because a baby is so tiny, barely taking any room. We had just had 3 babies in under a year, having one son then twin sons just 11 months later. We heard this couple say that, looked around at all the baby gear around us and laughed and laughed and laughed.
Yep! I'm not a podcast person and don't have the time to sit and watch people talk for two hours.. l like the real life blogs 🙂 but the set looks awesome! Good luck on this new adventure!
Wishing you nothing but happiness and success with your new venture. If you are doing immunotherapy you are doing amazingly. My hubby has been as well and he is extremely exhausted.
The studio looks awesome. Looking forward to your videos and podcasts. We are subscribers from the beginning and there to support you along this journey called life. And Frankie, how adorable❤❤. she is. Sending much love and affection from Richmond, Va. Harriet, Jim and Yuki
I’m so confused! Last episode was planning the wedding and they lived in their house. Now it’s back to the apartment!? What happened to the wedding!? What am I missing here!
Same. A couple videos ago they said they were back at the lake in the cabin full time. Now they are living back in the tri plex in the city looking for a studio there for podcast?
No confusion. You can tell is an older video. They show the date as June 2024 and Eamon still has the long blond hair in the video. All you need to do is watch the video and look at little details like I do
@@ivi122 Yes this was filmed in June but they moved back to the cabin so why did they rent a studio in the city which is hours away from the cabin? This is what is causing confusion.
Did you watch the video? They specifically stated that the cabin is too remote to have podcast guests on. They already have a home in the city (and spend half their time there - bc it's where their FAMILY is).
One day I might actually be able to fulfill my dream..right now though it's not possible... I've always wanted to be "trapped" in a log cabin with blankets of snow (getting snowed in) As long as I have all my needs met...food, fresh water, plenty of snacks.
4:00 Frankie is the cutest little blue eyed baby I have ever seen!!! I can't wait to see how cute she gets when she gets in toddler stage and has little baby fat legs and walking.
its not really that "crazy" (can we stop using this word please? it's problematic). $45k investment into a new product is less than I spend in my business (min $150k to develop /launch a new product). perspective is everything.
I miss the cabin soooo much. 😢😢😢 i hope they still spend time there. I couldn't stand all that constant noise in the city, but i understand the necessity and Bec obviously wants to be around mums, cafe's, family etc. I just hope they go back regularly to decompress, breathe fresh air, chill on the beautiful lake and woods ❤❤❤
Is CBD still a thing? I haven’t heard ya’ll talk about it in a long time. Nice studio space. I wish you luck with the rebuilding of Re-Root. I’ll subscribe for sure.
So so so happy to see Bec healthy and happy again!!!! You guys have such a beautiful family/life together. Thank you for sharing your journey with the world ❤
I’m really confused because I thought you were just at the cabin getting the grass ready for the wedding. Max and Occy were there helping you guys. How is this jump from the cabin back into the city! WTH? Why are you in the city hunting for a studio? Was there a vlog posted out of alignment? I feel like I missed something. Lol.
@@elsienorback7689 They go back and forth between the two houses but during the winter expect to see them in town more. Also the wedding will be next summer so they will have plenty of time to get the cabin ready by then.
if you’re confused, the video shows the date several times through out the episode. They’ve already started filming podcast episodes. This is just showing the set up and process beforehand.
This ain’t difficult to follow. At least not for me since my life can be similar. They were at the cabin at the beginning stages of wedding planning which for them means landscaping, which requires multiple seasons to get ahead. Now they are back in the city doing that part of their lives. I don’t see the issue.
They most likely live in two places because their cabin is extremely remote. If Bec is still going to a ton of appointments and treatments.. it's going to be way way too hard to try to do that while living so far away. Plus the weather. Plus having a baby you don't really want to be super remote like that because medical care is extremely far too.
Bec, I'm so happy that you are the happiest you've been❣️❣️ You can tell by your demeanor. Frankie is sooo adorable 😍 The studio looks fabulous ‼️ Hugs and scratchies to Oso❤🐾🐾
Is anyone else confused about why they are in the city? I feel like I missed something because why are they PERMANENTLY setting up a podcast studio in the city when they are the ones who said they would rather be home in the cabin? I need an explanation please🙏 😅 Edit: I know it’s an old video I can read but what I’m trying to say is that I’m confused as to why the other video they were in the cabin about to get married and now they’re posting this video after telling us that they’re setting up a podcast in the city so are they living in the city or the cabin? I’m confused.
Yes, I too am very confused. They moved back to the cabin so this video makes no sense to me. I had to check that I hadn't missed a video but I haven't.
Their cabin is very remote, they mentioned it in the video but getting guests to come to their cabin is really hard. Also its transitioning to winter in Canada now and Ontario winters are no joke... They can't live so isolated in winter with Frankie and Bec... idk why there's so much judgement about their decisions
@@dovesoaring12I absolutely agree with that. I don’t understand why people get so judgemental about what people do. Like really if you don’t like it then don’t watch them.
I’m not saying this is the case, but the randomness of this reminds me of 2016 UA-cam when influencers were buying filming space and just trying to show new things in order to create more content around the new spaces they where purchasing. Just seems excessive.

I agree, I'm so glad you are feeling better about life. I wake up and I am grateful for every day I get. I'm 59 with 5 back surgeries under my belt. I'm in pain every day, but I've learned how to deal with it. I go to the pool 3 x per week & that helps a lot. I just try to stay positive and know that I have so much to be thankful/grateful for!! I hope you have the best/happy life!!! 😊❤✌️

Wishing you the absolute best with the podcast! Like many others I’m also very confused.
What ever happened to your dog rescue and coffee shop in Mexico ?????
I'm wondering the same thing.
it still runs - i follow it on instagram, they do a ton for that community in Baja.
I believe E + B were the funders/creators of it, and had the time for a creative project that other people could manage.
good question
Probably abandoned it. I don’t know. It didn’t seem very genuine.
I was wondering the same thing. Remember they were looking for houses so they could live there? Maybe they aren’t doing that anymore?
Dialogue editor here. Get yourself the Hush Mix plugin. All your audio problems will be solved. You could record on the beach and be fine.
second this!!
Oooo thank you, I have to work so hard to clean up the audio on my guided meditations and this looks like exactly what I need!
👍
Never got into podcasts but good luck! 🤞🏻 I hope you still make every day vlogs as well! ♥️
Same .. podcasts are SOOOOO boring lol if I wanna it and watch people on a couch talk about lifes lessons I will go to therapy or be a therapist lol
Something I admire about you both is that you do life YOUR way. A lot of people won’t get it, but it’s not their life, so play on! Thanks for taking us along for the ride 🫶🏼
Followed for van life adventures. Happy for your life changes, but not something I’m going to watch. Wish you luck 🍀 ❤
🤗🥰 Frankie full on looks like an off the jar Gerber baby, eyelashes the smile and all
She sure does!!!
Frankie is absolutely the cutest ♥️
Make sure you secure the bookcase to the wall in the room you may use as a playroom. Safe so kids cannot tip over.😘
And access to that roof with a low edge?
A podcast studio in the woods would have been incredible. Honestly, I think anyone would have loved to go to the cabin to record with you guys. It looks so beautiful and seems very calm. Manifest it!!!
Yes but isnt the cabin near Kingston and a drive after that. Toronto is def easier for guests. I do love the cabin though
The cabin would have been awesome!
Frankie is Bobs twin…. Super cute.
Totally!
Life is about phases, and this new chapter makes sense to me. Being close to friends and family is essential, and having a supportive community is so helpful for raising children and also maintaining parents' health. I’ll be tuning into the podcast.
This channel is all over the place.
That is life sometimes!
Feels like thwy just want to show off how much $#$$ thwy have
and that is what Life is like.
It’s about their life though. We went through pandemic and then she had cancer. Then she had a baby. Maybe tell them what you want to see instead?
Surprised you didnt convert the garage at the end of your garden.
It is a rental property so there are probably restrictions.
This is an older video this isn't one from september 2024
That is a triplex they rent. Bec's brother owns it. He may want his garage for other things.
@@words.Of.Truth. Duh that is why they keep saying June.

PLEASE, attach the bookcase, if you leave it in the "kid's room", so it can't tip over. OR, get rid of it!
I can't get over how super cute Frankie is! She's her grandpa's super twin! I love the shots with the two of them together to see the comparison! Congrats on the studio! It's so perfect in every way!
Did they ever discuss her physical issues?
You guys are doing great managing parenting your first kid and the tea company, podcast, and UA-cam!! On top of health (social/mental/emotional)?!
Don’t let peoples comments of this feeling a bit sporadic get you down. Most of us get why you’re doing what you’re doing and how you’re doing it. Keep on slaying.
I look so forward to your videos.....
But am so confused right now!
From nomads to office people, that's quite the transformation 😂😂
That’s life. That’s my husband and I, too.

@@brentstafford6289 agreeee
That’s this thing called “life” lol
They don’t owe you an update on every second of their lives, sometimes new things pop up
Lol that's life after becoming a parent
Not confusing at all. It's a window into the full and busy life of two people and busy lives are typically going in more than one direction, especially when a change is happening.
Here's to making changes. 😊
I so look forward to your Sunday videos 🤗 I have been watching you guys and your journey for years, maybe 4-5 years. Always bring a smile to my face. Thank for sharing your experience
Have guests bring in their favorite vinyl to play on the podcast. It’s interesting to see what other ppl listen to. Lots of fabulous music out there and listening to records is a whole different experience.
I think the they put the handle on backwards so that no one could get locked out on the roof.
Guys can you explain to us a little bit about the city living? It's a bit confusing why you are jumping back and forth.
Possibly for doctor appointments……I’m guessing.
Podcasts, babies ,UA-cam , habit , the cabin , how exciting ❤ looking forward to it all 🎉 ( Edit .. cant forget Bob ❤)
I know I'm not the only one watching and you have to consider what the majority wants to see, however, I enjoyed the simple life at the lake with the build projects. This is totally chaotic and not the life an infant appreciates, nor someone getting over cancer. The stress is a factor good overall health. It seems you are inviting alot of additional stress along with a new baby.
you don't get over metastatic cancer. it has no cure.

You can't get accidentally locked out on the roof if the lock is on the outside 💡
Now, you can accidentally lock yourself out on the roof. 😂
I think the handle was correct. A dead bolt would have added security.
Frankie has a “Gerber Baby” mouth. She is so precious ❤ Good luck in you new space 🎉

Bec, you have such a lovely radiance about you! Very noticeable high vibrations. Love it! Also, Frankie is so so so cute!!
I think the door handle was installed originally so you couldn’t lock yourself out.
Eamon would have definitely done that. LOL
Not a podcast listener so I hope you still do normal videos. Good luck
If you click on the link down below it takes you to their UA-cam podcast channel where you can watch the podcast.
Eamon mentioned that there will be a second UA-cam channel for the podcast episodes. It makes me think that they will do both. After all they will get ad revenue from both channels.
Don't most people pay to get rid of ads? I suppose they get a percentage of that money?
@@nickrachjamesyes
Bec prob needs to be close to the city for Dr. Visits. She also needs it for Baby Dr. Visits in the winter time. She just isn't talking about it because she doesnt want to yet. Let her have some peace.
I remember watching that show House Hunters, where a couple expecting their first baby said they didn't need much room because a baby is so tiny, barely taking any room. We had just had 3 babies in under a year, having one son then twin sons just 11 months later. We heard this couple say that, looked around at all the baby gear around us and laughed and laughed and laughed.
Just some feedback but I definitely prefer cabin content over city content. Obviously my feedback cannot shape your lives 😅

I beleive their not doing winters at the cabin now since Frankie was born....I think but could be wrong.
This was filmed in June.
The studio looks awesome. Looking forward to your videos and podcasts. We are subscribers from the beginning and there to support you along this journey called life.

All you need to do is watch the video and look at little details like I do
They construct their videos as stories, not as a linear day by day timeline. Thus, these different threads are life happening.
Yeah, I thought there’d be a catch up explanation but we didn’t really get that
@@ivi122 Yes this was filmed in June but they moved back to the cabin so why did they rent a studio in the city which is hours away from the cabin? This is what is causing confusion.
Baby Frankie is so sweet! you go Eamon and Bec - Rule Your World! Big Hugs
The rug will help absorb sound. The studio is amazing!
You have land to build another building on. That would be the cheapest option. You can always conveet it to guest space
Did you watch the video? They specifically stated that the cabin is too remote to have podcast guests on. They already have a home in the city (and spend half their time there - bc it's where their FAMILY is).
Beautiful space. You guys look great. Bob, it was a pleasure seeing you popup. Frankie is about as pretty a baby ever.

Finally 🙆🏾♂️ You need more space, we need more videos 💆🏽♂️ They are therapy 🙏🏼
Eamon found a gem of a cabinet. We have the same stereo cabinet. Live in VA.! Would love to send you a picture.
4:00 Frankie is the cutest little blue eyed baby I have ever seen!!! I can't wait to see how cute she gets when she gets in toddler stage and has little baby fat legs and walking.
I mean, how much do you make doing a podcast? The first 45K is going towards renting this space. It's crazy.
They are making money off the tea business.
Lucky its not ur life cos thats a limiting belief, suppose thats why they have success in what they doing.
its not really that "crazy" (can we stop using this word please? it's problematic).

Yes! They have an insta account with regular updates.
So so so happy to see Bec healthy and happy again!!!! You guys have such a beautiful family/life together. Thank you for sharing your journey with the world ❤
A BOB episode would go crazy!
I’m guessing they’re keeping all the info they haven’t shared for the podcast so we subscribe and listen. Very smart!
The Jean outfit looks great!
Woah I'm surprised you would put that much effort in! I ever only listen to podcasts because I keep them from when I'm on the go or cleaning my place.
Lol.
They live in the city for the majority, so they have family around
Oh I can’t wait! Give me some podcast! The CC studio looks fantastic!!!!

Is anyone else confused about why they are in the city? I feel like I missed something because why are they PERMANENTLY setting up a podcast studio in the city when they are the ones who said they would rather be home in the cabin? I need an explanation please🙏 😅
Edit: I know it’s an old video I can read but what I’m trying to say is that I’m confused as to why the other video they were in the cabin about to get married and now they’re posting this video after telling us that they’re setting up a podcast in the city so are they living in the city or the cabin? I’m confused.
I AM VERY CONFUSED! or maybe they are very confused. They are all over the place!
