I still find it funny Rey came out dressed as a clown for a match against Brock and got absolutely murdered.
The match was actually pretty good ya it only 8 minutes ya lesnar won but for the first 5 minutes he made Mysterio look like a million bucks
Who doesn't Lesnar "mUrDeR" in his matches. He's so boring because that's pretty much all he does. The only reason why people think his selling is so good is because he rarely EVER DOES.

I kinda think Triple H's attires were all good from the Mad Max to the Motorcycle Leather Vest, to the Golden Skull thingy, to the Terminator one, and the King holding a water bottle but not the chain mail vest

That's some remarkable restraint to not talk about Shawn's haircut in Survivor Series. But now I realize that terrible haircut was far from the only bad part of his attire that night.
Oh well, at least the match itself was fire.

on the note of mania entrances and special outfits, I honestly love how Bryan Danielson/DB doesnt ever go for super special entrances, puts over his "im only here to be the best wrestler in the world" character

I would like to mention that Brayden Walkers one and only wrestling gear also looks awful as hell. A plain grey wrestling singlet with some stock-Fototage tattoo design printed on it? Horrendous!

I forget which ROH event it was but The Villain Marty Scurll came out in his usual gear, which normally looks (well, looked) cool, but it was all shimmering gold... including the umbrella. I think the commentary team was even covering for him, with one of them saying, "Wow! Check out the garb!" like he was trying to sound impressed by some little kids' Halloween costumes when they knock on the door trick-or-treating.

While Seth Rollins is reviving the wearing the stupidest things gimmick, he has 100% pulled it off due to him coming out with Shield gear for the Royal Rumble 2022 as it not only fit the story being told by WWE with Roman Reigns but fit the character itself.

In WWE right now every time Seth Rollins appears he's in some random outfit, sometimes it looks good sometimes it's like he put on a blindfold and picked his outfit from random clothes at the goodwill. Him doing this made it so when he came out in Shield attire at the 2022 Royal Rumble fit the actual gimmick he's portraying in wwe currently & fit the story being told between Rollins and Reigns. As it's both a random outfit & a outfit of their past.
@@DaynNight1234 He's wearing something that works as a really good mind-game and/or callback to their days in SHIELD, but it could also 100% be some old clothes he found lying around from his old SHIELD days and he just put them on (because he would wear eight-year-old clothes).
I forget what PPV it was but Taker early in his American Badass gimmick wore some absolutely awful camouflage print pants. I think he said he had to borrow them from Godfather because his gear got lost in travel. But it was hilariously bad.

The Rey one was so bad given the story telling and the stakes of the match after Brock beat up Dominic. I seem to remember it being super serious and emotional…then he came out in bad cosplay looking like a joke.

I’ll never forget watching survivor series 2019 live. Lesnar and Rey had a blood feud for the title…and Rey….shows up dressed as a fn clown.
Great list, honorable mention goes to Undertaker's snakeskin pants from Survivor Series 00. There's rumors that they were actually Godfather's real pants that Taker decided to wear to the ring since the Airport lost his gear. Don't know if that has ever been confirmed though but either way it was just a weird look for him. His whole career he was always wearing black now he just comes out with snakeskin pants? WTF?
As far as I’m aware that rumor was correct. Godfather & Undertaker are extremely close (BSK), and in all likelihood he was probably one of the only guys whose clothes could easily be altered on site to fit Taker’s frame if necessary.
