@@emirgameplaytr2164I'm an OG player but I never stopped playing. Mainly because I hate empty worlds. Most single player games feel empty to me - I can't immerse myself in em. Same here. Played the Beta and for years it was next gen when it came to sheer size, I could ignore the performance issues. Unforgettable memories from that time. It was certainly imperfect, but the visuals and memories of last stands and epic continent assaults made that a blessed time.
I truly hope that when I’m 37, they drop a game similar to this, massive maps and a ton of players trying to capture a base, such nostalgia for some pushes I’ve been a part of 10 years ago when I was 11
I remember I played a bit of this game. Not too much, less than 20 hours probably. But I used to think it was amazing, but didn't play very often because my friends were into other games and I wanted to play with them. One of the greatest memories I have of this game was an early morning of 2015. For some reason I woke up too early (had school at 7:30), something like 5am, and I couldn't go back to sleep so I booted up the pc and started playing Planetside. As it turns out, not many people play at those hours. And, as it turns out, every single territory was occupied by an enemy faction. So spawned at the first base, created an apc (or whatever those big trucks that generate a spawnpoint were called) and started driving. There was not one person on any of the territories, so I went on to conquer bases unopposed for 2 hours (until I had to leave for school). There wasn't much to do except going up to an objective and pressing the Square button, but the idea of a single lonely soldier conquering an entire continent on his own was extremely amusing.
You know theres something that feels poetic about all of this, An eteranal war, fought by soldiers that never truly die, getting some kind of rest, the war may die but those memories never truly die, the war of auraxis may be over for us but the war of our hearts goes on
It's very sad. I started playing this game in 2015. I remember very large-scale assaults, holding points, huge tank convoys, platoon galadrops. Now, when even one continent does not fully open the map... When there is no tactics and strategy, there are 200 people online on the server... It's a pity, it was very atmospheric
I was only 10 years old in 2015 and could rarely get any other games that weren’t free but I remember playing planet side 2 even though I was pretty bad lol.
I will always love PS2 for what it was, and the experiences I had on this game. I remember the massive infantry fights, the huge tank battles, combined arms-tactics, the huge air battles. I miss this game so much.. my late childhood right here. Its so sad to see this game becoming less and less of its former self. I played this game so often and loved the huge convoys and such but you dont see that any more
One of the only games I have over 1000 hours in. I'll always feel a deep sense of nostalgia when I see something Planetside 2 related. Going to miss it, but hopefully one day something similar will come along, maybe even a Planetside 3, however unlikely. Thanks for the video man, good luck with your channel, I'll stay subscribed.
Thanks for the videos Zealous. I've really appreciated them. Seeing the game we love slowly decompose like this... sure it's sad and I wish I'd stay around forever, but.. life goes on right. I'm very thankful for getting to experience a game like Planetside.
Planetside 2 was the best time of my gaming time. I played a lot with u as one of the leaders of GMSY back in 2020-2021 I remember playing 12 hours a day for 1 year straight cause there was no school. It was so much fun those bick fights. I hope they bring a new version with better graphics and a bit more balanced state
@@re-Rina 1k is *not* a healthy, living playerbase. Not for a PvP multiplayer game. Their best bet is abandoning Planetside 2 and getting to work on a Planetside 3, nothing they can do will save the game.
The cheaters are roaming completely free, it seems. Before you would encounter a blatant cheater once or twice a week. Now it's at least 3-5 different cheaters per session, downing you multiple times respectively. Absolutely destroying the little amount of good fights there still are. And those are just the most blatant, wallhacking - knifing you from under map - sort of cheaters. Who knows how many more aimbotters there are ?
Honestly I couldn’t agree more. I was a young kid when I started and I was in utter awe at the fights that when down and the leadership from the top platoons it was like no other game. sadly planetside 2 has dried up and is really a shell of its former self. I appreciate all your videos from the past. Cheers
Unironically even if it falls under arcade shooter category the game still feels amazing. The gun handling, base design (for the most part) etc. I d rather play planetside than modern day soulless shooters.
The other thing: I don't know of any other Arcade shooters these days, PS2 is kind of not just the only FPS MMO, but its the last standing Arcade Shooter too, the end of two eras
I pop back in occasionally, but redeploy killed the game for me. I liked when you had to put together armor convoys and do galaxy drops to assault locations, things like that. It's what made the game unique. Now its all twitch shooter gaming, people just redeploy in like 5 seconds or whatever to the like 2 bases with actual combat and run around playing cod. I don't like that, I'm not good at it, and it's the primary reason I quit a few years ago after hundreds of hours. I hope for a planetside 3 or another game that takes a shot at what this game could've been, but I expect it won't happen.
I also miss the amount of travel and convoy the game had. Some amazing moments being ambushed/ambushing convoys behind the front lines. Redeploy constantly and twitch shoot is fun as you get better, but I miss the combined arms sort of immersion and tactics. It's still semi viable, and sometimes needed, but its different. If PS2 becomes more casual again, this might fix it, as casual players will vibe on the convoys and stuff, and the vets who want more depth in twitch shooters will find it in other games more. Hopefully self corrects over time
Played the original Planetside for over 8 years. Tower drops, Gen hold, warping, great memories. I played until the game had 3 active players remaining. Truly a nostalgic and tragic feeling seeing how SOE failed at the game.
I remember being a fresh nub, running around on an empty continent and wondering where the hell to go or what to do...and loving every second of it. I wound up loving tower drops and gen holds so much that I started a PS2 outfit centered around that kind of fighting. I loved PS2 at launch but since then almost all the decisions they've made have been bad ones in my opinion. I do like the vehicles they added though, as Harasser driving is one of my favorite things to do now. I just miss the more RPG-like aspects of PS1 and the tactical play like gen holds, which we're sadly missing in PS2.
"I'm not here to be a doomer" around the third time I thought maybe he is here to be a doomer. That's just rational thinking here, I left years ago and am happier for it, I was chasing the high that was no longer there.
Nice to hear your toughts. The most fun I had with ps2 was after the escalation update in 2020. I think that was when the Boys formed and the spam invite caught me. It was a blast. In retrospect, you're right about the router meta beeing the best. I went back to milsim (arma 3, reforger) for my combined warfare needs and I can recommend BAR as well.
I don't know man, I tried it again recently (only dropped it last year), and in that one year time I could already tell how mucht he game has changed, There's no big vehical battles, no combined arms operations, its just a single massive infantry slog at Nasans (Part of me has some schadenfreude though from years of listening to the dumb infantry oriented sweat takes, and now that they got it the game is dying off). Besides that though, it is just sad, never thought I'd say it, but I miss the A2G clowns, the invis flash trollers, and hell, as much as I hated them, and spent many many many hours fighting them, I miss Sokaars Legion, they were at least a good antagonist to fight.
I love the game so much, I just don't like how it feels like every objective has a giant wall around It and you end up just shooting at a spawn room barrier
The thing that keeps me playing ps2 is unironically yell chat. Feels like this is the last game where i can have people around me from the early 2000's internet culture of not taking anything too seriously and do bit of trolling. I don't know where else those people went, i don't even like FPS games lol. I like trapping friendly lightnings in engie gates and bullying friendly vehicles in a sundy or ant.
Its a shame I couldnt get to play it one last time since 2019, it is my favourite game ever and it is painful to see it go, i will wait for planetside 3
@@ZealousVidya sadly i dont have my console with me anymore, i can only stick to play low end pc games like gta san andreas lol, i hope i get in time to play it when i get a better pc
I remember playing and enjoying this game from the PS1 veterans beta and then for years after. It seems to have run its course, I wanted more milsim aspects along with a slower pace than what would take to keep this game populated.
I just started playing planetside2 a few weeks ago, i was doing a small base build and famrming cortium last nite, when a big batttle broke out, my base was on the road going into some base, and the battle had gotten to their.. it was awesome, people were adding stuff to my little starter guy base and a huge batttle ensewed, my base was eventually trashed... lol but man it was a big one fer a while.. we did manage to take the base before the alert ended.. This is still a kick ass game.. I wish there was some up to date docs on it though .. Lol
Meanwhile me over on my PlayStation still playing Planetside2. I’d be so excited to learn of cross platform access, and an upgraded version of Planetside2 for Ps5. I’ve been wanting to build a base with the ANT sense it was released.
I'm not upset that planetside is dead, I'm upset we don't have a proper replacement. We've had hundreds or thousands of hours of fun with PS2. We should be able to let the sun set on Auraxis
i only have around 90ish hours on ps2 and to be honest its one of the most fun games that i ve ever touched. im an overwatch valorant and league player mostly, and ps to me just seems like such a unique experience compared to the games i normally play
I actually see alot of construction players still, and I main construction - honestly its what got me back in the game, making unique littke spaces in the map for people to battle. But that said I'm an Emerald player.
well gamer i hope you find another game to make videos on because i do quite enjoy your commentaries on things, they're always to the point and insightful which is pretty hard to come by these days
Lock-ons are not a threat to good A2G players, you just dip behind the nearest hill/building to crash them or use flares. And that's if they can even lock on in time, ESF stealth makes it very long if the pilot is staying close to the ground (so they can interrupt sight lines easily). The real threats to A2G are burster maxes and skyguards, which there isn't strong in-air counterplay against (besides just LA jumping out of the ESF onto them).
Also tank shells. I was using lockons as an example, not an exhaustive list; it's a 9min video in which I tried to significantly condense my overall thoughts ^^
I played this game for about a week. I felt it was too big for me when I got into a 3 day deadlock. I would get some sleep and when I woke up, the battle hardly moved. I was amazed by that but at the same time, I got other games to play 😂
Ever since they fucked up the sound design in like 2017 and messed up the graphics and reduced the fidelity in 2013 of the game I left. 2012 was so fuckin cool. Too bad its gone, but it was fun.
Just started playing again. Still big fights. Still big outfits. Still construction players. Biggest servers got merged. Only reason some games actually die before their time is because of "it's dead" videos. I don't feel like it got smaller since a couple years ago when I played it. Never liked the biggest outfits steamrolling a continent anyway. Still a great game. Still alive and going strong. Just a couple veterans wanting to feel like hipsters saying that it's dead. Which it's not.
@R1po vor 1 Sekunde Yeah, the moment I realized I don't care enough anymore to complain or make suggestions was tough. I loved this game. But I don't stopped caring because I moved on. I moved on because I stopped caring. And I stopped caring because A. nothing changed - or if it did, it went in the wrong direction (opinion of course) B. I lost hope that they are either willing or capable of changing anything. The Sundy change was botched - as usual. We needed more survivability in deployed state - at bases. What did we get? A offensive killing machine. Plus a few others things. Plus all the wasted time and resources for the big force multipliers. I'll miss this game and remember the good times. Thank you! For making good PS2 content over the years!
It sucks that only now was when I discovered planetside. It looks so cool, and can be quite fun. The gunplay is extremely basic and stiff but it's useable. I knew i had the feeling that this have has to have a lot of strategy and teamplay. But it looks I joined waaaaay past it's prime. The way I see the wars go it's just everyone pushing like cod deathmatch and barely anyone uses vehicles. Wish to have experienced this game when "it had more depth".
i have more than 3000 hours in this game, been playing since 2014 but the game is dead for more than 4-5 years now. Just give up on it please. They HAVE TO MAKE PLANETSIDE 3!
it's 100% a game everyone should play for a few tens/hundreds of hours a few thousand as a 'main' long term game? probably not atm. Lacks depth in many aspects besides infantry vs infantry mechanics.
besides the ones I listed in the video? Off the top of my head: Lethal company on and off since it's release when everyone gets together to do that. Working through Age of Mythology Retold on hardest difficulty. Tried Helldivers 2 for a bit. EDF 6 is fun. Tried Baldur's Gate 3 but imho it's overhyped; the gameplay, characters and universe carried the game. Story and invididual missions didn't captivate me.
CML player here, i play with the boys from time to time, but its not something i constantly want to play. not paying for the membership just feels like you dont get anything
Lost manpower and lost confidence, Bin stalker cloak, infravision, motion spotters and unstable ammo and maybe we'd get somewhere. There's a laundry list of things in Planetside that give lazy vets a death grip on returning and new players alike of which ive just mentioned. Wrel put the skill floor far too high for shitters.
The greatest problem is at the core the players not wanting to give this game up. I know you all love it, but it's passed around by corporate whores. We are slowly entering back to indie aka how games use to begin again. I kept saying for others who have the skills to make a new planetside mmo this game will never get better in the hands of it's new owners. Take it from someone that use to play SWG.
I’ve been playing deadlock a lot lately. Maybe you’ll enjoy that. Also what happened to your other videos? I do recall you not posting for a while but I swear the last video you had up was like 4ish months ago. Unless you actually haven’t posted in a year?
I privated my videos critical of the devs because I don't think they're interested in ideas, only tweaks on their ideas. That's fine but it renders the intent of those videos rather useless, sadly.
im a little confused about your observations. i havent played this game in like 3-4 years but isnt it a good thing that the playerbase consists of mostly casual players? ps2 used to have a big problem with elitsm and at times it would drastically limit how you could play the game. i remember the early days of ps2 when the game was esentially full of bots because it was just pure chaos and people didnt know what they were doing. it was so much fun to just farm endless hordes of players. zergfits and such really just reduced what the game had to offer over the years. the fact that they left sounds like a really good thing to be honest. a game like planetside can only really thrive when it has a consistent stream of new players that keep the game fresh and chaotic right?
Yeah casual players are fine but all the players which want any semblance of depth besides have left. To say casual players are the only ones left is not to say they are not also important to the game's health ^^ game just lacks a bit of it's soul now.
I would say I feel the same way about this video as you do about planetside, but I have no idea who you are. And as a result I don't really care what you have to say and I never did. Enjoy your break!
already for the game is going better we will need the dev to merge the servers we don't know who is waiting to merge cobalt and miller to advertise for the 12 years planetside 2 invited big youtubers who are not necessarily planetside 2 to bring people back to the games already would be very well put I don't know who is waiting...
I simply don't get it. Planetside 2 seems fine for me. And I haven't commented until now because now it's been a lot of youtubers saying the same. So I just had enough. About air to ground.. I've always seen the problem for pilots is dealing with better pilots. Which in fact baffles me, because everyone always talks about how agile the scythes are, and I've gotten pretty good with them, but there's always a guy in a reaver or a mosquito that outmanuevers me, even with the hover module and increased mouse sensitivity for esf. Still beaten. Even a godamn liberator... how do they ALWAYS manage to aim straight at a twirling and moving scythe with perfect aim and destroy it with 1 shot? With air to ground, the esfs always carry flares or they always are quick enough to get out of sight and not get shot, then continue harrasing. So air to ground is NOT a problem. About harrasers being blown up by one barrage from a prowler... NEVER seen that... And even if it was true, they deserve it. Harrasers are annoying AF. And... are you serious about construction players??? When was the last time I saw one...? Freaking ALWAYS! There's always a lot of people building full proper bases, using routers... everywhere, every weekend and even during the week. So... wtf? Maybe it's your server that sucks? Idk where I play and don't care... but in my server, we don't have those problems. Shifted to "casual" player base...? So what exactly is it that you want? Try hards? Explain what casual players implies or involves for Planetside 2. And what about the Sunderer update? That was great! Those changes were awesome! And you come and say "Was it what the game needed? No"... So wtf does it "need"??? Then you say "Was it super high quality in terms of game design..? Not necessarily". Again... wtf. It was an excellent change. Sunderers are now more fun and useful than ever with the new equipment they have and abilities, etc. Previously I had little motivation to use one, and I only had 1 loadout for it. Now I'm encouraged to play it more and I even customized the 4 loadouts for it. Come on...! Justify your BS. And if you don't want to do that, then don't say anything. Even if all this was true and Planetside 2 was coming to an end... so what? The game is extremely enjoyable. If any, the only thing killing it are youtubers making videos like this. And cheaters, of course. Sure, go play other games. Of course, you may enjoy them even more. If you don't wanna play this one, that's fine! But stop saying the game is lacking something when it's clearly not. You're not here to be a "doomer"... and yet here you are making this video. What was the point? Saying you'll stop playing the game? Ok...? So what?
6:50 I disagree on this point; I would opine that the decision to go F2P from the beginning and it's long-term consequences have been a net detriment to the game leading to where it is now. When the devs could've been committing resources to flush out the core game experience more, they instead put their efforts into making reskins and bundles to nickle and dime people. I know you didn't start the game until 2020 so you lack some perspective on the matter, but to summarize - the core infantry meta-game you know now has been fundamentally, essentially the exact same as it was back in 2013; despite the addition of new toys and meme weapons and various (detrimental) balance changes, remarkably little has changed about the core game experience over the last 10+ years. And some of the people I've met in my time with this community who were attracted to this game are...frankly some of the most degenerate, brain-dead bottom-feeders I've ever met in my life; they think pop-dumping bases at 80:20 or more is "a good fight" or "farming", when in fact I would typically be on the other end farming them, and sometimes they still couldn't cap the base even with that huge pop advantage. Sure, F2P brought "some" players in...but at what cost? The game relies on high pop counts to facilitate these "huge epic fights" that everyone raves about, but in the end it always boils down to this same shit of zergs passing each other in the night and force multiplier spam everywhere you go...and once all the pop finally dries up, the party's over. (And of course, all it takes is one cheater on for prime time to completely kill the party for the night.) This is an inherent design flaw with the game. Is it F2P because it lacks the polish and quality to retain/attract more players otherwise... Or does it lack that quality because it's F2P?
It's funny that you're a vanu player considering that it is vanu players who killed the game. Or I suppose it would be more correct to say "the devs being valu players that killed the game", though the vanu players are to blame too. I mean they hype up a massive community event for ages, get a bunch of high profile people to hype it up even more, then the event happens and VS are so "overtuned" that they win 80% of the servers with 20% of the players and the smallest and least organised outfits, and then the devs refuse to fix it because they're VS players and they like their easy wins, and the VS players refuse to switch to one of the two more balanced factions (though NC still needed help against TR). Just amazing the game has limped on as long as it has considering the amount of people that fled the game after that.
oh awesome another video from a random youtuber talking about how he 'inexplicably' got bored of playing the same game for 10 years, i wonder what his reason his
aww , no casual 'engineer' players ? i call that flat out lies! for many games i am 'casual' in my style because i simply refuse to leet any product controlled by a 'disembodied macro body' rope me into 'working' to gain crap in a 'service' way but in a casual way , fk ye! i rather run around expand fortifications add bunkers/sam sites/suportweaponry in nasty locations etc sooooo , if there are none in matches i'd call that a problem with the arsenal interaction :/
everyone in these comments needs to stop coping they had to merge servers because this sht is so dead the pop was so low that it was better to bunch them together and even then its barely enough GG was fun while it lasted
The big Problem in this Game always was: There is one Faction, that win most of the Time. Play TR and NC? - Kill you Motivation. Play Vanu - have a good Time. Many Players left because this. Still no Faction-Swap-Block, Cheaters and many more Problems. Its just not funny anymore and so many of us hope, it will be fixed (hope is gone after Year 8)
I’m of the opinion that it should end. No more patches, no more “improvements”, no balances, no more updates from devs. Just let the ship sail into the sunset. RIP PS2. There will never be a turnaround.
To me a casual is someone which isn't locked in to mastering their respective thing and is instead thoughtlessly logging in without any personal initiative or intent to improve or achieve a goal. You can technically 'lock in' with a few hundred hours to a niche but most don't; they want to try a bit of everything first. 95% of the playerbase has no desire to improve or facilitate their own fun through doing a niche.
The Games state is ridiculous...and I am mad cause that kind of game will not be there again...The Devs that are still there have no Idea how to manage the ps2 problem...Hackers all over the place which makes it impossible to have fun...I

You're trolling lol. The game's dead and dying buddy, it's been on a downward decline for a long, long time.
@@OrionDawn15 keep dreaming
Cheers
Thank you for organising operations on Cobalt. I enjoyed them greatly. GG bb.
Game is still going strong after the Miller-Cobalt merge, had 1.4k players earlier today with 3 continents open. Emerald is active too
Unironically even if it falls under arcade shooter category the game still feels amazing.
Hopefully self corrects over time
skill issue
I played it with my cousins back in 2019-2021 ish idk the exact time. But it was soooo damn fun. The battles were crazy.
The party is at Emerald, and everyone's invited. Currently 940 players on Emerald
Yeah, Emerald still rocks!
emerald is the last man standing
yea when Emerald falls ps2 will really die
On Miller we have good fights too
I don't know man, I tried it again recently (only dropped it last year), and in that one year time I could already tell how mucht he game has changed, There's no big vehical battles, no combined arms operations, its just a single massive infantry slog at Nasans (Part of me has some schadenfreude though from years of listening to the dumb infantry oriented sweat takes, and now that they got it the game is dying off).
Its a shame I couldnt get to play it one last time since 2019, it is my favourite game ever and it is painful to see it go, i will wait for planetside 3
why could you not play the game?
@@ZealousVidya sadly i dont have my console with me anymore, i can only stick to play low end pc games like gta san andreas lol, i hope i get in time to play it when i get a better pc
I stopped playing last year when I found out that the anti-cheat battle eye works on the kernel level.
I remember playing and enjoying this game from the PS1 veterans beta and then for years after.
It seems to have run its course, I wanted more milsim aspects along with a slower pace than what would take to keep this game populated.
Keep the vids coming Zealous, we need you!
This was basically my first PC game and I’m proud of that fact. There is still no game that exists today that does the MMOFPS genre better.
This is the game that birthed my love for 40k. I’ll always hold respect on this golden nugget of time.
I've seen routers. I've seen base builders. I've seen pushes with 20-24 players. The game is still alive, but it isn't where it was before.
i only have around 90ish hours on ps2 and to be honest its one of the most fun games that i ve ever touched. im an overwatch valorant and league player mostly, and ps to me just seems like such a unique experience compared to the games i normally play
I actually see alot of construction players still, and I main construction - honestly its what got me back in the game, making unique littke spaces in the map for people to battle. But that said I'm an Emerald player.
I've pretty much stopped playing entirely since the bus update, it's becoming easier and easier to simply let go. It was a good run.
Thanks for the vids, game on!
I love this game
well gamer i hope you find another game to make videos on because i do quite enjoy your commentaries on things, they're always to the point and insightful which is pretty hard to come by these days
All good things come to an end. I'm so happy for all the time played. I loved it. But it's time to move on given where things sit. 😀
Sometimes I hop on to play construction, and then some cloak guy comes over and keeps killing me so I quit the game. 😅
*They need to stop saving face and contract in some older timers to merge the servers!*
Wait, it's been a year since your last video? Damn, time flies...

Yeah, the moment I realized I don't care enough anymore to complain or make suggestions was tough.
It is really time for a next SciFi Massive Muliplayer game!!!
Changes doesn´t come without pain.
I'm sad about it because I love it so much. It hurts me.
GEEISKING was here, 2024, from Connery, VS.
i have more than 3000 hours in this game, been playing since 2014 but the game is dead for more than 4-5 years now. Just give up on it please. They HAVE TO MAKE PLANETSIDE 3!
I agree with your points (particularly how air combat has kinda been brushed aside) but good lord what on earth is going on at 6:23
Just watching the gameplay gives me PTSD.
The game that helped me get good at PC
Thanking about coming to PS2 is it worth trying out?
it's 100% a game everyone should play for a few tens/hundreds of hours
a few thousand as a 'main' long term game? probably not atm. Lacks depth in many aspects besides infantry vs infantry mechanics.
Still an active war everyday on ps4 :D Currently jonesing to play rn can't wait to get off.
4:12 Thank you!
Damm, I was wondering If Planetside 2 is still being in its the depth as it was back then...I gues I'm a little too late
What other games are you playing?
besides the ones I listed in the video?
Off the top of my head: Lethal company on and off since it's release when everyone gets together to do that. Working through Age of Mythology Retold on hardest difficulty. Tried Helldivers 2 for a bit. EDF 6 is fun. Tried Baldur's Gate 3 but imho it's overhyped; the gameplay, characters and universe carried the game. Story and invididual missions didn't captivate me.
Hate to say it, but i kind a understand. And agree.
CML player here, i play with the boys from time to time, but its not something i constantly want to play. not paying for the membership just feels like you dont get anything
Emerald is always filled chief
Lost manpower and lost confidence, Bin stalker cloak, infravision, motion spotters and unstable ammo and maybe we'd get somewhere. There's a laundry list of things in Planetside that give lazy vets a death grip on returning and new players alike of which ive just mentioned. Wrel put the skill floor far too high for shitters.
I dont really understand what has changed since your previous videos where you were far more engaged with the game and vaguely hopeful for its future
You should do a PS2 outfit sterotypes video
Unfortunately the disconnect bug has ruined the game for me. I am no longer playing. It sucks.
already for the game is going better we will need the dev to merge the servers we don't know who is waiting to merge cobalt and miller to advertise for the 12 years planetside 2 invited big youtubers who are not necessarily planetside 2 to bring people back to the games already would be very well put I don't know who is waiting...
Ok...? So what?
just cause foxhole has the teritory part doesn't mean it competes with PS2 coz its not a fps and the game kinda sucks sometimes
100% i could not care less about how bad the game is right now for skyknights, most toxic part of the entire community
Just rework it so theress more ways to keep fights going. When there is one fight on the map purely dependent on no thaving that guy kil lthe sundy...
Servers: Connery is dead only emerald have at least 1k players
Just amazing the game has limped on as long as it has considering the amount of people that fled the game after that.
planetside will be comepltely gone in about 2 years, just in time for star citizen to hit its stride
oh awesome another video from a random youtuber talking about how he 'inexplicably' got bored of playing the same game for 10 years, i wonder what his reason his
aww , no casual 'engineer' players ? i call that flat out lies!
for many games i am 'casual' in my style because i simply refuse to leet any product controlled by a 'disembodied macro body' rope me into 'working' to gain crap in a 'service' way
but in a casual way , fk ye! i rather run around expand fortifications add bunkers/sam sites/suportweaponry in nasty locations etc sooooo , if there are none in matches i'd call that a problem with the arsenal interaction :/
everyone in these comments needs to stop coping
they had to merge servers because this sht is so dead
the pop was so low that it was better to bunch them together and even then its barely enough
GG
was fun while it lasted
Come & play MetalCore. Pew Pew
"Casual players, you know in their first 1-2 thousand hours"
Homie your perspective on what casual means is incredibly skewed
To me a casual is someone which isn't locked in to mastering their respective thing and is instead thoughtlessly logging in without any personal initiative or intent to improve or achieve a goal.
You can technically 'lock in' with a few hundred hours to a niche but most don't; they want to try a bit of everything first.
95% of the playerbase has no desire to improve or facilitate their own fun through doing a niche.
Planetside 3 ???
The Games state is ridiculous...and I am mad cause that kind of game will not be there again...The Devs that are still there have no Idea how to manage the ps2 problem...Hackers all over the place which makes it impossible to have fun...I
Planetside 2 is back
Man you should have seen it in 2011...

As a newcomer this is heartbreaking to see a state of game:(
With that accent I'm surprised you're not putting out Space Marine 2 videos. Your channel name is great for that universe.
