How deal with narcissist ex wife while co parenting

That certainly is difficult. I am sorry you have to deal with that. I am not an expert in that area as dealing with a narcissist requires special knowledge.

I'm dealing with that as well. I've been looking for all the advice I can find. My experience so far has been that anything I say to my kids, she ends up hearing. I'm pretty sure she grills them after they have been with me, and I know my oldest son is scared of her, I used to see it when we were still living together. Any time she tries to start a fight, even if it's about something that isn't true or something that she has twisted in her head to be more than it was. If I try to defend myself and explain, it just makes her more upset and usually results in her blocking my number, which cuts off communication with my kids. I've been trying very hard not to engage with her. Right now, it seems to make her upset since I'm not falling into her trap.
It's so unfair, she even got my 5yr to go from crying when it was time to leave me and go back to her house to telling me he hates me and hitting me in the face and crotch.
Bottom line - they don't care about anyone more than themselves. They will do and say anything they can to turn people against you (I even lost a 15yr friend after 1 evening of my wife talking to her). Patience and focusing on the kids seems to be the only way. And as mentioned in this video, document everything. I try to only communicate with her through text so there is a log of what we have both said. Good luck to you!
