How to Make a Cell Phone Case by Loom Knitting - Knit Cases for iPhone Samsung or Android

In this video I show you how to make a cell phone case by loom knitting. These cases are a lot of fun to make and you can loom knit one very quickly. All you need is a small rectangle loom, some yarn, a yarn needle, a button and a small hair elastic. These will fit most cell phones easily. I tested my knitted case with several different types of iPhone as well as several Samsung phones.

I haven't tried the sock loom yet. I think any rectangle loom will work. Might need to use thinner yarn.

I tried this a few years ago with thinner yarn and it looked nice when it was by itself, but when I would put my phone it, it had a lot of “holes”.

My mom has made sweaters using loom knitting, but I haven't yet. She normally uses a flat loom and makes pieces that are sewn together. Maybe I can get her to help me make a loom knit sweater for UA-cam ;)
