  • How to do thunderbolt pose - Vajrasana. In this yoga tutorial, I'll share how to do the pose, variations, modifications using props and some tips & tricks.       I feel an uncomfortable sensation in my big toe on my right foot and similar for the right inner part of my knee.

    Thanks for the detailed explanation of the pose and the variations! Toes under I get foot cramps, probably arches are an issue?

      Yes most likely the plantar muscle. Go slow!

    My knees refuse to do this. I have piled things up under my butt to no avail.

      We don't have to do every pose. Your hero is my pigeon. My knees and hips hate it. Sometimes "good enough' is just that.
