    Cranking out an insane "Leg Thirties" Lower Body/Metabolic Workout at my 2010 Workshop. Along with the Abel Quadblast, these sequences can rev up metabolism as well as shake up lower body training in a whole new and complete way!
    Recommend only two working sets: (that's 120 reps per Giant Set)
    Leg Press (Extended Set) X's 30 reps
    Walking Lunges X's 30 reps (15 each leg)
    Front Squats (Extended Set) X's 30 reps
    Gliding Leg Curls OR Seated Leg Curls Machine X's 30 reps
    120 reps per completed sequence X's 2 sets for 240 reps total: FEEL THE BURN!
    The sequence changes up ranges and planes of motion and gravitational forces to produce an effective but safe quadblast. FOR ADVANCED TRAINEES ONLY!
