- Single DB Lower Body Metabolic Finisher for Ladies
This is another anytime, anywhere, any place training solution for ladies. This sequence can be done with a single DB or even with BW (bodyweight) only.
1) Lateral reach lunge into
2) Curtsy lunge into
3) Straight Leg Lateral Leg Kick
Hold a DB horizontally - do a lateral reach lunge and then go directly into a curtsy lunge. Come back to the start position and perform a lateral leg kick. That is all three components of the single rep. Perform to other side and repeat side to side
Aim for 3 sets of 10-15 reps each side
This movement can be done as a metabolic finisher to any workout or it can be done as part of a leg workout, or it can be done in a hotel room with bodyweight or just holding any weighted implement.
