- Many of you will find it harder to lose weight the second and third time you have gained the weight back. Many of you will find it harder to lose weight as you age. There are reasons for all this.
You need to understand the metabolic DRIVERS that create and influence either a fat burning metabolism factory, or a fat storing metabolism factory.
Once you create a fat storing metabolism factor then all the calories counting and macro math in the world may not help you lose weight. You end up caught in and experiencing "metabolism mayhem"

Listening/watching your videos. (Hypothyroidism, FH cholesterol, need to get my metabolism going again)60+ years. (I've never been this heavy except when pregnant 😢)
@Weather Moon - well I hope my videos are helping you - you may want to search my blog articles as well - and yes, after age 50-55, optimizing metabolism can be particularly difficult, frustrating, and challenging. Hang in there - and I would recommend seeking one on one Coaching as well
