No equipment, no problem workout solutions for the rest of us
APPLICATION: 3 X’s 12-15 or 15-20 each station
Can be done as a straight sets workout or as a metabolic circuit blast (recommended)
1) Towel Pulldowns either standing and pulldown behind or superman variation to the front
2) Towel Bent Rows - either bent right over or out in front version with underhand grip for either
3a) BW Rear Delts Elbow Crunches (Supine Scapular Shrugs) superset
3b) BW Fists Facing Plank Pulses (Prone Scapular Shrugs)
4) Towel Shrugs Laying or Standing Supported Towel Shrugs
